I was in the mood to absolutely demolish a burger, so I was set on my decision upon entry. I was a bit shocked to see that their burger only came with one 1/4 patty, that's a fairly small burger. So I elected to add an extra patty on that thang (don't judge me). There was no sort of selection as far as how to cook the burger, so it ended up being a bit dry for my liking. It was supposed to be your traditional bbq / blue cheese style burger, but I don't think there was any sauce on it once I got it. Of course I made my own with the condiments provided (nice work having cholula, I have no idea why places carry traditional Tabasco from the pre-historic days). This restaurant is perfectly serviceable, especially for a small airport. The side salad and regular salad are actually surprisingly decent for what you would expect too. I just think there's a few things that they can easily adjust to make the burger much better.

Beef Tallow Donuts?! Say less…read more Lone Peak Provisions donuts have been popping up on my Instagram feed forever. It feels like everyone and their mamas were getting these donuts except me! Well, that didn't last long because I finally got my hands on them and they're so good! There are a few donut places in town but this sure stands out. Fried in beef tallow, these donuts fill your craving for a guilty pleasure without giving you that almost regrettable feeling after you eat them. They offer a nice variety of flavors but my stand outs have to be the original glazed, Nutella, and huckleberry. I thought I would really love the creme brulee but the cream inside had a strange sour tang to it that my palette did not enjoy. If you don't have a sweet tooth, Lone Peak Provisions also serves up very tasty smashburgers and beef tallow fries! A very reliable lunch spot for sure.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and Totti was a huge part of that. It's rare these days to leave a restaurant feeling like the employees actually made your day a little better, but Totti does exactly that. Her smile, positive attitude, and genuine joy in what she does are contagious. The food was pretty good too, but honestly, it was Totti's personality and exceptional service that made this visit memorable. She's a true asset to the restaurant and deserves to be recognized for the experience she creates for her guests!
