This afternoon, our neighbor pointed out that there was a wasps nest on the side of our house. We immediately started calling wasp removal places that were not available, and/or charged a fortune. Lucky for us, Robert answered, gave us a great price (half what we were offered elsewhere), and came over that same evening. He said the service included a full inspection, because if there's one nest, there's more. I thought this was kind of extra, but whatever. Turns out he knows way more than I do, who would've thought? After some investigation, I saw the bees going into my garage roof. I called Webster's and Robert responded right away and came out that same day. He is VERY knowledgeable and honest. Responsive and gets the job done. We had a slight problem with a bee hive that wasn't easily accessible and had to be eliminated. I called several companies (that were well reviewed here) and none of them even bothered to answer the phone nor call back. I finally got a hold of a company (Bee Green Natural Bee Removal) that seemed legitimate. Unfortunately, their schedule was completely booked for the week but the owner of Bee Green recommended his friend at Webster's Bees. I called Webster's and Robert answer the phone right away. Bees started to swarm and congregate all of a sudden in a cherry tree my parents have in their front yard today. My dad called around a couple other companies before deciding on Webster's as they remove the bees without harming or killing them whereas the other companies said they would exterminate them. If you're in the Downey are and you've got a bee problem you need to call Robert. I never had a beehive problem so as always I looked on yelp. Found Websters Bees and they had good reviews so I called rob and explained my situation. He had some appointments but said would still the same day. His tone on the phone was very nice which is a big + in my book. Shows up about an hour earlier than he had said. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Price was very reasonable. I think I paid $150. There were some bees left after he was done and he said that it's normal. That those bees will remain for a day or two but will eventually leave on their own. And they did. Cant recommend Webster's bees enough. BTW the bees aren't killed. They are taken to a beekeeper. read more

Honestly, look no further! Robert is hands down the best! Very professional and knowledgeable about his job. I was in a bit of a predicament once I came home from work. To my surprise, I ended up with a swarm of bees in my back yard on the floor and a plastic drawer. I honestly had no idea on what to do next but hoped that they would migrate somewhere else by the following morning. Nope! They were still there! Started noticing a few bees hanging out by an attic hole, and after a few weeks, the number of bees grew. Growing up in the 90s and traumatized by the killer bee nightmare movie (you know what I'm talking about...), I felt pretty anxious about the whole thing and called around a few bee removal companies in the area. During the morning, the bees made a home in my laundry room. I called one local bee guy and left a message [no return call], I also called Websters Bees. Robert was working close by and came in 20 minutes. Cool as a cucumber, he proceeded to block the escape route where they came in with some smelly rag and a smoker. He identified them as European Honey Bees, and proceeded to vacuum them up using a specialty vacuum which does not harm them. He identified the queen and caught most of the bees. The next day, there were 4 or 5 stragglers and I left the door open for them to see the daylight and fly out, which most of them did. I saw only one body so far. Thanks Robert. Great job. read more

I am a bit belated in writing this review, but none the less it is just as important to me. Webster Bees are just amazing. Robert & George were recommended to me by a dear friend. I literally had only two bees in the house but I am absolutely terrified of flying insects. It had also been raining. At the first ray of light, Robert was at my house. He was so thorough, checking the interior of my house, my attic, the exterior of my house, bushes, trees, under the house. He assured me it was an anomaly and I was safe from any more bees. He was so knowledgeable, so experienced, his expertise was so invaluable. I subsequently recommended Robert and George to a relative of my hairdresser who was invaded by bees. Robert was amazing! I called him yesterday (Saturday) to ask about coming to the house to remove some wasp nests. He asked if it would be ok if he came over the next day (Sunday). I was extremely impressed how fast I was able to make an appointment! When he showed up (on time I might add), he was extremely easy going, knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Not to mention he was just a really nice guy with a strong work ethic. He got to work and within 30 minutes he was able to remove all of the nests plus a few active spider webs that could have been an issue as we approach summer. He made sure to walk me around the house and not only point out what was removed but show me a few vulnerable spots that I should patch up.
