Terrible small quantity. Absolutely waste of money. They were friendly but the owner must be stingy as hell. This small of quantity is it even legal to be a Wendy's franchise using their size chart but under deliver? It's like stealing and/or false advertising. read more

This location in particular became a motel, and the stench from dinning in has caused many sudden cases of dyspnea. With that being said, I'm going to NOPE up out of there, and hoof it across the street to MVPs. read more

We usually do the drive through, and from now on I might just do that, I never want to step foot inside. Unless I become a Hollywood screenwriter, then this would be the inspiration for my characters...I give props to the employees working here, I'm still traumatized read more

Juliana or Julian....whoever was working Monday night was so rude. I went to get a frosty and asked if I can do vanilla and chocolate and they said that they were out of that and they only had strawberry. However, I guess I miss heard that and said okay, We'll just do one chocolate, and with the rudest voice responded that " I just told you we only have chocolate." With that being said, I also got a fry and I asked for ranch and barbecue and I also asked for two spoons and when I looked in my bag there was neither. I don't know if they need to be retrained or if they're incompetent, but there needs to be some kind of change. read more

Horrible experience, my husband and I came in to Wendy's after a long time around 7:07 on 10/11/2024, the experience was so bad the cashier had a bad attitude at first however she changed her attitude a little bit, after when getting our food , my husband kindly ask which burger was which , a lady that was next to cashier told him "that she wouldn't know as she's not the one that made the food" with bad attitude , no needed to be so rude!. I would never come back here again. Hire people who have good customer service and nice attitude. I work for customer service and I would never treat someone the way my husband got treated. read more

I arrived at Wendy's drive-through at 3:25 pm. I pull up giving my order. I tried to continue with my order, but the cashier taking my order was not able to hear me so she says pull forward which I did and at that time, I showed her my little tag where I could get a free small freeze. She makes a big deal about I should've done it at the speaker well for one thing it's for free it's a little cup. It takes two seconds her and her manager end up getting in an uproar both these ladies should quit their job obviously they hate it. read more

The service is terrible. The people working the drive thru have spoken so rudely that I have just left mid order several times. I don't know why I gave them another try. I'm never going back! read more

Went here after multiple near-fainting incidents and vomiting episodes from donating blood. I thought I replenished myself enough afterwards, but I was wrong! Ordered baked potato with sour cream and chives, and two orders of their chicken nuggets- one plain and one spicy. They were ready with the food before I even chose a table. So friggen fast. Their chicken nuggets are the best and are a great bargain! For a little over a dollar, you get SIX! And as far as fast food chicken nuggets go, Wendys' is the best. They're so nice too. They offered my friend a free soda just because. He refused though, haha. read more

I just did a online order under a different name and smh cold burger and cold fries. First time eatin Wendy's and was a miss

Wow! I rarely give negative reviews in the food industry. Let me tell you. Ordered food in the drive thru, got to the window. Ordered - baked potato, chili, and chicken nuggets. Simple enough. Paid. Asked the lady for butter, sour cream, and chives. She hands me the bag. I asked again. She gave me sour cream. I asked for butter and chives, she legit yells at me and says that I was supposed to tell her I wanted those things when I first ordered. Wtf?? Really? It took her all but 2 seconds to grab it and hand it to me and I said "is there a rule that says I can't ask for anything while I'm at the window? She walked away, nasty attitude so I said that she didn't have to yell, was it necessary? A man came to the window and was like "oh no she's not yelling she just wants to make sure you order before because there's lots of cars." Mind you, no cars. So I said "no she did yell at me and that's not ok." The man tried to say she just talks loudly because she's taking orders in the drive thru. Look, I worked in a fast food drive thru before and if I acted the way she did, I would've expected food thrown at me. Having a bad day? Go home. read more

Watch out when ordering Frostys from here the medium is the same size as the large size and you are charged more for the large size on the official Wendy's website they say that the medium is 16 oz and the large is 24 oz but this store only gives 16 oz size for both medium and large! They've been doing this since they opened after remodeling the restaurant read more

Since they have reopened after their upgrade They have had horrible service. The last 5-6 times my Order has either been wrong, charging me for things and not giving it to me. I spoke to the person in charge at that time, and i was very nice about it. Told her I don't want to be one of those people. I figured 1-2 times a mistake. The 5th time is a problem. She was very nice about it, and presented me with a few coupons. So I go in today and ask the person in charge it see if i can use the coupon. He said NO they are expired and we no longer have them in the system (she gave them to me expired). He said that he would allow this time but the rest of them are no good. I than asked if i can change anything, and he interrupted me an said "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" So I took the cards and tossed the on the counter and said to get rid of them. One of the card caught the air and fell off the end of the counter. The Person than said "the problems with your orders must be your fault", and then the card feel off the counter he said "that there was no need or that and called me an ASSHOLE" I left and will never go back. If this is how they are going to do business by paying for things and not getting what you pay for or order. I will no linger go to this location NEVER AGAIN!!! And would encourage People to check their orders, or just not go there unless to like to be cheated, screwed over, and treated like s#!t. read more

Ever since remodel service is horrible I went today and and specifically asked for extra sauce for nuggets, a Hispanic lady helped me at the drive through with a bad attitude rushing me and didn't even put all of my items I asked for in my bag, no sauces for nuggets no spoons or straws, I got home to feed my kids and there was not one sauce in the bags none of my kids would eat their food without the sauce so my money is just wasted SOMETHING MUST BE DONE, where is management?????!!!! read more

They advertise strawberry frosting as the shake of the month. I've gone there so hard times now, and he never had it available. When I finally asked why, they said that their machines have been down the whole time and the only flavor they have is chocolate, no vanilla they never even got a strawberry in. Why advertise if you don't have it and what takes you much to get your machine to work but only chocolate? read more

I don't know where these high ratings are coming from. This Wendy's used to be so good before the remodeling. Now our order had been wrong everything since! And the food Is always cold and disappointing. What happened?! The new staff don't seam to be fully trained yet and are making a lot of mistakes. read more

This review is for Wendy's Slinging Double Stack Burgers for $1!!!! For a limited time. I've hardly at Wendy's, but I came here to try the Double Stack Burgers. For $1! It is really good!! The meat is tender and flavorful. Usually its $2+ for these burgers. And of course, their chili is the best! Not salty or anything. Plenty of ingredients and super flavorful! read more

Dramatically better experience since the store reopened after the remodel. Everything has been great and fresh and your mobile app works flawlessly. The grilled chicken sandwich was one of the best fast foods sandwich I have had in years. The Dave burger is still great and love that classic taste. I tried the chili cheese fries and boy have I been missing out. This has replaced going to McDonald's for flavor and taste. read more

Ordered a baked potato with butter and sour cream and a chili with cheese and onions at the drive thru window........got home and there was no butter or sour cream in the bag.........and no cheese and onions on the chili. I love love Wendy's so I was really really wanting to love your breakfast. Unfortunately it was slightly warmer than room temperature. I ordered a number 6. The potatoes did not seem fresh . And I was not given a receipt. Didn't get a receipt and my food was barely warm. Definitely feel like I wasted my money and calories Then because I didn't get a receipt I couldn't complete their survey. On top of that, I went to the contact us option, Completed it and could not submit.. kept saying that my email address was invalid. Definitely not invalid. read more

Just left the drive thru. Man, this tall, old, white guy at the window was horrible! I don't know if he was the manager, the franchisee, or just some chump temporary worker, but man he was rude. He was silent most of the transaction and after he handed me all my food he made a smart ass remark. He didn't give me straws even though I ordered 4 drinks... Didn't even ask. He was just some loser middle aged a-hole who obviously hates his job or his life or both.... Who knows... I also have to work customer service during this pandemic but I don't treat my customers like crap no matter how tired I get... Avoid this Wendy's like the plague. Their new breakfast sucks anyway, plus there's more homeless outside this Wendy's than a McDonald's in the hood. read more

My first time back since the remodel. Not sure what's going on but they just gave me one of the most anemic looking chicken sandwiches ever. One slice of tomatoes, hardly any mayo, and NO lettuce. Wtf, this thing looks like it came from the dollar menu. How do you even mess up a chicken sandwich?? I don't think I'll come back here. read more

I've been going here for a few years. I would have to say they are still working out the kinks in terms of being more efficient. Feels like there's a lag in productivity when it gets busy. Food is always good. Love the great deals. read more

Literally you guys at this location are the absolute worst. Order 10 piece nugget meal, get home with some weird chicken sandwich that tasted like hot garbage. Must say staff is not Professional asked him if they used Heinz catch up she was not sure decided to go for a burger anyways they use the cheap sugary catch up which is super sweet which I don't enjoy sticking to In-N-Out Burger where they have quality ingredients And Steph was not knowledgeable on their own products like to eat quality food will no longer eat at Wendy's read more

When u come in make sure you help the person who is taking ur order. I asked for my app to be scanned, guy said he has no control over it.

So I was excited to get Wendy's but they already messed up my order. I was trying to check my order but was rudely told to thank you and to move on. Good thing I checked cause they forgot my fries with my combo and when I asked for the fries they gave me medium when I paid for a large. SMH. Also they didn't give me my receipt. It shouldn't be this hard to do this. Please fix this issue. read more

Very efficient and friendly service!! Thank you to Danica for amazing service! The manager was very nice as well.

Seems like this place got worse. The girl taking our order was very nice, but once they called my name I was busy filling my drink, then a few seconds later they called my name again and this short chubby gremlin yelled out "then you're going to complain when your food is cold but you don't hear me calling your order !
