Wow a lot of bad reviews. I saw a lot of hard-working people that were busy with a lot of online orders. I was waiting to order and someone came to help me and then someone interrupted her and they had a conversation in Spanish as I was standing there. I thought maybe it was her daughter so I wasn't too bothered. Other than that the service was friendly and I got my order pretty quick. I was picking up food for someone so I decided to order myself a classic chicken sandwich with just cheese and some fries. The sandwich was fresh and juicy. It was really good. Decent food and service. The app is quick and easy. Food was out in minutes, hot and fresh. XL ice tea and they didn't pile on ice like other places do. Drive through takes to long at Lunch, so just walk in and get your food fast. Only disappointment was no refill on ice tea, just sodas. Way to go Wendy's promoting drinking more sugary sodas for free instead of healthy no sugar tea. No wonder everyone is addicted to sugar. read more

I had one of the greatest experiences ever while consuming the "Biggie Bag" at this establishment. The sauce was simply...SAWESOME! I can't believe it was so affordable! Especially as a retiree. Unfortunately, my nephew couldn't make it, so I had to eat my meal alone, but the employee, Rachel, was very nice and sat with me while I enjoyed my meal. Her nephew was with her for the day, and her nephew reminded me of mine. I told her about mine and she said "If your nephew isn't here, then mine isn't either" and continued to grab her nephew, and threw him out of the drive-thru window. Such a great worker. I like Wendy's (compared to McDonalds and Burger King) but this one let me down last night. We went through the drive through around 8:45PM, which shouldn't be one of their busy times. However, we were stuck in line for probably 10 minutes. There were several minutes where the guy taking orders would tell me to "please be patient and hold on." Finally, I got to order my food and drive up to pay. Then, I had to wait several more minutes for the food to arrive. It was all cooked fine, and the special order item we requested was done right, but disappointingly they forgot a straw or a spoon for my frosty. I went home to eat it as I live nearby, but had I not had that opportunity I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my food. Don't know if they were short-staffed, poorly trained, or just arrogant. Went to this Wendy's last night and ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. We waited a long time in the drive thru line while they made our sandwiches. As we were eating them when we got home, we found the centers Not cooked in the center. I haven't had a problem at any other Wendy's. I would not recommend this location for late night eating. Despite numerous attempts to get someone to contact me about this, they haven't. I have to say that this is the worst Wendy,s I've ever visited. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Instead of going through the drive thru, I decide to park and go inside. I place my order (don't get the receipt because the person who took the order is worried about going on break) and stand to the side with three parties already waiting. All of the workers seem to have attitude problems about taking orders and arguing over who is supposed to fix the food. I do notice that the manger only seems to care about the drive thru, because everyone inside was still waiting, but the orders for the drive thru were bing pushed out fast. It took about 25 mins for me to finally get my food, which was carelessly tossed on the counter by someone who obviously could care less about her job. Very unprofessional. Unbelievable. My 9 year old daugh5ter was trying to place her order and trying to be specific because she's had problems in the past with holding of certain items. Anyway, the girl behind the counter sauntered over and clearly did not want to be there, kept interrupting my daughter, copped an attitude when I asked her a question and with her disposition being as bad as it was, it wouldn't surprise me if she spit in my meal.
