Came for a late night craving fix and ordered through the drive-thru. Not only did we wait over 15 minutes to place the order (3 cars in front), but it took another 20 minutes to get our food. If that's wasn't a bummer already, the woman taking our order (Anel) was sooooo rude. We were excited to try the new Thin Mint Frosty. When we ordered it, the employee asked if that was all we were going to order. We said yes. She seemed very disappointed. The Thin Mint Frosty was a letdownit . No mint flavor. The chocolate sauce that they swirled in was gritty. We were not given the chance to choose the flavor of ice cream (Chocolate or Vanilla). It's great that they finally put some time and money into updating it but, if I'm honest, it hasn't gone so well. the toilet in the bathroom sits at an angle, and there are some other strange things going on in there like some of the tile work and heavily distorted music coming from the ceiling speaker. the ceiling tiles in the eating area are peeling and discolored - over all the work that was done looks like it was done very quickly and nobody is keeping an eye on the place. anyways, we ordered the food and sat down. The entire time we were in the building, there was a loud ~3k kHz tone (sorry.... audio nerd) that was uncomfortable for me and that was in addition to the other noises going on which made it pretty noisy. The food wasnt great and it certainly wasnt hot. Came to Wendy's for a quick little dinner. I was so disappointed that they didn't have my spicy chicken nuggets that I like so much! I got the 4 for 4 deal- double stack burger, 4 chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. It was a Good deal but the burger was literally the size of my palm and of course, it had to be the regular chicken nuggets. My boyfriend got the triple jalapeño cheese burger with onion rings and bacon. It was a decent size but definitely didn't look like the picture online. It was also super greasy. Wendy's is pretty good. I love the Baconator even though it's the greasiest fast food burger ever. Wendy's fries are good, they reminded me of in n out. The frosty is a legend in itself. This location is cool the outside sign makes you feel like you're not in Old Town but you definitely are. The indoor lighting is strange reminiscent of a nighttime construction site. The cashier was not very nice but when I hesitated on the idea of a frosty she encouraged me to go for it. Gotta love that. read more

Placed an online order to he picked up in the lobby. The app said lobby was open until 9pm. I tried to go in at 8:50 PM. Doors were locked. Parked in front of the signs for online orders and checked in. Waited for 20 minutes and nobody came out. I decided to pull up to the drive thru window to let them know I had an online order. DIEGO So today I had a long first half day at work and then left for lunch around 11:30. I get there 10 min later and the line has about 6 ppl already in it. I'm like "no problem" proceeded to get in line and you can easily see the cashier/DIEGO being a D#*$! For no reason other then for having to do his job. He's being rude to the customers b4 me snapping at/cutting them off (verbally) then when hes getting drinks and frys you see him acting the same towards his co workers. One trys to help him with giving him something and he snaps at her saying your wasting your time and ignores her. Not only that but he was training a new guy(whose first day is today) and definitely not leading by example considering he's a shift manager or something to that extent. So now he's back to take my order and is like "what are you getting?" (I tried to be nice even considering seeing how he just acted with PAYING customers even though it really bugged me...) and I tell him the order. Which was a combo that comes with nuggets. And he says very unclear/low "what sauce" and I thought he was asking about the nuggets. Me thinking if I wanted spicy or regular. I said "I'll take the spicy nuggets" exactly like that. Then he ignored my answer kinda rolls his eyes like I was dumb for not hearing him say "what sauce" (for the nuggets) and repeats it louder now so I tell him "ranch". Then hes like "drink?!" And I say coke. Now I ordered for me, the combo was for my worker. Now I was on to ordering my stuff which was a salad. I asked him the size difference between a full and a half. Considering it's my first salad from there ever. He gets annoyed once more because he literally had to turn around and grad two salads to show me, then I order after seeing both. Last I order a water. On the screen he put small fry by accident instead of water and it look like in that split second while the receipt was printing that it looks like I paid for a small fry. I let him know. (which he must of just corrected b4 my card went threw and I was charged the correct amount from what price I saw on the screen) and proceed to say "I meant small drink not small fry" and he pulls the receipt out and shows me (because he knows he fixed it in time from what I saw) you can tell that bigger him. After that he acts like I'm dumb when he says "it is a small drink not fry. look!" and I'm like ok thanks... and he proceeds to shake his head while I walk away. This had me hot. I literally wanted to punch this little shit for just being a ass to everyone around him. Then someone is walking out while I'm eating. Ask for a refill and talks to the new guy. New guy says its his first couple hours and whatever then the customers says "Just dont act like this guy (points at Diego!)and you'll do great" and started to talk to Diego and say "You work for us, treat us like it. Were your customers and the reason you have a job." Then walks out. So now Diego's telling the new kid "dont pay no attention to them just look,smile,nod and dont say anything otherwise they will write/call for a complaint and you'll have to tell them (corporate) what happened and talk your way out of it". Then says how "it's annoying.." like obviously this isn't his first complaint. Hopefully it's his last though because this guy needs a wake up call. I'm the type of person that couldnt wish this (someone getting fired on anyone) on anyone but the way he treats people and acts like he's better. Im hopeing this is the last complaint. It really bothered me. Really really. Every other time I've went it's always been 4 stars but today this is what it is. He is a narcissist with a chip on his shoulder.
