Holy slow pokes. What in the actual hell happens behind the counter at this place? I'm currently approaching a 30 minute wait for a 10 piece chicken nugget . Sent my son in to wait it out and he is STILL standing there with empty hands and no clue how much longer. A gaggle of workers jaw-jacking by the door doesn't bode well when people are waiting for at least a half an hour for "fast food." Mind blowing. I live in town; not only is this the cheapest restaurant in Jackson, but the food is well made. The manager is very passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction. Despite eating here about 1/week for roughly three years, I have never had an order that was incorrect, and the fries are always crispy. The dining area is clean, the mobile order pickup is always timely, the only problem is that if something breaks, it's difficult to find a technician or replacement part to fix, so they have some down time on occasion. read more

Omg the best Wendy's ever great food super kind staff and also the ambiance was great they had a tv and it was playing good stuff.

I asked if they had a veggie burger and they said yes. Pulled away and went to eat my "veggie burger" Looked down to find everything that would be on a burger except they took out the meat. We were helped by Claudia at the order desk. She started this fun experience off with a smile and a kind greeting. The food was made quickly and it was great! Only drive-thru and line is down the block. I feel sorry for the other tenants of this mini-mall. The middle-age woman at the window couldn't care less about the customer. No thank you come again no acknowledgment that we were even there except to take the order and take our payment. When the window opened to hand her our payment she didn't even look at us but was on the headset with the next customer. Lousy service. They're raking in money so what do they care. We got ONE large meal combo for over $12 and a chili that was $3.39. Total was over $16. The fries were so salty we couldn't even eat them. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. I'm not typically the kind of person to leave a bad review, but we were treated so badly here I don't want someone else to come through here and be treated like crap. Their drive-thru greeting was "what do you want," and when we asked them for a second to decide what we wanted (since there isn't a menu until you arrive at the loudspeaker,) two people started yelling at us telling us to hurry up and decide since they apparently had "20 people in the drive-thru line." There were maybe 5 cars. I've worked fast food before, so I understand that it can be pretty stressful, and so we responded as kindly as we could and asked what kind of drinks they had. They yelled at us and told us to get closer to the speaker. They said some other things that were completely uncalled for that I don't feel like typing out. They were so rude we just left. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Ordered my meal and everything in it was ice cold. All their food comes from a plastic bag that sits in the freezer. The workers don't seem to care much about the people they serve. It's never been a healthy place to eat but I will never recommend this place to anyone. Fresh made burgers my ass! Stopped by here for a burger on Friday. Ordered the Dave's double combo. Fry's here cold, meat Pattie's looked, tasted and felt like they had been fried earlier and set under a heat lamp or something similar. By far the worst burger I've ever had at a Wendy's! All this garbage set me back $14. Not worth the money. Not even close. I wouldn't have even offered it to my dog. read more

Went to Wendy's for a cheap option for food while on a ski trip. The manager was very rude to us when we were ordering. We too scared to try and add something else we wanted added to the order. I'm not sure why management here is extremely unprofessional, but it was a bad experience. We couldn't stop laughing because we just yelled at for ordering chicken wrong. First time trying Breakfast at Wendy's. First off, no one is there. We drove right up and ordered and got our food quickly. Their Breakfast is REALLY GOOD! Ham/Egg Swiss breakfast Sandwich was excellent. Don't bother ordering the breakfast burrito, it comes with nothing. But all in all it was really a good experience. read more

The cashier, who I think is a manager due to his uniform, took 10 minutes to take my family's order after the previous person has ordered. I asked for my food to be made fresh because I work in fast food and I know how long things sit out sometimes and I like my food to be hot when I get it. My food came out 25 seconds (or less) after I had finished my order so it was very obviously not made fresh. My fries were disgusting because they were cold and my nuggets felt as though they were in a microwave for 15 seconds. My food was dry and gross. I typically don't mind Wendy's, but this location was terrible. I will not return here in the future; I wouldn't even come here again if it was the only place to get food left on the planet. read more

I typically don't review fast food unless it's exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This was the worst experience I've had in a long time. They were dead when I walked in and there was only one person in front of me. He stood waiting to order for roughly 3-4 minutes while employees walked by as if no one was there. Once someone finally showed up she took his order then walked away leaving me to wait. I expected her to come back soon... she did not. I asked the kid in the kitchen if anyone was still working and he came up to take my order 15 minutes after I had walked in. The food took another 15 minutes to come and was cold. Next time I'll stop literally anywhere else, eating week old gas station roller dogs would be significantly better than dealing with this poorly managed hellhole. read more

The person who took the order was cocky. When my husband said, "My wife has food allergies, and we need a lettuce wrap with...the young many interrupted him and said in a snarky tone of voice, "I know what a lettuce wrap is." It was not what we expected. Hopefully he will learn to listen to the customer without interrupting next time. In addition, the fries were "stone cold." We have never had such cold French Fries. Sorry it's so long- My family and I took a trip to Jackson Hole yesterday as they are from out of town. On our way back to Idaho, we stopped in for some dinner. There was a total of 7 of us and they were not busy at all so we thought it would be fine. The cashier was super nice and was handling all of our orders really well. The older man, who I assume was the manager because he was wearing a white button up, was not. The started putting the orders on the tray as they were rung up instead of waiting until the end when it was all paid for. My brother changed his order, still the same items just rang up differently so it was cheaper, but the old man threw all his food away passive aggressively and remade it, all while being really rude. The cashier was quick and the food was quick, but the manager could not figure out where each item was supposed to go on which tray. It was incredibly slow for him to do it the way he did it, but we were fine. The worst part of the experience was when we were sitting in the lobby, eating our food. The manager started yelling at the cashier (very loudly and in front of the whole lobby) saying how she made his job much harder for the 7 person order, which she was the smoothest person in the whole system so my family was puzzled. It was incredibly and unprofessional for him to talk to her on the floor the way he did and we were not the only customers who felt uncomfortable. My dad made sure to go out of his way to reassure the girl that she did a good job as we were leaving because she was so embarrassed over the whole situation. It was completely unprofessional. As that was happening, I was eating my sandwich and the bun and the chicken was soggy, it was so gross. But I couldn't go ask for a new one because I was not going to be the reason he yelled at another person. This manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable for everyone eating there. I would not recommend until this manager is either removed or retrained to be a professional. read more

4 of us ordering, my daughter orders. they put her food on a tray, my son orders, they put his food on the tray. You know where this is going. I ask why they have nuggets and fries on the tray and my wife hasn't even ordered. All employees including management are rude and throws food away. Who does it this way.
