This Wendy's is off Arneill Rd and Barry St. in Camarillo,CA . Upon entering I notice how super clean, very organized, attention to details. As I made my way the cashier "Maria" greeted me . Maria was so sweet, kind, caring, she was so knowledgeable about the foods here. I had some questions , which she answered all of them ! Maria had this upbeat positive energy about herself. I ordered classic Asiago club meal fries and a sprite. I didn't have to wait too long actually was super fast! It was so delicious! Their price points are terrific! Their restroom are super clean! The atmosphere feels so warm and nice to relax and eat here! I love always going to this Wendy's! I have many memories when I was young going here! I would love to thank Maria for being so wonderful and awesome ! It's was great to see Nicholas again too! Wonderful workers here !! Avoid. I've been coming to this one since I was a kid. Today I went to grab a bite and upon entering I noticed a strong unpleasant odor. But I first had to use the restroom so I asked for the code, and was told the restroom is for customers only by the manager. I found this off putting because like I said I have been a customer for decades to this specific branch and have probably spent hundreds on frostys. So I left, to finish holiday shopping and came back, ordered food because I was still hungry and then was allowed to use the restroom. I was not given the code, the manager let me in by pushing in the code. The restroom was filthy and had not been cleaned. There must be a problem with people using the restroom there, or some other issue maybe they don't have the staff to clean it regularly. It's a mystery. Who own's this location to allow it to become such a disaster? The only other person in the dining room was another employee on her break, eating. My breakfast english muffin food was not good, not even on the level of bad that I was expecting it to be. I ate one bite and threw it out. I was not given a receipt, or napkins. The bag was covered in greasy fingerprints. Overall, the quality has gone down so drastically, I'm surprised it's allowed to stay open. I suggest corporate visit. After being a customer for 25 years, I am never coming back. read more

It's hard to figure out how this location has taken incompetence to such a high level. Over the last year I've probably visited this Wendy's a dozen or so times. Only ONCE has my order been correct. It's gotten to the point where it's the family joke to see how bad they'll screw up our order. Adding insult to injury the people at this location are simply rude. To be fair, customer service at many Wendy's is pretty poor, but at this location they are angry. It comes through loud and clear. I don't know if they don't get any training or are just not paid enough, but you can tell they don't want to be there. Late night visit around 9:45 pm. Had the most pleasant experience/interaction I've had in a long while not just here, but anywhere. Ordering was prompt and she had me pull forward and wait as it would take a while for 20 piece fresh saucy nuggs. She offered us drinks while waiting and then quickly brought us our order when it was ready. She even threw in 2 cookies as a thanks for waiting. I think she may have been a manager, but her customer service was excellent and was so genuine. I really appreciated her and hope she's acknowledged for a great job!! read more

This was my fav Wendy's to go to. The service was always great, nice gentleman who usually worked the drive through window. But today we dealt with a RUDE younger girl with black / blonde hair, super thin eyebrows (don't know her name obviously) rushing us through the drive through, no thank you, not nice at all. Once we were done ordering all she said was "pull forward" and to top it off as we were grabbing our food, she was talking to the people ordering behind us, she said "people are so dumb". This location is understaffed and makes frequent mistakes. I do not fault the employees as they simply are not equipped to handle the capacity to keep up with the demand during a rush. Only 3 staff were present during a lunch hour and did not make for a speedy system. The franchise owner really needs to take a hard look at improving the customer experience. Wait times, order accuracy and supply issues all need a correction. Also, ordering from the mobile app makes it difficult for the individual location to fix an error when it occurs. The store manager simply asks for customers to call in the help center for assistance. It makes for a disjointed experience. McDonald's honestly has this figured out much better. My latest issue was corrected over the phone with a credit to my account, but would have preferred a refund after something was forgotten in my order. read more

For $20 an hour is it too much to expect a correct order? Two gripes here. Placed a VERY simple order, burger, nuggets and soda in the app. All good, they take my money. Pull up to the drive-thru and there's a sign saying no sodas. I already paid in the app. Is there no provision for the store to alert the maintainers of the app when they don't have something? McDonalds does! So I order a lemonade instead of soda. Pull up and grab my bag. Get back to my office and there's no sauce for the nuggets! It's on the order. How freakin' difficult is it to put three things in a bag? It's your JOB and you now get paid 20 BUCKS AN HOUR! The laziness of workers these days is pathetic. And Wendy's seems to have the market cornered on them. McDonalds is a close second. This Wendy's is near the Camarillo Outlets. I noticed that Wendy's raised their price of their CHILI, which to me has always been a fast food hidden gem menu item here that is great. I've never been a huge fan of Wendy's thin square patty hamburgers, so usually try something different. Their fries, before they changed 'em a few years ago, were always to me, the best for frozen fries. Better than McDonald's! The new version of their fries are okay. I had the Asian Chicken Salad here thinking I'd try to go "light and healthy" and it was kinda expensive for what it is/was. Also it was a rather weak salad in taste and ingredients to what I prefer. Now I know better, if you're going to eat so called "bad" (less than healthy), just do it, order that you think you like and what you know you want that'll taste good and be done with the guilt. This is the first time I ever thought to give a rating to a fast food joint since most all of them are moderaterly good in my experience. My family and I we're looking for a quick tasty meal and decided to try something different. Normally we would hit up the drive through at a fast food restaurant but we went in and we were glad we did. It was honestly the best service I've ever had at a fast food chain, let alone most restaurants. The food was excellent, the fries were hot and medium crispy. The ghost pepper sauce was very good on the spicy chicken sandwich. The manager and staff were very helpful and went over and above to serve us. They brought the food out to us, and extra sauce and napkins. He was encouraging to his staff, as I overheard him compliment them for doing a job well done. You could tell he cared, which was admiral. The restaurant was clean, quiet and it was such a nice treat, not the experience I would have expected. First problem was I was ordering at the drive through and the guy cuts me off and gives me my total before I'm finished. He should have asked "is that all?" Or "anything things else?" But no...... just, "your total is $xx" Second problem I ordered a baconator triple and I know it's not on the menu but every Wendy's (or at least every Wendy's should) makes them.... when I ordered it he seemed to know exactly what I ordered....
