Went there for the Biggies Deal for Crispy chicken sandwich, spicy nuggets, fries and a drink for $7. Service was prompt and was delivered quickly. This was the only good part about my lunch experience. The almost slider sized chicken sandwich filled with 3 days old dry lettuce should not be labelled as crispy since there was absolutely no crispness. The nuggets were size of bloated coins and soggy as well. Fries were ok, and the ginger ale was too sugary. American fast food has stooped so much that the whole deal tasted like a huge deal breaker. This Wendy's has a 2 star for a reason. I have came multiple times and the food has been warm and not hot. Today I arrived with my kids because Wendy's is one of their favorite fast food chain to eat but we don't have many in our area. However, I came with my kids and each of my kids was purchasing their own meal to use get their free frosty and Sophia told me that it could not be done because we were in the same party. I have been a fan of Wendy's for decades and as a woman of a particular age now it's a great memory to recall that back in the days it was a place we went to on special occasions as a family more importantly mom and daddy let us choose where we wanted to go and Wendy's was high up on the list of our favorites. This restaurant has been a favorite of my family for 20+ years it's located in a shopping strip on a busy street near to most every shop I frequent Kohl's Walmart Ralph's and more they have their own large parking lot and it's always well staffed and clean inside. For convenience after the pandemic drive through is what I prefer and the long moves fast. Today's order was a Wendy's burger no cheese extra pickles chicken nuggets two large chili and a small chocolate frosty. I ordered chili for lunch and one to freeze for a future dinner the one I ate was the bomb with saltine crackers and chili sauce that was good meal I love love that chili. The burger was delicious perfectly cooked and dressed. The nuggets I hand for dinner were great dipped in spicy ranch next up I'll try spicy nuggets. The chocolate frosting was thick and very good next visit I'll order a large and try pineapple if it's available. I don't often eat at Wendy's but when I do I always get extra to take home and enjoy as I Netflix and chill. Side note. I saw the reviews of the Krabby Patty burger meal on TikTok and they really drag Wendy's for the false bait saying it's nothing special and just a Dave's burger and where is the cute SpongeBob box ? Good service here! I hardly ever come to wendys just because its not available in my area unless i go to this location. I don't think they have the baked potato anymore! I remember i used to always get this when i was younger! Anyways i stopped in for a burger and fries. I opted for the daves combo 2 patty burger which was good. Fries were ok and burger good!. They have two self serve soda machines. The dining area is pretty nice. I thought customer service was good. The guy at the counter was super cool and the food came less then 10 minutes. Checking out different places to grab breakfast, because breakfast is the best (especially with my insane schedule). Made a couple trips here, opted for combos with an additional sandwich (because I'm a big guy and get hungry after a ten-hour shift). First was the maple bacon chicken croissant with a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Second visit was the Breakfast Baconator with a honey butter chicken biscuit. Can't go wrong with the Breakfast Baconator but it really doesn't need the mayonnaise. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit is better than your standard breakfast sandwich that uses an English muffin, because biscuit. The maple bacon chicken croissant is tasty (because maple syrup) but the honey butter chicken biscuit just didn't work for me. I do like their seasoned potatoes; they resemble the potato wedges from KFC (and frankly wouldn't be surprised if they were from the same supplier) and it's a welcome change because everyone else has hash brown patties (McDs), sticks (Del Taco), or medallions (Carl's Jr. and Chic-fil-A). If you opt for a large combo with an additional sandwich, it'll set you back $13-14. read more

After visiting this Wendy's the other day, Thursday, October 24th, I can see why they only have 2 stars. I experienced the worse customers service while taking my grandson to get the under the sea sponge bob meal. He even witnessed how rude, nasty and unintelligent the two women working at the drive thru window were. They intentionally ignored me as I tried to get one of them to give me my melting orange frosty that sat in the window melting. I thought about canceling the order and asking for my money back but my grandson really wanted this undersea SpongeBob meal. These fast food restaurants and other businesses really need customer service etiquette and training. They're hiring some of the most ghetto people with no home training. One of the women had the nerve to call me weird because I snatched my change. Used to really enjoy going here but no more... I've had issue after issue the last four or five times. The last time some dyed red head cashier was totally bitchy with me... I was getting a free frosty with some Wendy's keychain they promoted and apparently I didn't do it right because she scolded me twice about it. I'm sure she's the redhead mentioned in other reviews. She needs to find a new job. She obviously doesn't like this one. The sandwich I got was special order without different toppings and it came out cold. Which happens all the time here. You have to try hard to mess up a order as much as they did! My order was pretty simple. Single burger and fries Grilled Chicken Combo Spicy Chicken Combo. Get to the window and they tell me the grilled chicken is still cooking, would I like a crispy or spicy chicken instead. This is after I have paid btw. I tell them I need the grilled chicken and I'll wait. So I wait....and wait....and wait some more. Finally get the two bags and head home to feed the hungry family.
