I've only gone to Wendy's a handful of times but I do like it! I'm always happy with the quality of the burger and the size of it too. I only get the single patty burger but it's pretty filling on its own. I'm also a fan of the baked potatoes here too! I was hoping to get a broccoli cheddar potato but they didn't offer that one at this location...kinda sucked but I still liked the potato with sour cream! This particular location was plenty spacey and kept really clean. Good place to stop for lunch! read more

Just had lunch here using a great coupon. Got two chicken sandwiches with small fries. All food was hot, fresh and delicious. Our sandwiches were still steaming as we polished them off. They have screens that show your order as it's being put in. Free Wi-Fi and TV screens showing sports. Even the water cups are high quality. People usually come to yelp to complain but forget the good experiences. This was an outstanding fast lunch. read more

Bad morning for this Wendy's. They opened late (were supposed to open at 10:30...they opened around 10:35). They took a very long time to make my food (about 10 minutes). The order they gave me was completely wrong (it wasn't hard, but no effort to get it right). The kicker was a homeless man sleeping right in front of the entrance (you practically had to step over him to get into the restaurant). I'm very frustrated with this location and the Wendy's App on iPhone. After taking advantage of a deal (mobile only) I went to store and attempted to Check-In multiple times in the parking lot with App to have order processed. I gave the App full access to my iPhone Location, but the App kept saying ERROR when trying to Check-In. The App didn't explain the ERROR. I went inside asking Cashier if they are aware of App error and how to fix - no resolution! Cashier did not make ANY suggestions, just looked at me as if I was talking in another language. I placed a NEW order at register and was surprised of the price difference on App vs in store (double the price). I used to love Wendy's, but their App is the worst and I guess it's time to eat elsewhere! Cashier should have asked Manager to assist me with ANY resolution! Also when I opened my bag when I arrived to work, they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich even though I told the cashier multiple times, please make sure it's not spicy! read more

It's cold and rainy. Came inside and ordered chili, a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and a large coffee. Was told that they would make a new pot of coffee. A few minutes later, a large COLD coffee was delivered to my table. Went to the counter and told the asshole shift superviser that took my order that the coffee was cold. He tried to apologize and said he would bring out a fresh cup to me. (He obviously thought that I couldn't tell the difference between hot or cold coffee.) He sends the drive-thru cashier to me with a SMALL cup of coffee. I told her it was a large and she came back with the correct cup of large, hot coffee. Service was better, faster and mistake-free when this location had a different set of managers last year. read more

The food here is typical Wendy's food, which means it is very good by the standards of fast food. I've come here several times, and always enjoyed my food. No surprises there. The major problem with this establishment is the management. During the busy lunch hour (there are lots of tech businesses nearby), the line goes out the door. In the several times I've needed a quick lunch from here, I always wait much longer than I expect. Frustratingly, they only ever have one cashier taking orders. The problem is so simple to fix, yet the management refuses to hire anybody more to handle huge crowds. For the time I spend waiting to order, I'd rather go to a higher-quality restaurant. read more

So, I have been here 3 times. And each time, something is wrong. Missing a wrap first time, soda was bad, no fizz and the last time, the fries were horrible. Place always seems to disappoint. Came in tonight and ordered burgers and chicken nuggets. Asked the cashier to make sure we get fresh nuggets and of course he nods and doesn't say anything to the kitchen guy. Then he grabs some burgers on the back counter that had been sitting there since we walked in. They were not hot and fresh that's for sure. Then we had to wait for our nuggets. While waiting the cashier was having a issue with the cash register and calls the manager/ guy in the back making the food to help him he proceeds to get on the register and try to help the guy with the transaction. Then he goes back to the kitchen without washing his hands . Then the cashier had another issue and the manager came back and started punching numbers into the credit card machine for the customer and fixed the issue and proceeded to go Back to the kitchen and never washed his hands again. After touching the cash register and credits card machine pretty gross needless to say I will never be back! I didn't eat my food either! read more

Sometimes you feel like getting a Wendy's Frosty. Other than the Wendy's Frosty I really don't see too many other amazing things at this restaurant similar to the other Wendy's. Who doesn't love bacon? Greatest stuff ever. Well, most burger places use crappy, thin, over-cooked flavorless bacon. I love me a bacon cheeseburger but unless I am at a sitdown type place or a backyard BBQ, I skip fast food bacon burgers in lieu of In-N-Out. My family & I went through the drive through last night for dinner and to start off, the young girl at the box said "HI", with no other greeting, then she was very lack luster when telling me that the oven was out when I asked for a baked potato. Upon getting to the window she took our card and when handing me all the food & drinks all I got was "here"! When she forgot our one ice tea, I tried to get her attention through the window and she proceeded to ignore me and she could see that we had all of our food and didn't drive away yet! This location was just renovated and reopened this month. So everything is brand spanking new and clean feeling.

Okay, I went twice and tried the chili. It was watery. What was worse, is afterwards I got the runs. They don't keep it hot enough and that promotes bacteria growth. Then I get to my frosty that I ordered and when I get to the bottom of it there is a PENNY at the bottom. I know that this doesn't seem like a big deal because It's just a little penny but I don't know who has touched or where it's been. I also know for a FACT that I didn't order a frosty with a penny inside of it. This is just disgusting. What if it was a small child eating this and they started choking? Stopped by after Christmas shopping at the Spectrum ordered a #1 with root beer. Lady at the pay window was very friendly and pleasant. Got home, unloaded my purchases put everything away, sat down to consume/devour/gorge my combo, took one bite and the burger was as pink as a baby's bottom on the inside. I called the store, spoke with the manager, Martha who answered the phone, (and just happen to be the one at the pay window) told her my dilemma and she made it right. Nobody hits the mark 100% of the time but when they didn't they sincerely fixed it. I will come back again in the future because of the Manager's great attitude...and the food. Seriously, we really need to adopt "ENGLISH" as the required language in America. Or make us all learn Spanish. This is getting real old now. I went to this Wendy's after the gym and prior to Costco and ordered something very simple: Can I get a grilled chicken sandwich with light mayo? Yes. Can I get a grilled chicked sandwich combo with ice tea. (Wendy' still does not have a soda bar, then again either does Chick-fila - but they have more then 3 people working at Chick-fla). What does this person rings me up for? Two chicken sandwich and she had to tell the cook in Spanish light mayo, cook looked over at us and rolled her eyes. I asked her about the Fries and drink. She did give me the combo. She proceeds to ring me up for fries and a drink. I did not get my combo price. Instead of voiding the transaction, she bust out a calculator and keys away. I had to tell her she owes me 1.80 because she can't do simple math. Then she gives me my change including the 1.80 in quarters and dimes because they were out of dollar bills. She could have freaking told me so I can use my card. Now I am walking around like a slot machine. I am never going to this Wendy's again. read more

I am a big fan of the Wendy's chain, just not this Wendy's. If you happen to stumble upon this establishment after 5pm there is rarely another soul around. One would assume this would mean quick service. Not so much. The employees are incredibly slow. They also make me feel like I am in a foreign country. Not to sound like an ass but this is America. I do not speak Spanish and you cannot be pissed off if I cannot understand what the hell you're saying. Speak English and maybe we can communicate.
