I ordered a Taco salad and my wife ordered a baked potato. The potato looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a week. Wife took it back and asked for a fresh potato. The girl told her that it would take an hour for a fresh potato. My Taco salad was hands down the absolute worst salad I've ever had. The chips were like Fritos very small and they give you chili with pork and beans in it, yuk. The lettuce was so bad that both of my dogs wouldn't even touch it. Never again will I ever order anything from Wendy's, they are extremely rude to people and they are the most expensive fast food restaurant around. I ordered food from Wendy's thru DoorDash. I spent $32 dollars. I received the fries and drinks but not the sandwiches I ordered. When I called the store the woman who answered the phone was rude and said "yeah you can come get your sandwiches." I asked why weren't they put in the bag for the delivery and she said she wasn't paid enough to deal with DoorDash and didn't care. I have been going to this Wendy's the entire 30+ years I've been alive. I even worked at this location when I was in high school. I dread ordering delivery from here because they replace items with things I didn't order. this is the third time in a month that they sent fries with cheese and bacon instead of a baked potato with cheese and bacon. if they would have called and said they were out of potatoes I would have just asked for a refund on that item. The employees there are lazy and lack the education of common courtesy as well as customer service. Bring Susan or Amanda back into management at this location, the service is horrible!!!! read more

Overall it was decent. I am not a huge Wendy's fan since their cheap burgers are not my forte`. The bread seems kinda dry and not bread I would ever use for a burger. No flavor to the bread and it's airy dry like not going to fill you up. I would rather it be buttered and hearty. The burger patty is very thin. I didn't like the consistency of the frosty and the smalls are much smaller than we used to get them when they were in the yellow cups. The frosty seemed very airy and bubbly watered down, and it should be thick. We also went late at night around 10:30 and they also forgot our straws for our 3 frosty's. The only question the guy asked is if we needed a carrier. I also ordered 2 boo books. Not a very pleased customer to say the least! read more

I dont eat pork which is why I went to Wendy's to try their breakfast because they had other options other than pork. I was told the honey butter chicken biscuit just comes with honey butter and chicken. There was bacon on my sandwich and it's inedible to me because I don't eat pork and havent for years. I live nearby & admittedly eat here more often than I probably should but they have such good deals on their app, service is quick, they're friendly & always accurate which is saying a lot for a fast food spot. Dude, worst Wendy's I've been to by far and man do I love Wendy's. If you have a nice 45 minutes to kill just waiting to order come to this location. It will make you think Cedar Point is still open despite Covid. They lock the doors early and never answer calls so it's almost like a reverse escape room vibe. The food taste like Wendy's but like yesterday's Wendy's. (If they have it in stock) The menu is a facade, almost like walking through the desert. You think you're reading the signs correctly, you ask for the item, but nope... It was all a dream. Or should I say nightmare? Two complaints; 1. Our meal was done wrongly around 4 times 2. Their bathrooms are really bad in terms of hygiene. ---- Normally I love Wendy's, their food is awesome! But this visit was something very different, their words were "we have alot of new people"-Okay, well your staff should at least know how to properly make a customers meal. The first time-okay, genuine mistake, the next time-Okay apparently something isn't right if they mess up 4 time's total. I probably won't visit this Wendy's again after this. read more

If you enjoy Wendy's please avoid this one. If you survey the area, you will nice that many of the businesses had either packed up and moved out of went out of business. I imagine for poor service or due to competition. In any case, I went in to order a simple meal and drinks for my girlfriend and me. It took them at least 20 minutes to take my order 'correctly'. First strike. I specifically requested 4 of their largest cups for my drinks, "Three cups of water, two with ice and one without and the last with ice and Strawberry Lemonade. As the young lady was filling (the wrong sized cup mind you) she was obviously new and expressed that she "had" to give me the smallest cups because they were specified for water. I replied, "I would like the largest sized cup for water." She then replied, "I cant do that." I replied, "You can't or you won't." She, then looking puzzled and confused asked her shift leader who in turn asked her manager if it was okay to charge me for water. Her manager turned to her and said, "Charge him for three cheese sauces." To avoid making a scene, I paid an additional $2/plus tax for three plastic cups. Second strike. Normally, I would have made a big fuss because it's ridiculous to pay for water as it is, let alone a cup for one but because it was 107 degrees outside and I needed to get back on the road, I paid and walked away. Don't get me wrong, I love Wendy's but my interaction with the staff was lacking. The young lady's who assisted me was very polite and kind but the management needs to step it up. I've worked in the service business for nearly 20 years and this was a pretty crappy experience. Don't get me started on the "restroom". I was afraid to rest ANY part of my body on anything inside of it. The urinal smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in years and there was urine all over the floor and toilet seat and it did not have any hand soap or paper towels. Third strike. I am only giving this place two stars because of the sweet young ladies who helped me, otherwise, it would get a one and that's only because the Strawberry Lemonade was tasty. read more

Pretty sure my wife and I got some form of food poisoning here. Quite possibly the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Not representative of the quality of the chain at all. Corporate would do well to visit unannounced and give a thorough inspection of the best practices and the cleanliness of the kitchen. read more

If you like Wendy's you'll love this one. Quick service and staff is very friendly. Food is always hot. If you dine in during lunch the dining room has an employee making sure you have everything you need. It's Wendy's, but this one is better than most. read more
