I purchased mats for my Honda CRV a few years ago and they are still in good condition. As soon as u enter u grab a number. I waited about 15 minutes before being serviced. A lady named Tamra assisted me. She was friendly, nice and explained everything to me plus made recommendation for cleaning mats. She also guided me to the free refreshment bar. A nice lady there asked me if I wanted a pastry and/or coffee which I did. They were delicious. The phone cup holder is a complete fraud scam. It doesn't fit an iPhone XR or a Samsung s7. Two of the most common phones on the market as it says in the description on the website. So after you buy it you have to pay another $20 for an adapter to be able to put your phone in it because they poorly manufactured it and drilled the hole in the wrong spot. I worked for this company for years. That being said, i have nothing nice to say about them as an employer. Although, I also worked at an auto parts store simultaneously so i saw firsthand how many of these mats aged. I would venture to say that i almost definitely know more about weathertech mats then anyone you'll see on this feed. So heres a god honest review from the numerous laser fitted mats i have seen over the years: PRICE: the mats used to be half the price, they upped it to see if people would still buy them and they did so youre not wrong in thinking they are overpriced. FUNCTION: the mats are insanely slippery, both for your shoes and on the floor beneath them. I believe this has to do with the material being so hard. They are made out of a very hard, ridgid rubber. If they arent grommeted down than i promise you that they will slip every which way but up. And even when they are fastened to the ground, if you have wet shoes, i promise you that you will have a hard time gripping these mats. Additionally, the material does not age well. I cant speak for every locations environment, but if you live in the american midwest, the edges will curl like hell. I have seen this happen EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Its annoying as hell. Lastly, no matter how many tactics they attemp to apply the labels correctly, they always fall off within a year or so. In all the cars i scanned working at autozone, i never once saw a weathertech sticker still in tact. 0 out 5 stars, dont waste your money. read more

Ordered a very expensive set of floor liners. Didn't get an order conformation in 6 days so I called and spoke with a very nice lady that informed me there was a credit card problem.. My card was fine but it's possible I fat fingered the info. Why didn't they contact me?? Received my floor liners and I'm very disappointed in the design. My car has a foot rest for your left foot on the drivers side. The floor liner only goes half way up this foot rest. The salt and slush will run off my foot right down between the liner and the carpet. Other than that the liners fit ok. I would NOT recommend this company. read more

WeatherTech makes great products, and I've order floor mats, cell phone cupholders, and now dog eating stations. Please note, I edited this as I noticed immediately after posted, I received a response from WT. It appears they manage this thread live. I am not looking for coupons, or a response to make this $15 loss experience right. I am putting this out there as prospective buyers want to read about customer experiences before making a purchase. My one issue that will make me rethink purchasing their products is how they handle and manage returns. I purchased a set of extra dog bowls for my two dogs eating/drinking stations. I misunderstood their sizing details online, and ordered the wrong size. I thought, "oh no big deal, I'll return them then purchase a larger size." I go online to initiate a return, but you cannot initiate online, which seemed strange to me because every online store allows this in some form. Thinking they're a small independent business, I gave them a call to get the ball rolling. The gentleman I spoke with was friendly, and curteous, and got the return processed in their system. What came next got weird for me. He asked me to write down a reference number and mailing address. Next came an an awkward pause of white noise. I was waiting for him to ask for my email address so he could send me a shipping label. I started to ask for the label and he said I just send it back to them. I asked how they would know it's my order, and he said to write the reference number on the box and they would know to enter that in their system and generate the payment refund. I was polite and said thanks. If you order something from WeatherTech, make sure you understand exactly what you are ordering. If you make a mistake, you go to make a trip to a shipping service, wait in line, and pay in full for shipping the return back to WT to get your money back if they enter the correct reference number on the package. In my case, a $15 order error yields a net $2.50 refund (Cost to ship back was $12.50 USPS ground) refund to then purchase a replacement cost around $15-$20. MY experience would cost me at least $27.50 to order the correct size. I chucked the order in the garbage and took the $15 loss instead. Again, I understand this is a small business and they likely have no other way of doing returns, but they revisit/review their online consumer return process to align with most other online stores. This will surely play into my decision when looking at competing products. I try to give business to non Amazon, Walmart, Target, establishments but this plays a huge part when looking to buy other WeatherTech-like products online in the future. read more

The WeatherTech floor liners in my Mustang have performed well. Even though they do not have a studded surface underneath, they have not slipped at all. They are easy to clean and when I've taken them out to hose them off, I've noticed that almost no dirt has found its way underneath them onto the carpet. I like them so much that I got a set for my dad's new truck as well as another set for our new Subaru Forester XT. *********************************************************************************** Original review Needless to say, some of today's cars' factory floor mats are less than optimal. In fact, my stock Mustang floor mats are little more than some felt covered vinyl and offer little in the way of actual protection. I finally decided to "pull the trigger" and order some aftermarket floor liners to protect my car's carpet. A floor liner differs from a floor mat in that it is designed to completely cover the floor and has a raised lip designed to catch any fluid (coffee, soda, water....etc) spills. I have seen WeatherTech's ads for years and was very familiar with the company. WeatherTech is a subsidiary of MacNeil Automotive Products. For patriotic reasons, I decided to use them as they are an American company using American workers. Furthermore, their injection molding machines are American made and the actual plastic pellets are sourced in the U.S.A. (Go U.S.A.) Their prices are compatible with other custom made floor liners. This review is for the online store only, and not for the actual showroom store. Ordering was very easy, as once you input your vehicle's make, model and year, all WeatherTech products for your car are shown. I ordered my floor liners late on a Thursday night and they arrived the following Thursday via FedEx ground. The packaging was top notch as the box was large enough so that the liners did not have to be bent or folded. Upon opening the box, I discovered the liners to be in pristine condition but they were actually thinner than I had imagined. They seemed a little flimsy but only time will tell on how they hold up. I also have some concerns regarding slippage, as the bottoms of the liners do not have any rubbers cleats or textured surface to keep them from moving around. The driver's side snaps into place, but the passenger's side liner just sits there so we'll see how this works out once I have a front seat passenger. For the record, these "laser cut & digitally designed" front floor liners fit perfectly. The rear floor liners fit very good, but they were not an exact fit. The ordering process was easy and I can honestly give an A-Okay (3-star) rating so far. If these floor liners are holding up well after 6 months and are not slipping, I think I will bump my review up to a 4-star rating as I will definitely be a "fan". read more

I had an awesome experience at the Weather Tech Store. To begin, the show room is gorgeous! Everything is displayed in a bright, spacious, show room. There is a complimentary coffee and tea bar to treat you like VIP while you wait to be serviced. Yes I had 3 lattes...No shame here! The outside of the building was decorated like a winter wonderland so it looked like Santa was visiting soon. The place was crowed, but the customer service associates moved swiftly and they were very friendly. I purchased $179 floor mats that perfectly fit inside of my awesome vehicle, and I received a free tee shirt. Mats in my 2013 Grand Cherokee (front pass) get mis aligned whenever you move your seat and mounting tabs hook holes will rip when this happens, NEVER buying Weathertech products again, even though Mats have domed decal saying Weathertech, they will not warranty them cause they need proof it's their mat? Very poor experience! I love their products but will never buy another. I bought a Land cruiser and wanted floor mats , front back and cargo area. In addition to those I ordered a second sets of front floor mats so I could be assured of having a clean set available for front and switch a dirty set for a clean set winter to summer. Well... they came - I installed and they fit great, summer came and I wanted to put in the new set for summer. I opened that box and it had 2 passenger side and no drivers side. I called and was told I waited too long to contact them and my only option was to buy a complete new set. I told her I would gladly send them both back so they could see but she held her ground and basically said tuff luck, but she would help me buy a 3rd set. The opposite of a Zappos experience!! Falsely advertised! Do not waste your money I purchased these liners for my new (to me) car. I have kids and I live in a state where we get snow and that means lots of mud. I spent the money to get the liners that are advertised as "laser measured for a perfect fit." The front liners fit nicely. The rear liner, however, is a horrible disappointment. The covers for the posts are too far apart and there is no way for it to lay flat. They move around and are a tripping hazard to the kids getting in and out of the rear seats. I have already had a warranty replacement issued after being told "that is the correct fit." The replacement had the same problem. Purchased floor covers for my 2016 Honda Accord when I brought the car brand new. The mats are still in excellent condition today. This includes two years of driving friends home from nights at the bar, lots of food trips, and of course, this area's winter weather! This is the basic floor liner too, so unless you really wear dirty boots all the time, I do not really see any need to go for their higher-priced options. As they say in the commercials, these floor mats fit perfect, definitely fitted for my vehicle, definitely not that one-size-fits-all feel to them. I made my purchase online and their website was very easy to use. Hit that "Shop for Your Vehicle" button and the site displays all they have available for your vehicle. Selection, payment, and order confirmation was quick and easy. Picking them up at the factory store was a very quick process as well. My only negative is there was one employee at the store who tried to sell me like everything there, even after I told her I was just there for a pickup and had to go soon after. Our trip to WeatherTech in February was as easy as it gets. We needed to get front mats to keep the midwest snow and salt out of our new car! We waited for just a few minutes before getting called up to the representative. We told her the model and year of our car, and that we needed driver and passenger mats in black. She pulled them up on the computer and we paid. She said it would be 10 minutes or so, and that we could go have a drink from the *complementary* cafe. Be still my coffee loving heart. We got our drinks and before we knew it our buzzer was going off to pick up our car mats. We picked them up from the window, and headed out to the car to install them. I recently visited the Weather Tech Factory store to purchase a set of floor liners for my wife's new car. I was immediately impressed with the clean and modern facility- usually the words "factory store" conjures up an image of a small back-door sales floor in the rear of a manufacturing facility; in Weather Tech's case- this couldn't be further from the reality. The showroom is spacious, well lit and has examples of nearly every product that Weather Tech makes on display. Many items that are "custom fit" for your type vehicle can be ordered with the assistance of a helpful representative. Once your request is sent to the warehouse, the representative gives you a "beeper" much like the ones used in restaurants. You are then encouraged to relax in their lounge area and enjoy a complementary beverage and or snack. Unfortunately my order was picked and ready so quickly I did not have time to take advantage of the lounge area but it certainly looked inviting. I wish my home media room/den was as well decorated and appointed as the Weather Tech customer lounge! In the showroom there are a number of immaculately kept classic cars and motorcycles that are used to show the uses of Weather Tech products. These great vehicles are nearly worth your time to visit just to check them out! Overall I had a wonderful experience at the Weather Tech Factory Store and I am left wondering what I might need in the future for my vehicles to justify a return visit. ;) read more

I just called their customer support number and there was 67 callers a head of me. Huh? This is last time i deal with this company. Update: After a 30min hold time, they agreed to mail me a return label. 5 days later, I received the label. I tried to submit a negative review online but apparently the website wont let you leave a 1 star review. Oh, I did receive a response to my email request for a return 6 days later. Once again very dissatisfied with WeatherTech. I spent over $600 for Christmas gifts this year. I personally own a 350 platinum Ford truck. It has four cupholders in the front consul. Two are just for oversize cups and the other two have pressure fingers that hold very size cups in place. I bought Weather techs highly advertised and poorly engineered cupfhone. Just as in their instruction pictures they showed a similar type vehicle where are the devices inserted into an existing cupholder with the same pressure fingers. Since their device does not lock in like my previous device did the fingers push their device right out of the holder. Bottom line the Cupfhone wobbles and is pretty much useless. I myself am a mechanical engineer, there was absolutely no thought put into this to make this universal for all vehicles. I did actually purchased the model with the extra extended arms as well as the chrome nuts. Even if it would have worked when you push on your phone to touch the touchscreen you can't get there device tight enough to stay in place so it bends backwards. Just like my first Time experience a year ago when my wife bought me floor mats which had to be returned because they were folded in the box which made them not contour to my floor. Most dissatisfied. And to make matters worse when I tried to call technical service today the system told me that there was over 250 calls ahead of me. Great products, and an excellent store. We've used WeatherTech products for many years, especially the floor liners. They may cost a bit more than generic car mats, but they are laser fitted to your specific vehicle to protect all of your carpet. Last weekend, my wife wanted to check out the rear cargo mat with bumper protector for her Chrysler Pacifica. We drove to the store in Bolingbrook, and were greeted as we entered by one of their staff. They answered a few questions, and quickly brought the correct set from their warehouse down the street. While we waited for that set to arrive, they offered free coffee, lemonade and pastries from their coffee bar. That's a nice touch. We browsed the store while we waited, and ended up also purchasing their pet bowls, and some mat cleaner and dressing. The store is very clean and bright, and has a large selection of auto accessories that are out on display. My only issue was leaving with a lighter wallet! read more

I paid $325 for front, rear & cargo liners & tray. That's way too much money of course, but the marketing and description of the products definitely sounded like what I wanted for my car. I am meticulous with my cars, so excellent floor/carpet protection is important. These liners curl up like cheap plastic and look terrible. The driver's liner on my Lexus only covers 1/3 of the footrest where you put your foot, meaning the very liner that is supposed to protect your floor & carpet doesnt cover most of your foot. So I guess they think we must only walk on our heels & only rest our heels not entire foot while we're driving. So water, dirt, salt, etc on your left foot will get on your footrest and drip down onto your car's floor and carpet even when using a WeatherTech floor mat. I went in to get refund and buy any of the many other floor liners from other companies that actually do cover where your feet go/rest, what a novel idea, and asked why they don't cover where your feet go? I was told that it was how they were designed. So poorly obviously. Ok what about the new HP liners, do they actually cover where I put my feet? It depends on the vehicle they told me. Ahhh ok, so your designers used common sense & protect your car from dirty shoes on some vehicles, but others your products just cover the bottom 1/3 of your shoe. Got it. Well it's time for me to get floor liners that actually protect my car & not just have good advertising. I couldn't get a refund, even partial refund I'd accept, to wisely use on a different company's floor liners that actually cover my feet. They gave me new liners, but they are the same that will 100% curl up & look crappy in a short amount of time & only cover the heel of my foot. I don't even want them actually. I asked about the HP liners for my car, he said some go all the way up & cover the entire footrest, but it doesn't come that way for a Lexus RX, one of the most popular SUVs in the country. This madness must be why so many say they're on hold forever on customer service, but more importantly... there's an armed, yes I mean with a gun, security guard at the front door as soon as you walk in. I'm pro gun, have some myself, but if you need an armed guard at a car floormat business like it's a late night bar or liquor or convenient store, you're not doing something right & you're definitely very concerned about angry customers to a dangerous level. Great buying experience at their outlet store. Just note- the store is PAST the weather tech warehouse campus about a 1/4 of a mile down the road. Ample parking and handicapped entrance is provided for those that need it. You take a number and wait your turn. The nice thing is that it's a huge store and they have all their accessory products out on displays that are easy to get to. They have samples on each one so if you want to feel thickness or sturdiness, you know exactly what you'll be getting. Prices are up and very visible as well. There were plenty of customer representatives each with their own counter. Each had a sample of the colors of plastic that the car mats come in. Very easy ordering once your number is called too. The nicest thing they had was after you place your order, you go over to the coffee barista bar and order a FREE cappuccino or latte with fresh baked cookie or croissant! It's set up like a coffee house so you can sit and wait for your buzzer to flash to go pick up your order! Everything is wrapped very nicely. Very smooth and simple operation.
