Wow! I rarely give negative reviews in the food industry. Let me tell you. Ordered food in the drive thru, got to the window. Ordered - baked potato, chili, and chicken nuggets. Simple enough. Paid. Asked the lady for butter, sour cream, and chives. She hands me the bag. I asked again. She gave me sour cream. I asked for butter and chives, she legit yells at me and says that I was supposed to tell her I wanted those things when I first ordered. Wtf?? Really? Since they have reopened after their upgrade They have had horrible service. The last 5-6 times my Order has either been wrong, charging me for things and not giving it to me. I spoke to the person in charge at that time, and i was very nice about it. Told her I don't want to be one of those people. I figured 1-2 times a mistake. The 5th time is a problem. She was very nice about it, and presented me with a few coupons. So I go in today and ask the person in charge it see if i can use the coupon. He said NO they are expired and we no longer have them in the system (she gave them to me expired). He said that he would allow this time but the rest of them are no good. I than asked if i can change anything, and he interrupted me an said "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" So I took the cards and tossed the on the counter and said to get rid of them. One of the card caught the air and fell off the end of the counter. The Person than said "the problems with your orders must be your fault", and then the card feel off the counter he said "that there was no need or that and called me an ASSHOLE" I left and will never go back. If this is how they are going to do business by paying for things and not getting what you pay for or order. I will no linger go to this location NEVER AGAIN!!!
