Service here was above that what is normal expected from a fast food restaurant. The front counter employee was polite and friendly and had no problem juggling several orders at the same time with different forms of payment, including scanning promo codes from my phone. The food also came out quicker than expected, being completed even before I had a chance to grab my receipt from the register. It was fresh, hot and tasty. Unfortunately, Wendy's, like many other companies is now charging $.50 per sauce packet, no $.50 isn't wallet breaking however in this economic climate with how expensive everything is getting, I find it absolutely ridiculous that a company that has never charged for sauce the entire time I've been purchasing Wendy's now all of a sudden decides to up their price. Ordered at this Wendy's last week and wasn't charged a dime for the honey mustard or the ranch that I ordered today, I asked for one ranch After already paying for the sauce that comes with my chicken tenders and was told that it would be an additional $.50 for one ranch packet. Is Wendy's really that desperate for more revenue? At minimum it's tone deaf to the needs of their customer base at maximum it's plain and simple greed charging $.50 for a pack of sauce not extra mind you, just one.... Found a bedazzled Jewel In my chicken wrap. When I asked the lady in drive thru for a refund, she rudely demanded I show her the receipt she failed to give to me when I paid. Even though she just saw me in the drive thru. Then when the manager finally got involved he had a bad attitude and took no accountability. All he had to say was " well everyone wears gloves so.." so clearly he is incompetent, while also lacking accountability AND integrity. You'd be better off having teenagers running this place. Also maybe take the 9 month pregnant lady away from the hot deep fryers. Unless you're so incompetent you could care less about your employees well being. After going through the drive thru I was told that the discount is only for those who order through the app and that I would have to order through the app to get that price. Pretty standard Wendy's, but it is stupid slow during the lunch rush. They only had one employee on the register and if you had cash or a coupon you couldn't order with the kiosk. An Okay Working Experience. I worked here on and off for a few years from the end of High School onwards. While I wasn't working here, I did end up eating here on the time off per the working discounts. It was a decent experience being situated at this Wendy's. The food was of decent quality, the management team changed through the time, was firm and comfortable to work there. A couple of the management changes were horrible, but I will not list on here who that was for privacy purposes. TL;DR : If you come here for the food, you will not be disappointed. This Wendy's is one of the better ones in the area. It's generally clean, has good parking (well lit), and reasonably fast - the drive in more so than ordering inside. Lately when going to Wendy's I've been getting either a chicken sandwich or regular sized hamburger and a baked potato on the side. It's probably a bit better for you than the French fries, and they taste pretty good too. The baked potato is usually hot too. If you order it with chives I hope you really like them, since they seem to dump quite a few on there. My only complaint is the sour cream is the fake kind. The sandwiches are pretty predictable and 'not bad' for fast food. They are usually hot and consistent in flavor. They still have self-serve fountain drinks here (others seem to have given-up on that idea), so for better or worse you fill your beverage while waiting for the order to be filled. read more

This place has horrible customer service. Went in on a Saturday morning around 11 or so. There was no one at the front counter. So i waited about 5 minutes or so before a employee mouthed over that he would be there in 1 minute or so. Just stood there watching the second hand on my watch go by and go by and go by. He finally came over and he states that they have only 3 employees, he was one, the manager who was cooking and a 3rd who was on break. Really? Send the employee on break while short handed and during lunch. I pull up to the window the whole store is at the window asking me "what the fuck I want on my burger" I repeat myself for the 10th time saying the same exact thing, the manager(Hispanic women) proceeded to yell at me that I can go across the street to McDonald's if I'm not happy with her service and claims she makes more money then while working at Wendy's. Her salary is 61k a year before taxes ma'am clam down. That's border line broke AF in the state of Colorado.
