Well Decor was referred by the contractor who helped me to deal with a leaky hot water pipe in my kitchen late Feb., this year. I had to redo the entire kitchen as well as part of the hardwood floor for the downstairs. You can imagine the kind of stress involved in this type of remodeling project. Luckily, Yuan and Harry of Well Decor are so ease to deal with, they took away a lot of my stress. I am so grateful that we ask them to handle this kitchen redo project.... Yuan and his team at Well Decor were excellent to work with. While reaching out for estimates, many contractors did not want to do such a small area (~300sq ft) and many refused estimates or tried selling me on other, more expensive projects. Yuan offered me a fair price and a quick start time. Once they started the project, they ran into some difficulties due to the age of my hardwood flooring, working hard to improve the imperfections of older flooring. This did set back the timing but when I spoke with Yuan about needing to be done more quickly than estimated, he proceeded to work overtime and over the weekend (which was a holiday weekend) to help me meet a time frame for other projects that were going on. Overall I am very pleased with the results and glad that I chose him to work with. If you choose Well Decor you can expect quality work and you can expect that if things need to get done, they will get done, unlike many other contractors who wouldn't have been so accommodating. read more
