They arrived a few days later, from DSW Return Center. The shoes were dirty at the bottom and looked like the have been worn and returned. Perhaps, they just came from the Return Center? Called DSW to notify them. Was told to drop those two pairs at the nearest store and they ordered (supposedly two fresh pairs) from the warehouse. Well, few days later, the replacement shoes came. Exactly the same as last two. They came from the Return Center again, and looked as they've been worn and returned. Took them to this DSW CM location to return. Got excellent service by Rene. Like the associates at the other store location, he agreed that the shoes appeared to have been worn. Rene was very pleasant and courteous. Indeed, DSW always has great customer service. The warehouse, however, needs to be more careful and pay attention to what they send customers. Can't send customers used/worn shoes! Not good. And DSW should not put the returned shoes back in stock and mix them in with new shoes to ship to customers. In-store Customer service: 6/5 Shipping/warehouse: 1/5.

There was plenty of seatings, water bottles available, and the event ran in a smooth, timely manner. Andrea did a fantastic job of organizing the event, and was so friendly to all the guests. She let us know there was 10% extra discount for shopping the same day. Although I did not buy anything this time, I really enjoyed being at Road Runners. Cmon on now. The last ten times I've been to Blends, I was always greeted warmly and taken care of. Didn't buy anything on some days, and still received top notch service. For those that write low rating for shoe stores, please find another lane. Or address your concerns to management. I think it says more about these people who whine about stores like Blends. Blends is hands down one of the best sneaker stores around, and the service is second to none! I was surprised to see some unfavorable reviews about the service, but after my many visits, I'm convinced some people are hyper needy. The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a friendly hello and were eager to help. Their knowledge of the products is impressive, and they genuinely care about finding the right fit for their customers. The selection at Blends is fantastic, with a great mix of classic kicks and the latest drops. Solomon. ASICS. Brain Dead. Stussy. Hoka. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for, whether it's something stylish or something more performance-oriented. What really stood out to me was how patient and attentive the staff were. They didn't rush me or make me feel like just another customer. Instead, they made sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. It's rare to find that level of service these days, especially in a busy store like this. If you're into sneakers and appreciate great customer service, Blends is the place to go. Don't let a few misguided reviews keep you from experiencing this gem of a store.

I'm surprised the location was even open to customers under those conditions. What made the experience worse was that management seemed unconcerned about the problem. I had gotten to the point…read morewhere I was literally going down the stairs at home on my butt, and my "new normal" had become walking down the stairs backwards. I have plantar fasciitis and bone spurs in both feet, and because I didn't have the proper shoes or inserts, I was compensating in all the wrong ways -- pulling muscles here, straining muscles there -- until eventually the pain was everywhere and completely overwhelming. Honestly, I felt defeated and scared. I truly thought something more serious had to be wrong because the pain had become so severe. The moment I walked into the store, NAOMI greeted me with a smile, and as crazy as it sounds, I immediately felt this sense of relief -- like maybe I was finally going to be okay. She listened to everything I explained, was incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. After using the foot scan machine and seeing the results, she picked out several pairs of shoes and arch supports for me to try. Then she went above and beyond by sitting down and helping put the shoes on for me. In that moment, feeling cared for and supported meant everything because I was truly struggling physically and emotionally. I decided to wait a full week before writing this review so I could honestly speak on the results -- and WOW. Absolute game changer. LIFE changer. I'm an Assistant General Manager at a very busy, fast-paced hotel, so being on my feet constantly is part of my everyday life. A week later, I can genuinely say I feel like a different person. The customer service here is TOP NOTCH, and Naomi is an absolute gem!!! Thank you so much!!!! This will be the only place I buy shoes from moving forward. For the longest time I've had hit and miss instances with shoes. I've ended up with ingrown nails that required surgery. I've ended up in even more pain than I probably should be in. First thing that caught me off guard was I'm not a size 7 in everything... I'm an 8 (oops). Second was learning I pronate which makes sense why my ankles need so much support (esp with my health issues). Everything from start to finish was a breeze. Cheri set me up with some Hoka Gaviotas as well as some cute boot/shoe hybrids that already have insoles inside. With my Hokas, Cheri explained I needed to break-in/get used to my new insoles with a 2,4,6 hr rule and now I'm in love with them. From the moment my son, who's going into middle school, and I walked in, we were greeted right away and connected with Judy, our sales specialist. Our stay lasted about two hours, and Judy was amazingly attentive the entire time. She was so patient and detail-oriented, going back and forth to bring out ten to twelve different pairs of shoes for us to try on without ever frowning, even though there was no commission on our purchases. What really stood out was how she spoke directly to my son, making him feel truly involved in the process rather than just talking to us as parents. She also applied that same dedicated care to my wife, and thanks to her explanation, we finally figured out the reason for her ongoing ankle and knee pain. Judy's exceptional service and focus on satisfaction were unmatched, making her the person to ask for!
