10/10!! Can't wait to come back here for their burgers. Tried the poke bowl, garlic noodles and chicken, and the onion rings. Honestly, best onion rings I've had in a while! The garlic noodles and chicken (my dish) was sooo good and the poke bowl was also good and seasoned well. Fun goth decor with kind and attentive servers.

Great atmosphere and food! Good happy hour menu too - loved the deviled eggs and Brussels sprouts- and the smash burger was pretty good. Friendly and quick service! Also, it's child-friendly during the day which is nice!

Best place for a handmade burger. It's so juicy and flavorful, highly recommend the fig and the fried goat cheese burger. Sweet and savory it definitely hits the spot. Matt the bartender makes a good old fashioned, if he's not there Davis makes a great one too. All in all a great atmosphere that makes it feel like a community. Thanks 25!

I was in Huntington Beach and I came across 25°. This place is Grrrreeeat. They have this amazing ranch that goes very well with the onion rings. They truffle fries are well seasoned and cooked the perfection. I ended up getting the smoker burger and wow, it was fantastic. The service was good. The ambience was a little dark, which was kind of relaxing, especially on a really hot day after sun soaking at the beach for a while. It was a great time. thank you!

Garlic noodles with Salmon

My brother and I came here for dinner on a Saturday night. We saw a post on IG about the food and had to try it. When we walked in we were skeptical. Looked like your typical HB dive bar but there were actually a lot of families here having dinner so we were committed to try. We ordered a drink each and for food we had two appetizers and two entrees. The spicy tuna was really good the fried eggplant was crunchy and the tuna had flavor. The wings were crunchy and flavorful, 8 in an order. The French dip smash burger was amazing the French onion soup was delicious. The last entree we ordered was the garlic noodles with salmon. Salmon cooked perfectly but didn't have a lot of seasoning but when you take a bite with the garlic noodles it was the perfect combo. Will def Come back to try other dishes.

Stopped by for one drink and ended up staying. Matt swore by his Old Fashioned's and he did not disappoint. Great atmosphere. They had live music so based on great drinks and music we stayed and never left. Noah was awesome and you could tell he loves to make people happy. Maria was making sure all glasses were picked up and clean. Love the way they all worked together. I even caught a few employees give hugs at the end of their shift. Definitely great vibe. Hohn Fullwood definitely kept us there as well. Thanks for a great night guys.

Truffle Burger

Our server was super sweet! Everyone was very attentive in getting our orders and refilling drinks consistently throughout the night. We came on a Sunday and the restaurant had live music playing. The smoke burger 5/5 great flavors, the meat was medium cooked. The flavors go well together, the bbq sauce wasn't too sweet. Would order again! Truffle burger 2/5 the burger had the slightest hint of truffle. The burger was overall bland

Pictures do no justice! Portions are perfect. Food and service were amazing as always!!!! Salmon, burger and a red head in bed drink is always a favorite go to!! and they will be having live music tonight cant wait to hear what musician Stevengb is gonna be playing tonight! Definitely fav spot in HB when i'm in town!

Hi. Are dogs allowed in the patio are?

Yes.

Are Wednesday nights all you can eat Prime Rib?

Yes! According to their Instagram postings.

Is there a dessert menu?

Yes!!!

Is there parking?

Street parking only

Is there outside seating and ocean views?

Yes outside seating but no ocean views

Is this place back open?

We keep calling and no one answers. I'm hoping they put something out on Yelp soon. We're so bummed they closed.

Is there a kid menu?

Yes! We got my daughter the hot dog and sweet potato fries combo and she loved it!

If you purchase a burger does it come with fries? Or do you have to pay separate for that?

Separate, its a pretty hearty burger and i dont typically have room for fries too but they are inexpensive to add, or you can go 50/50 fries and rings on side. I usually split it if i get burger and fries.

New happy hour?

Certain days have certain specials and happy hours but theres one i think is between 3-7pm ..not 100% sure i was just there last week

Easy to park in their lot and it was free with validation. Six or so tables along the glass on the patio, and another 4-6 in the dining room, make this a wonderful pace for dinner, apps or drinks while watching a sunset. Mia at the front desk made sure we had a great seat. Phil was our waiter and he took great care of us all evening. A delicious paloma martini got us started and we loved the spicy tuna tartare tacos. The short ribs with pineapple cheesy risotto was yummy and my wife loved the salmon and mashed potatoes. Huge portions and the price was not crazy. Pretty quiet on the patio aside from a few loud motorcycles along PCH. The dining room was a bit louder with the piped in music but too loud in there. We will definitely be back. Solid dinner house with great ocean views.

I'm really disappointed to have to update my review after our latest experience at The Brant…read more Unfortunately, the lack of hospitality we experienced this time was incredibly disappointing from the moment we arrived. We brought my stepdad, who was in a wheelchair, and when we entered, there were two young women working at the front. Despite clearly seeing us trying to navigate the entrance with his wheelchair, neither offered to help with the door. We literally had to ask them to assist us. Something as simple as holding the door for a guest in a wheelchair should be basic hospitality and common courtesy. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve once we sat down at the bar. Our bartender, Viviana/Vidiana, essentially ignored us. My stepdad ordered a glass of Chardonnay, and she clearly heard his order. Rather than acknowledging him or getting his drink, she continued talking to another couple at the bar about how she couldn't wait to be off work. She then walked away, said something quietly to the bartender coming on shift about my stepdad wanting a Chardonnay, grabbed her purse, and left. There was no "Someone else will be taking care of you," no acknowledgment of his order, no goodbye -- nothing. It honestly came across as incredibly rude and dismissive. What bothered me most wasn't having to wait for a glass of wine; it was the complete lack of warmth, attentiveness, and basic hospitality throughout the experience. When you are bringing a family member who uses a wheelchair somewhere, you already have additional things to navigate. Having staff make you feel like an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests makes the experience that much worse. We have enjoyed The Brant before, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. Hospitality is about making people feel welcome and cared for, and unfortunately, that was completely missing during our latest visit.

The lunch set seemed like such a good idea with the choice of appetizer, entree, and dessert. For four of us, we got two lunch sets and two more pastas. We also got the garlic parmesan fries which was as expected, nice and crispy with grated parmesan on top. We got the miso bacon carbonara which had thick pieces of bacon and heavy creamy and flavorful with slightly spicy kick in the carbonara sauce. The cavatelli had a great depth of flavor without being overpowering from the mushroom sauce. The soy garlic noodles tasted pretty clean without being overly greasy with a slight kick as well from the chili crunch. We all ended with the strawberry lychee ice cream made in house that came with fruit pieces of both lychee and strawberry on the bottom. Lacks the smoothness of churned ice cream so it's more on the ice side but the fresh fruit complements it well. Overall pretty good lunch choice and not too crowded with great variety of options for lunch sets. This mother-and-daughter operation has a warmth you simply can't manufacture. The mother personally came over to greet us, the ambiance was impeccable, and the service was exceptional from beginning to end. We had the shrimp curry, beet salad, French onion soup, short rib, scallops with mushroom risotto, and raspberry cheesecake, and everything was phenomenal. After finishing the shrimp curry, we still had some of the incredible sauce left, so our waiter suggested a half order of garlic bread to soak it up. Absolutely fantastic and exactly the kind of thoughtful recommendation that defined the service. Even the things I initially thought I wanted differently turned out to be perfect as served. I wished the French onion soup had more cheese until I discovered it at the bottom and realized the proportion was perfect for the flavor. Even the filtered water may genuinely be the best I've ever had at a restaurant, and our glasses never went empty. They also boxed our leftovers for us, another small detail that showed the level of care throughout the night. I'm honestly surprised Heirloom hasn't made the Michelin Guide. The service was on par with many Michelin-recognized restaurants I've visited, but with a warmth and personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. They comped a raspberry cheesecake for the birthday, and it was so incredible that we ordered another slice to take home. They surprised us by comping that one too! Exceptional food, impeccable ambiance, genuinely thoughtful service, and hospitality with real heart. Don't miss this place.

They're known for their French onion soup and it was good, but I definitely wouldn't call it the best I've ever had. That said, it was probably two hours after we sat down by the time we actually got our soups , so maybe we were just really hungry by then haha. For our mains, we did the short rib, pork chop, and filet. Everything was delicious, but the filet was hands down the standout for me. The pork chop is wet aged, so it can look a little pink even when properly cooked, which threw one of my dining companions off a bit, but it was still good. Unfortunately, the experience was a different story. We had a 6:30 reservation and didn't leave until 9:45. We waited about an hour just for our appetizers, and shortly before they arrived, we were told they were down a cook and to expect delays. A three hour and fifteen minute meal for two and a half courses is just crazy. My biggest issue was the lack of communication. I wish we had been told when/before we were seated that the kitchen was significantly delayed so we could decide whether we wanted to stay or make other plans. Instead, we were already well into the experience before we got that information. The AC also wasn't great. It wasn't unbearable, but it was definitely uncomfortable, especially during Southern California's heat wave. I'm not sure if the AC just isn't very strong or if there was an issue that night, but sitting there for more than three hours while already feeling warm definitely didn't help. Then, right before our mains finally came out, we were offered complimentary half glasses of wine as an apology. Two of us declined, and one of my dining companions actually requested a completely different drink, but the wine was still brought to the table anyway (never received the requested drink either). If we've already said no, please don't bring it anyway. And honestly, after waiting that long, you need the full glass haha. At that point, I would have much rather been offered a complimentary dessert or something that actually addressed the three hour wait. The owner did come by twice and was very nice, and we were genuinely trying to be understanding of the situation. I just think there could have been more communication and a more meaningful effort to make up for the experience. Dessert didn't really redeem things either. We tried the crème brûlée and banana bread dessert, and neither would make my list to order again. The crème brûlée seemed overcooked and the banana bread dessert just didn't do much for us. So where does that leave me? The food is good, and there are definitely dishes I'd order again, especially the filet. But good food can only make up for so much when you spend more than three hours at the table, especially when you're hot and waiting most of that time. I'd be willing to give Heirloom another shot, but not before we get some cooler weather and I can confirm they've actually hired a second chef to help keep things moving at a more reasonable pace. If those things are sorted out, I'd be interested in seeing what the experience is like when everything is running the way it should.

Despite wanting to be at the hospital with my loved one, we went to the restaurant for the 4 dinners with the hopes of some accommodation for the 2 cancellations. I'm standing at my ZERO STARS for the hotel policy. Absolutely DO NOT PREPAY any reservations. 2 missed dinners won't destroy their budget. That said I can not say enough about the service I received from Tony the manager and his staff & chef: 5-stars, 10/10, A+. Only because of him am I updating this review. He provided elegant and compassionate service. The food was outstanding. I have to start with the octopus appetizer. It was outstanding, tender, rich, and flavorful. Perfectly prepared. The filet mignon was perfectly prepared, tender, flavorful, & delicious. But the surprise dish of the night was the pork chop. Perfectly moist & tender throughout with a delicious creamy sauce with nuts, maybe macadamia's I'm not sure. That was the winner winner pork chop dinner for the night. We also shared a Creamed Spinach Pop Tart, spinach in a creamy cheesy sauce in a puff pastry. It was tasty but a bit cheesier than anticipated with only a touch of spinach. I was expecting more of a traditional creamed spinach. I thought there'd be more spinach:cheese ratio. The Truffle Parpadelle was exactly what I wanted. I love nothing more than a creamy mushroom sauce pasta. The parpadelle was perfectly cooked lovely super wide pasta and was generous with the morel mushrooms. I could almost have that as an entree. Dessert was Mango Coconut Choux. It was a mango type mousse in a crunchy-ish pastry puff with a whipped cream. It was delicious. Definitely impressed with the food & service just be sure not to pre-pay any 'specials'. Just make a reservation & show up or hope you don't have a family emergency the morning of your reservation & don't plan on visiting your loved one or you'll lose your whole pre-paid reservation. The Whiskey Flight Prix Fixe will be offered pre-paid or not (still salty about this). Thanks for a delicious dinner & excellent service.

The service and drinks have consistently been excellent, which is why this particular experience was so disappointing and completely out of character from what we have come to expect. On our most recent visit, we ordered the Sarti Spritz, a drink that we understand had only been offered for two days. The drinks Mai prepared were noticeably different from what we had been served the day before- and we had four rounds: they looked and tasted more like pink soda water than a properly prepared cocktail. We completely understand that with a newly introduced drink there can be some inconsistency. What disappointed us more was the response when we brought it to Mai's attention. Rather than acknowledging that the preparation may have been different, she insisted that the other bartenders had been making the drinks incorrectly. At that point, we decided to order regular beers instead because we simply did not want to pay, even at the happy-hour price, for what tasted and looked like soda water. What was even more unexpected was that Mai then brought the issue to the attention of the manager, McCarthy. We were surprised and honestly upset that a simple concern about how our drinks were prepared had been escalated in that manner. We felt like we were called to the principal's office and scolded. McCarthy ultimately comped the Sarti Spritzes, which we appreciated, but we specifically declined to have our beers comped because we had no issue with them, and we were perfectly willing to pay for what we consumed. The most disappointing part was not that a new cocktail was prepared differently. That is understandable. It was the lack of accountability, the dearth of warm customer service, and the suggestion that the other bartenders, who had consistently prepared drinks we enjoyed, were the ones doing it wrong, followed by unnecessarily escalating the situation to management. Not good. That said, I cannot emphasize enough that this was a unique experience. We have had so many wonderful visits to Henry's and have consistently been impressed with the other bartenders and the overall service. One disappointing interaction does not erase all of those positive experiences, and we certainly hope this was simply an isolated incident
