They tell me I have to wait and see if my insurance covered it and they'll let me know (they didn't) and they wait until I come in the day or the appointment to tell me the answers I was looking for weeks prior. Either they don't know what they're doing or they're just not good at listening. Probably both. But if you don't want your time wasted, highly suggest going somewhere else.
