They made me wait on the food even tho I was the only one in the drive thru there was no one inside they asked me to pull forward to save their record for their superiors showing that they "served me quickly" I know the game. they made me wait 10 minutes and still messed up my order read more

Hit Wendy's tonight at about 7:15pm with someone. Placed our order then chose a table. Employee was cleaning by the "fireplace". We choose a table 5-8 feet away. She told us she was cleaning and couldn't sit there. The other part of the restaurant had young wild kids, so we got our food to go. We watched her finish cleaning a small area and put her cleaning supplies away, cleaning no where near the table we'd been evicted from. I've been to this Wendy's twice in a small amount of time... and I'm really impressed with the customer service, especially to Fernanda who works the register. She was so kind in helping me get the best deals that I wasn't even aware of! The first time I came at 10... a little early for lunch, but Fernanda was able to put in my son's order of chicken nuggets. She's literally the best! The food there has always been good. They have really good chili cheese fries. Also, they are very fast with the orders that they have to take being that there are so many app meals deals that are going on. Sometimes, it's kinda confusing, but they always get it right. Nothing like ordering a Baconator though the mobile app, getting your meal home and no bacon! Also through the app, no tomato and onion, and guess what, it's on the burger...screw this place, never again...how the hell do you pay employees $20.00 per hour, and nothing gets better. They got my order wrong. When tried to get them to correct my hot coffee with an iced coffee, Fernanda got extremely pissed at me and told me I ordered my food wrong and it's not their problem. I kindly reminded them they typed it wrong. Fernanda said they'd pull the audio recording from the drive through to prove that I'm wrong. Now I doubt they record, but in the event they do have ample storage to record the audio, this was probably the worst service I've gotten here in the decade I've been here. They also don't open on time despite the sign saying it's open. I came in at 6:05. No one at the drive through to help nor did they open the dining room despite all their signs saying it opened at 6. Called their corporate line, probably won't go anywhere but I won't return here anymore if that's the case. read more

so i normally come here to get the 10pc spicy nuggets which i really love but this morning i had some points that i can redeem for a large seasoned breakfast fries i went inside to order them and i asked how to redeem my points the worker said she had no clue what i was talking about which kind of upset me cuz if u work there u should know what the customer is talking about. so i finally decided to order it through the app and when i went to the drive through it was the same worker but what mad me more upset was she gave some burnt large breakfast fries either the grease needs to be changed or something. it left a nasty taste in my mouth. normally i don't have any issues with them. read more

Terrible service, lukewarm food, the guy at the drive through had a weird attitude and the previous time I went there the lady at the drive through was insanely rude to me. SO this time I came to Wendy's I ordered a biggie bag jr Bacon cheese burger AND a 4 piece spicy nuggets. It's been a long time since I've been here. I figured by now they either shaped up or got closed down regarding stealing credit card information. It looks the same as before, the menu is largely the same, and their prices skyrocketed. So typical of everything today. The meal worked out well, but I think largely because of one employee. The guy at the drive thru kept having to correct his team. I guess remembering that one order was easy ice and the other was no ice is complicated. The burgers were juicy, the buns were forgettable, the fries were ok, but the order was right. I can see how things could easily result in a 1 star review. I like Wendy's chicken biscuits with no honey and my son likes it with honey, we both love the potato that they serve with it. The services was good but a little slow but I believe they cook the chicken as it's ordered so I didn't mind the wait because it was hot when we got it. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad (with Ranch dressing) and baked potato for delivery. Plain potato with sides of butter and sour cream...plenty of both. We stopped here today for lunch on a cold windy breezy and sunny day to grab a bite to eat for lunch. I ordered 3 Triple Daves for me the big man lol and one medium Dave for the babe. I didnt eat all 3, I was visiting a bud of ours in the area. Sandwiches with fries are actually good. I dont eat at Wendys often, But this could be a go to spot for me. I came here after a night class to get some dinner and decide to use my free frosty for my birthday. I do a meal mobile order for drive thru and pull up. They take longer to get my order so i decided it was smart to check i had everything. They gave me everything in a hurry once they bagged it and say you're good. But i had no frosty. I asked for a frosty and she said did you buy one? I pointed to it on the receipt and she said "oh you did" and goes to get it. It's been 10 years since my last visit. The cashier girls totally courteous, the Jr Cheese burger deluxe was great. The bake potato, too dry not enough butter, not enough sour cream. I stopped in at my neighborhood Wendy's for their 4 for $4 deal. This Wendy's charges $5 for the deal. I just saw a TV commercial for the 4 for $4 deal. When I arrived at the drive-thru window, I inquired about the price discrepancy. The nice girl at the window, Esmi, I think, was thoughtful and apologized, and said they recently raised the price and thought many Wendy's in the LA area were not "participating" restaurants. She was very nice and apologetic. The guy behind her with a headset on and sounded like the person who took my order said, "because it's Huntington Beach and everything is expensive here". It sounded rude and obnoxious. It was uncalled for. Then when I got home, two of the three order had the incorrect dipping sauce. Not a big deal, but added to the rudeness of the drive thru order taker, this locations reputation is tarnished a little. read more

"4 for $4" as advertised on TV, this location does not recognize corporate advertised specials. Instead, they changed it to "4 for $5," 25% more. Over recent years I have boycotted any chain where locations do not honor corporate advertised specials as they cite they are a franchise and not corporately owned thus not required to follow pricing or specials which I think is bull if they are using the corporate name and not advertising that fact on their street signage so customers don't waist there time visiting that location. Subway is no different with "Customer Appreciation." If Wendy's wants my patronage, they need to start including street visible signage to inform the public if the are either corporately owned", a "franchise", or if the accept corporately offered specials. ore wasting my time again at this or other Wendy's.
