An item was forgotten in our order. My child tried to get the order and was screamed at by the manager. She was yelling and banging on the counter. My child has severe anxiety and was crying when she came back to the car. I went in and as what I believe was another manager was helping me the woman came back yelling to me. I'm not sure what the problem was today I've never had an experience like this here but very disappointed in behavior. I hope this person doesn't treat anyone like this again. read more

It was crazy busy when we went. Decided against the drive-thru because of the long line. Went in and the line was just as long inside. Patiently waited to order. The employee taking orders had an attitude, but nothing that isn't normal for a fast food restaurant. Fed the kids in the car on the way home. Realized we were shorted a small fry, but clearly wasn't worth turning around for. My husband and I decided to wait until we got home to eat, since it was just a 15 minute drive. Super hungry and sat down to eat. Got halfway through my son of a baconator sandwich, and pulled a long hair out of my mouth. PULLED IT OUT OF MY MOUTH. So gross. Somehow got charged $5 more than I normally ever do for the same exact order I always get. Brought it up at the first window and the lady was nothing but rude. They charge .75 for cheese sauce and don't even fill it halfway. All the workers are rude and creepy. Don't recommend. Also everytime I go through the drivethrough the person taking the order can never be heard and when u ask them what they said they get easily pissed off. I always love Wendy's and always go through the drive-thru. The drive thru staff were always polite in my experience. Not the same case inside. The cashier was so rude! when the soda was spilled on the counter accidentally by the staff, the other cashier took his sweetest time to clean it up, throwing paper towels one by one on the counter while ice and soda are going all over and while the line is getting longer. And take note, only one register was opened. So I suggested, I said if i may, would it be faster and easier to get the tray and wipe them off to the tray rather than waiting for the spills to get to the floor. To my dismay, when the guy cashier purposedly dumped all the soda and ice off and out the counter towards the floor away from him and towards the customer side (front). I was like, now you're splashing it all over my shoes, That's not nice. Why would you do that?YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO SWIPE IT OFF TOWARDS YOU AND NOT TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER'S FLOOR. I WAS SHOCKED! THAT IS VERY RUDE! That is spyful! Wendy's is a great place to eat an excellent burger. Whether it's a cheeseburger or a hamburger, bacon burger or whatever, you'll know that you've gotten one when you find that they give you lettuce and tomatoes and onions and mayonnaise and many more things loaded up on the burger. Either way you look at it, burgers there are outstanding. They also sell some magnificient fries that are covered in sea salt; all of which are decently priced for quality and I don't mind paying the more costly price for this type of salt when it's beneficial to my health. I like the taste of this salt here and seem to not get enough that I seem to overdo my visits. As far as the soda's go, their small size soda is the same size as a Large soda over at McDonalds. Yes, prices have gone up slightly in the last couple years, but it's still well worth the price since you can get free refills if you bought your drinks inside. Although service is quite crappy for my parents everytime I go in with them, things are a different story when I enter by myself. Whenever I go in, I don't have a problem with service inside. Things come out rather quickly and communication is great, food is covered and things that had problems for my parents are nowhere near as problematic when I'm there by myself. Seating is also a factor. They do have several seats here at normal heights,but other times it's hard to find a seat and you are almost pushed to take a bar-stool like seat on the sides of the restaurant. More regular seating would be beneficial here. read more

The manager here needs to be fired ASAP. Stopped by for a bite, drive thru was backed up so I went inside for takeout. Bad mistake. Long line of customers but the poor cashier was running around like a crazy person filling orders and taking care of the fries etc. that it was FIFTEEN minutes before the person in front of me was even asked for their order. I felt so bad for her, she was doing her best but the idiot manager was just hovering in the back doing nothing. People were backed up waiting for their food, and the drive thru lady was frantic, at one point asking the manager for help to no avail. By the time I placed my order, there were literally 13 people behind me in line and the cashier and drive thru lady were both so clearly overwhelmed. Waited another 5-10 minutes and finally, as I was getting my food, the idiot manager came to the front and I gave him a piece of mind - telling him to help out his staff and pay attention to the customers and get off his stupid ass. He just looked at me with a truly dumbfounded look on his face and I stormed out - a half hour spent in this stupid "fast" food place. If anyone is reading this who has power over this Kingston Wendy's, please fire the manager, he is totally incompetent. read more
