Ghiloni Granite & Tile - a modern kitchen - Flooring Near Me - Spring Valley, California

Jonathan and his crew showed up and demolished a very dark 1990's kitchen in our Home in Coronado. They were so clean and kept everything moving for the renovations ahead. Jonathan helped me pick out a gorgeous backsplash , quartzite and quartz counter for my guest bathroom. I can not stress enough how exceptionally smooth the entire job went. We even got rid of a bar height divide from dining to kitchen area. The slab was huge coming in the house! It was placed with care and concern to my walls and cabinets. I highly recommend Ghiloni Granite. I have asked them to come back for the tile floor and our front entrance . read more

Ghiloni did some beautiful tile work in our guest bathroom and we get so many compliments on it! They also breathed new life into our kitchen. We didn't want to fully renovate, but it's amazing how much new countertops and a backsplash made a huge difference for such a reasonable cost. They offered great design tips and their crew was wonderful to work with - kind, professional, clean, respectful and showed up on time! We will definitely have them back for future projects. read more

Ghiloni Granite & Tile - custom bathroom - Flooring Near Me - Spring Valley, California

Ghiloni Granite and Tile manufactured and installed new quartzite countertops and backsplashes in our kitchen as part of a full kitchen remodel that we did with Pacific Kitchens. Our kitchen is considered large, and it took almost every bit of two slabs to do everything. The templating was done by Richard Ramirez, who was very efficient with his time at our house, and very happy to answer all of our questions about the process. We visited their facility to work with their staff in the layout of the slabs for the various surfaces, and the owner Michael Salamon was extremely helpful in working thru our options. They installed the countertops one day, and then came back a second day to install the backsplashes. Their installation crew of 4 was very careful, and their attention to detail was very impressive. They even cut in half the remnant piece that was removed for the installation of the gas cooktop and polished it so that we could use the two pieces as standalone work surfaces. We were very happy with every aspect of the work that they did, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for these services. read more

Not the cheapest quote I got but it was worth it. They did a good job and were always very responsive and on time for appointments. Very reliable and good customer service. The dinged part of my countertop but came out and fixed the issue. Would go back to them again! Michael was great to work with. read more

Ghiloni Granite does AMAZING work and I can't recommend them enough! They ripped out a 6" inch backsplash and installed a new one and they installed a stone veneer wall in my entry way. The crew showed up every day at about 8am and worked hard all day long until about 5:30-6:00pm. The team was professional and meticulous and cleaned up every day. These are truly gifted and skilled craftsmen. The end result left me feeling like I had a brand new home. The price was very reasonable and Rich Ramirez and Jonathan Ghiloni were so easy to work with. Also a sign of a truly professional company is they completed all of the finishing touches and left my home spotless at the end of the job. Thank you for your incredible work. Rich and his crew did a backsplash in our main house as well as a bathroom floor, wall tile and kitchen countertops and backsplash there. All the work was scheduled and executed on time and on budget, and after a runaway budget on the rest of the house, we were very thankful. So we have dealt with a plethora of contractors on this project and have a lot of perspective at this point. Ghiloni is at the top of our list for recommendations. The work is beautiful! read more

Ghiloni Granite did a fantastic job on our kitchen and master bathroom!!! We purchased 3 large slabs of granite at Granix in San Marcos 6 months ago. I got 3 different fabricators/installers from the sales guy, and after talking and receiving quotes from each one, we chose Ghiloni granite to do the jobs. They went and picked up the slabs from San Marcos right away, taking them to their shop. Rich Ramirez worked with my schedule on our remodeling projects: 1) large buffet counter 2) south kitchen counter with overhang 3) north kitchen counter 4) master bathroom counter Each job was done separately, since I was doing all the remodeling by myself. Rich came out each time and made a template and returned in about a week with a crew to install. Each job turned out beautifully, couldn't be happier! Rich and Jonathan are great guys to work with, I highly recommend them. read more

I contacted Ghiloni Granit and spoke to Rich Ramirez about adding a second sink, in the master bathroom, and, possibly, replacing the travertine vanity top. He came to see the job the very next day. His estimate was reasonable and I decided to do the job. I found Rich to be very professional, patient, and honest. We set a date for the job and the work was completed in one day. His installers, Nacho and Johnny, were also extremely polite and they did a great job. I would NOT hesitate to use this company again in the future and I highly recommend them. read more

These guys were the absolute best. Rich was extremely helpful and answered numerous questions for me throughout the process. They installed a huge 4'x11' island, countertops, and a small bathroom vanity for me. With some extra material that was left over they even made me a little sink ledge that I wasn't expecting, but love. Definitely using them again for a master bath vanity, when it's ready in a few months. Highly recommended. read more

No stars for Ghiloni Granite Design. Difficult to get in touch with. Rarely if at all returns calls or texts. Finally was able to get an estimate. Then, difficult to get the job scheduled. On the day the job was scheduled no one showed up and no one called. I had to, once again call call call. I received a text saying, "Ill call you later." I text back that I cancelled the job and let him know I would Yelp a review. Only then did he call and left a message with the excuse that "they were really busy." Jonathan was referred to me by an interior design person and he was amazing. His bid was very fair and he is very easy to work with. I had him tile a guest house, about 730 sq.ft. and tile an enlarged bathroom shower. His workman were prompt and skilled at their job. They cleaned up everyday. His crew did a brilliant job. We are just finishing a complete bathroom remodel, and our contractor recommended Ghiloni for the tile work, which is extensive and complicated. The father-son team of Marcos and Willy did such a superior job! There were so many opportunities in our job to cut corners or do a sloppy job rather than put in the time to do it right, and they took the "right" way every time. Plus they are kind men, nice to have around the house, prompt, tidy, and sweet. Highly recommended. read more
