My black stone shower floor gets white and drives me nuts. Only 3 years old and little ole me is the only one who showers, the shower floor looks like white scum all over. Will suggested a sealer and is very knowledgeable about stone and the reaction to cleaners etc. He coated my shower floor and also cleaned my carpets. He is willing to come back if the 2 coats of sealer need more attention. I am impressed with his knowledge of tile and his fistedness at cleaning and care. Hopefully this coating will last a year but if not he will reseal the tile. The willingness to stand by his work is very important to me. read more

Wilh from Dimensions Concrete did a wonderful job on our terrazzo shower floor, our garage, and back patio. He was communicative from the start and throughout the process, gave us a fair estimate in the beginning that stayed accurate, and we were very happy with the results. Our house was built in the 1960s and a lot of surfaces were old and worn, Wilh gave them new life without having to start from scratch. Would highly recommend! read more

A contractor dropped a can and chipped the granite countertop. Will came to the rescue. He repaired and sealed the chip so that it is almost invisible. Truly QUALITY work...it's in the name! I called Wil on Wednesday, he came out to my home two hours later to give me a quote on cleaning, polishing, and sealing my travertine floors. He is professional and very knowledgeable about his craft. He was able to come back on Friday and complete what would be a 9+ hour job. I thought my floors were in pretty good shape before until I saw the final product...bright and shining stone. Wil even gave me a deal on my granite countertops while he was here, which exceeded my expectations just as well, giving them a deep, glasslike finish! It is obvious Wil takes pride in his work, he doesn't rush, and pays attention to detail. And to top it off his prices are hard to beat. Lifetime customer right here! read more

I contacted Quality Stone Restoration after a number of other granite repair persons told us there was nothing that could be done for the water damage on our granite and that the granite would need to be replaced. Will came by the next day to look at the counter and was very honest with what he felt he could do and couldn't do. He came the following day to do the work and we are thrilled with the results. The granite looks nearly brand new. Thank you Will! read more

We found Will's website quite by accident but were very impressed with the work it showed. I reviewed his Yelp reviews and found they were all 5.0! Amazing. We asked that he come out our house and give a quote for a huge and very serious crack around our kitchen sink. He told us what could be done and what it would cost and we hired him to do the repairs. Will is like a plastic surgeon - his work is great and he doesn't over promise and he is quite the artist in granite repairs. Highly recommended. read more

The travertine flooring of my entire first floor was absolutely horrible after my husband had tried to clean and seal it unsuccessfully (DIY gone awry). Luckily I called Will who came and did a free estimate and then did such an amazing and professional resoration job of my entire first floor. His assistant, Katie, was also very sweet and professional and was very attentive to the details (as was Will). They make a great team and my floors look like new. So grateful for their hard work. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. They were efficient, timely, and very thorough. I resarched several other floor specialist, but I was most impressed by Will and Katie's work and their willingness to take on a challenge. read more

Sunday morning had my counter tops polished, WOW! I am a cook and my kitchen is small so the difference in look and feel was incredible. Wilhelm took great care with each step of the process. His pride in his work and craftsmanship are to be commended. I also had a vanity counter that wasn't stone but needed a deep cleaning. I am so thankful I asked! Prices are reasonable and they specialize in granite, travertine and marble. Have your surfaces be the talk of the town! read more

Will gave me a quote yesterday and finished our job today. He is super accessible and responsive. He has a golden personality one wishes everyone in the world can be as nice. With his powerful machine, our greasy kitchen marble floor was cleaned and restore to its original color. He applied powerful cleaner and wait 15 min then brushes off years of stain with the machine. Then comes with his super jet steamer washes and vacuum the chemical out. The floor and grout used to be super dark and now it is sparking white. His big van has tones of different machines, sand papers, buffers and liquids. I am sure he does a lot more than just marble. The only concern I have is his lost of sense of smell due to a cold and now he can't smell the strong sealant. I hope he can remind himself to wear a respirator when working. He deserves to have great health. Such a nice guy. I'll call him for sure for my next flooring restoration. Oh and BTW...unbeatable reasonable price. read more

I called Will to help correct a DIY project that had gotten away from me. After pouring several bags of concrete to make polished concrete countertops, I was left with very rough and uneven surface. Will brought his creativity and experience to help me problem solve the situation and was able to grind and polish the 20+ feet of countertop, to a 400 grit finish. The result looks better than my wife and I could have imagined. Throughout the process he checked in with me to offer suggestions on how to achieve the best finished product. Every morning he called on his way to the house to let me know what time to expect his arrival. He was early each morning. His prices were very reasonable and he was extremely professional. Quality Stone Restoration will be my first call for any future concrete and stone work needs. read more
