Ah yes, another one of my gourmet dining experiences that I am rushing to Yelp to brag about. I came to Wendy's not really expecting to get much, but of course all that went out the window like usual. I ended up getting a cheeseburger, a bowl of chili, a baked potato, and some spicy chicken nuggets. Actually, why am I even surprised? This is basically what I get EVERY SINGLE TIME despite telling myself not to. There have been some Wendy's where I downright don't feel right (I came up with "downright don't feel right" now, so when you hear it in some ghostwritten Drake song, remember where you heard it first), but this wasn't one of them. The quality was fine. The order also came out fast, and when the chili came out without cheese when I ordered it and was charged 50 cents for it, an employee quickly solved the issue. Plus, this Wendy's is top-notch in terms of its offerings: the fancy digital soda machines, nice TVs, FREE WI-FI, and overall nice modern decor. This is a pretty standard Wendy's when it's all said and done. Nothing was so disgusting that you would want to walk out but noting was that amazing to have me rate it higher than a 3-3.5 stars. Never been to this location before but I went with a few co-workers after a long meeting we had. Parking was plentiful and the line was super short. I was actually looking forward to eating the spicy nuggets because I haven't had them in some time. I don't eat much "fast food" but the spicy nuggets are the business or should I say "was the business." Hmmmm, "why did he say was?" Well discover this... As I get to the register of this fairly clean and bright franchise location; I asked for 4 orders of spicy nuggets.... **dun dun dun dun** I was quickly informed by the nice young lady that they took them off the menu and she didn't know why. She stated that she was bummed as well, as they were one of her and my favorite items on the menu. After this shock (think about... when you thought Jon Snow was killed... yeah that kind of shock); I had to pick a new item. Luckily there wasn't anyone behind me that was ready so I was able to be in denial, grieve, accept and move on in a matter of 45 seconds or so. Tragic, I know. I ended up going with 4 orders of regular (picture me saying this totally disgusted) nuggets, fries and a jr bacon. All in all everything was cooked the way it should be and I inhaled the food to satisfy my hunger even if it was with regular **insert your favorite colorful word** nuggets. I've done drive thru mostly, and two in person meals and one mobile order. //FOOD// * Homestyle chicken sandwich BLT with avocado: it's really good! Fresh chicken meat, crispy and delicious! * Dave's burger: always hits the spot! * Well done fries: are a must here! Other Wendy's can't seem to get it as crispy and hot as here! //SERVICE// I always see the same people here and they're always super friendly. One time I was inside and someone snatched my food when I placed it down and turned away for a second. They replaced my meal for free! Do not order here with the app!! I ordered here after using the Mobile App and was charged. They were unable to retrieve my order and did not honor my mobile app coupon. The manager only gave me the option to be charged a second time, for more money than the original purchase. I felt like they should have at least honored the 3 dollar discount for orders over $15. This Wendy's is great. Very clean. I think I could eat off the floor. Not that I would but if I had to I could. The staff are very nice and they try to get your food out as soon as possible. This place gets very packed during lunch time there are offices near by and they tend to walk over. I drive here from work when I get a chance. Some weeks I come twice. The food is great and hot. Especially the fries. They come out piping hot. As they should. But give them a second or Two. You will thank me later. I am a fan of the baconator. It's a work of art. Bacon cheese patty repeat. The idea is still genius. Order it medium size and with a natural lemonade. And don't forget the frosty. I usually come here around lunch time. Also they have a really nice television that was playing soccer. I'm not a huge fan of that but some of my workers are. Though I have not let them know about it yet. Maybe if they are on Yelp they will find out. read more

I wanted the $1 Frosty keychain so that I could get FREE frostys all year long because who doesn't love that? I sure as hell do. While acquiring my keychain, I decided to get the $1 and some change bacon chicken something with fries and a drink and my total all together was only like $4. Get out! So freakin' cheap. I'm way too busy at work nowadays to even take a lunch but wow, this was so efficient and it was close by. Drive thru is super fast. They are on top of it and keep things moving super fast. Like the fact that this Wendy's is in existence here at this shopping center. But the drive-thru like is horrible during lunch time. It's sometimes a hazard to incoming cars because the drive-thru line sometimes curves out and it hinders incoming traffic into the shopping center. But I still enjoy coming here because of their selection of their value menu. read more

This place has the most efficient drive through during the weekday lunch rush EVER. Honestly - I think I must have ordered, paid and collected my food within 3 minutes. FANTASTIC for anyone that works in the Technology Drive area. I always order the spicy chicken cesar salad. It's not difficult to mess up and a salad is a salad - so I trust it. The spicy chicken also has a good flavour to it. If you do order from there, go online and take the customer service survey after the fact. It's short and you can save on your next purchase. I'm usually not too big into those surveys, but you're able to get a full salad for the price of a half. read more

I'm a vegetarian and there isn't a lot of options when your colleagues decide to go to Wendy's for lunch. But I asked the front employee at the register if there is anyway possible to get the apple pecan salad with no chicken and the man at the cash wrap stated in a very welcoming tone " yes of course we put the chicken on separately so the salad and the chicken do not touch unless you want them too.." LOL .. Fabulous!! And he even requested for the gal who grabbed the salad for me to sprinkle some bleu cheese chunks on it.. A+ sir! Overall they were great.. Thus me feeling the need to review it.. This place is awesome they get your order correct all the time, EVERYTIME! They have the correct staffing when they need it to get the customers in and out quickly. The food is as good as it gets, never put together like if they were in the back of a moving truck. Food is prepared when you order, so it's hot and ready to eat. The drive thru is really fast all the time, well at least when the place is open. The only negative is the hours here. They have short hours due to the type of businesses they cater to. They are located next to a huge business park, no homes or apartments, except for The Village &The Park, near them. So if the businesses are closed they are closed. Overall when the place is open and you are in the area, this place is somewhere to get good inexpensive food fast by an excellent staff. read more

Ok, I'm not writing a positive review for Wendy's just because I have the same name. It's seriously because I love their Apple Pecan Chicken Salad so much. I don't usually order salad for lunch and I don't normally like blue cheese, but this salad has won me over. It's got granny smith apples, dried cranberries, roasted pecans, blue cheese crumbles, and grilled chicken breast with pomegranate vinaigrette. They put just the right amount of blue cheese, and the sweetness of the cranberries and crunch of the pecans, plus the acidity from the vinaigrette all compliment each other really well. Simply delicious!!! I honestly don't mind having it every day! I also love their chili. This location gets busy during lunch hour. But they are fairly fast and get my order right. read more

Every time I come here it is a total disaster!!! I've been treated rudely for coming too close to closing, ie 8:30pm when they close at 9pm. I've been given the wrong drinks, and then given a hard time for requesting them to be changed out. BUT today takes the cake...waited in the drive through line for 15mins after ordering for the two cars in front of us to get there food, and then when we get to the window we are told to pull around to the front as our food is going to take 3mins, and they need to get to the car behind us. We then wait out front for another 15mins and our food comes out COLD. Why?!?!? Never going back to this location again!!! read more

After waiting 10 minutes in line, they asked us to pull around to the front because the chicken nuggets weren't ready. Waited at the front of the store for 10 minutes, finished my large frosty before they could even come out. Ended up having to walk in after 10 minutes of sitting outside and ask for my nuggets. Wendy's is FAST, very fast. They're so fast another restaurant can screw up a lunch order, making you go out of the office to get something edible for an exec who's hungry and waiting to eat with the rest of the crowd before the hour is up. This particular Wendy's is very fast and very busy during lunch hours, but the number of customers decreases at around 12:45 PM. At this location, they will call out one's name when the food is ready. Due to the sheer number of customers, the tables are not always clean. Sometimes one has to sit at a table that has not been cleaned yet, but we just clean them ourselves since it's not THAT dirty. During this visit, there were no noteworthy occurrences. The special seasonal BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich tasted good. I hope it becomes a permanent item. read more

Apple Pecan Chicken Salad I came to Wendy's to satisfy my salad craving; I had never had a salad from Wendy's. I came to this location at 11:00a.m.; this is perfect timing as there are not that many people. I had looked on-line before coming here, but still wasn't sure which salad I would try. When I walked into the store, I saw they had a large sign advertising the salads. The Apple Pecan Chicken Salad stood out to me. It was MINE! I ordered a small soda, small fry and the salad. The cashier asked if I wanted the whole or half salad, Genius! I asked to see the difference; the half looked ideal. The half salad was $3.99, small fry $1.59 and soda $1.59. I was looking at my receipt and noticed the back had an offer to take a survey to receive $2 off a large sandwich or a full-size salad. I called the (888) #; the survey only took a few minutes to complete. I will be going back soon to try another salad. I am really curious about the Baja Salad; it has chili and guacamole. ** I went to the Wendy's near my house on Sunday for a late lunch. I brought my receipt to cash in on the $2 off a large salad. I ordered the large Apple Pecan Chicken Salad, gave the cashier my receipt. I asked her how much and she replied "Free". Huh? OK. I guess she didn't read the offer. I dunno what it is about this location, but they get it right. It gets jam-packed at peak lunch hours, but compared to other Wendy's locations (*cough* Long Beach*) this is like a whole different burger. It's always fast once you get your order in, and the burgs are never dry or sloppy lookin. As far as fast food burgers go, the Single Hot 'N Juicy is prolly second only to In-N-Out in my book. Some of the more gimmicky burgers aren't as great though. Their fries are too salty for me, so I go for the baked potato. Or if you're not counting calories, go a la carte off the value menu and get a Jr Bacon Cheese. Much tastier than dumb ol fries any day. And it's nice to see a place that has ice tea that doesn't taste like powdered, overly-sweetened Nestea. Also, if you want ketchup, be sure to ask for it. They forget every time. read more

Just had lunch here using a great coupon. Got two chicken sandwiches with small fries. All food was hot, fresh and delicious. Our sandwiches were still steaming as we polished them off. They have screens that show your order as it's being put in. Free Wi-Fi and TV screens showing sports. Even the water cups are high quality. People usually come to yelp to complain but forget the good experiences. This was an outstanding fast lunch. read more
