Ordered through mobile app ahead of time, pulled through drive in for pickup, waited for 15 mins at the window, then was informed that a 6 count nugget would take 4 more mins and if I wanted to pull up to the parking spot that food would be brought out when done. Did that, and waited another 20 mins before finally just ordering on McDonalds app, writing complaint to Wendy's Customer Care Line for refund, and left after around 40 mins of waiting for food....... This place is horrible, the workers always seem high, when you ask for orange Fanta they always give you strawberry hi-c, and never have any other real soda available other than Diet Coke.... And now this.... Needless to say, I won't ever be visiting here again for food, and hopefully other people won't bother either..... 40 mins for no food..... Jesus..... The young lady working the drive thru after 1 am in the early morning hours of June 5 needs A RAISE! We left railbird festival in Lexington and were starving. Everything from Lex to Georgetown was either closed (it was after midnight on a Sunday) or had 25+ cars in the line. We drove north of Georgetown to try this Wendys that was 24 hours. Line wasn't bad at all and moved pretty quick, especially for night shift. The young lady working the drive thru was awesome and I felt bad for her since they were so busy so late. We didn't wait too long. I got a Dave's double and it is the best Wendy's burger I've had in years. Shoutout to the staff! read more

I wish you could leave zero stars. When I door dash they never provide my child's milk. So we started going in. They ALWAYS leave out at least one item. And then instead of say thing it's out they just don't ask what to swap out. We just went to the drive thru and got a drink but no meal so one person doesn't have dinner. Worst service ever. So this Wendy's, it's conveniently located in a truck stop and was a nice place to get breakfast. While the Baconator breakfast sandwich was fantastic, and the coffee was solid, they were out of breakfast potatoes, but hey, at least they had solid fries! I walk in to place my order and I was informed that they would be closed for about ten minutes to change out the cash register. I decided to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting, another customer was told it would be about 10 to 15 more minutes. I left. It does not take 35 minutes to change out a register. But, I'm glad it happened. During that 20 minutes, I observed an overweight and sweaty employee walking around, yanking of his cap and shaking his sweaty hair all around the food and counter tops. How disgusting. read more

Went through drive thru. The guy handed/threw the money at my husband and the change was almost dropped. Cheeseburgers were cold (not luke warm...cold). Fries were fine. Received no ketchup, salt, napkins or receipt. Our food was handled by someone not wearing gloves. I then went inside and asked for water and the guy handed me a cup and walked away. No water available where the soda was. I walked back to the counter and 3 different employees looked at me and never said a word. I went into the Pilot side and got water. When I was growing up, Wendy's was always my favorite fast food place to go to. Their fries were amazing and the chicken nuggets/sandwiches/burgers always tasted the freshest. Yummy yum yum. Over the years, I ate less fast food (and meat) and dined more at 'real' restaurants. Yet --- Wendy's always stayed number one in my book. After seeing so many McDonalds around here, and the occasional Burger King, I started to wonder if Wendy's even existed around here. Then! This! Heard about this location from some co-workers and drove out here to check it out after work one day. Sure enough, there's a Wendy's nearby. Woo-hoo! Fries are still as good as ever and the service here is pretty good, regardless of being connected to a gas station (Pilot). read more

When I'm running late and need a salad to take to work, I pop by the drive-through here. I get the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad (my favorite). I love the combination of bleu cheese, apples and chicken. It's sweet and savory. I also really appreciate this particular Wendy's because they always remember to include what I need in my bag. There is nothing worse than getting to work and realizing you don't have a fork or a straw or feeling the disappointment of no candied pecans. Excellent service. read more

Staff running the register was on her cellphone when we walked up. A minimum of 5 staff members looked at me and not one person addressed me. When the staff member was done on her phone she extremely rude when she came to the register. Took my order, then got back on her phone while I waited on the credit card machine to work. I did not work. After her coming back she had to change it to another register. While waiting for my order the girl running the register continued on her phone while another customer waited for her to acknowledge him. When I got my order I received 3 napkins. Ordered chicken nugget combo with ketchup. Had to ask for ketchup from Adriana who was extremely rude. Our drinks were all wrong. When I went back in to get the correct drinks Adriana rolled her eyes at me then began yelling at me. I asked to speak to the manager who was not wearing a badge so I was not able to get her name Adriana kept yelling at me from behind the manager. Manager did not resolve anything. Been going to this place for about 5 years now. They use to get my order wrong all the time, lately the past year they've been getting the orders right. However, today I received the wrong amount of change at the end of our transaction. I was supposed to get 7 dollars back but when she handed the money back it was while she was handing me the last bag of food and the cash was folded up with the receipt. I said thanks, pulled forward a car length then I realized there was only 2 dollars folded up with the receipt which was still in my hand. I backed up and told her that I was only given 2 dollars in change and she rudely replied, "well you better get out of your car and look around then cuz I gave you 7" I just pulled out, drove home, and searched the car to no avail. Hopefully she didn't just pocket it and is over when she counts out her drawer tonight and feels like a big silly for making me write this negative review about this restaurant even though this is solely her fault. read more

There's really not much to distinguish one Wendy's-inside-a-Pilot from another, but we found the service to be above average. As we were trying to cajole our 5yo daughter to eat her kid's meal chicken wrap (which had honey mustard which we now know she doesn't like!), a crew member who was tidying the dining room offered to bring us a new one with no sauce.
