Worked with me after my car was totaled with brand new weathertech mats, they are sending replacements.

This is WeatherTech's brick and mortar facility. While well-known online, they really nail the in-person experience here! It's delightful from beginning to end. I showed up knowing what I wanted, just needed to confirm the color with my car's interior. Upon walking in the front door I was immediately greeted and directed to one of the reps just a few feet away. After telling her what product I was looking for she seemed to already know why I was there... "Just need to see color samples?" she politely asked. She then handed me swatches and encouraged me to take them out to the parking lot and see which matched best. After deciding, and purchasing, she directed me to their cafe that offers complimentary drinks and light snacks while you wait for them to pull your order. What a treat! They pulled my item from the warehouse so fast I didn't even have time to finish my drink - no worry, as it was already in a cup perfectly suited to be a roadie. This experience is icing on the cake of previous visits where we have pulled up and they've quickly deposited our order in our trunk (curbside pickup). I will give a tip: when driving there they have A LOT of buildings. Just keep driving and follow the signs for the store, you'll find it. And enjoy your visit! In the future, I think I'm only going to buy products in person so I can come back again! read more

Have had great experience with products in the past. Recently purchased Clear Cover and Frame for new license plates. These are PURE GARBAGE. All 4 screw holes on each frame has cracked or cracking plastic. The cover already has a crack running through the center after only 1.5 weeks. The instructions state, "Do Not Overtighten" and I only applied enough force to get the frame/gasket flush. Spent $55 on both of these and they are completely cracked. Very disappointed in WeatherTech customer service. Have only had mats for 6 months and two of the mat locking caps have torn off when lifiting the mat up. Upon contacting the company to get replacements I have been told I would have to buy a whole new mat. In reading the life time warranty it appears this cap is not covered by warranty. read more

Just received my WeatherTech floor mats for my 2025 KIA TELLURIDE. I could NOT be more satisfied! I ordered mats for the front and second row seats and they fit perfectly right down to the precisely placed retention holes that held the Kia original mats. I love this company for all your car needs. When we got our 2020 Cadillac XT5 the first thing I did was ordered the weather tech floor mats for the front n back of the car. I love my sunshade for my car! The shade fits perfectly. No need to struggle to put it up. I used to use one that was not custom fit. It was a struggle holding one side while I hook the strap on the other side. The material is good and it keeps my car from heat. It is a little pricy, but worth the price. read more

I wish I could give them a zero star. Purchased the Scratch Protector for my 2025 toyotarav4. Called to return because it didn't come with the Protector for the trunk for my 2025 rav4. The customer service person told me to return the one I received because it was missing that film. He sent me a return label and sent me a new kit. Installed it to get to the most important part. Guess what it wasn't included again! Called their customer service department again for someone else to tell me it doesn't come for my model vehicle. What garbage. I could have returned it for my $90. I purchased a similar product for half the price on Amazon. Very disappointed in Weathertech!!! read more

If you live within 50 miles of Bolingbrook Illinois, then it makes so much sense to go to this physical location. I walked in after seeing the billboard (I was currently in the market for floor liners, so this obviously grabbed my attention), but I came in and found a gem of an experience... The ordering process was so quick and friendly that I didn't understand I was supposed to move on to the next part, even after I was told of their complimentary cafe, like lol The baristas worked together to quickly take my order (Oat-milk cappuccino with sugar-free hazelnut syrup) and offer a pastry (the blueberry scone was one of the better scones I've ever had (not exaggerating)); both were amazing experiences. Just as I finish my scone I hear my name called... I walk out just trying my first sip of my cappuccino with my new mats in hand just the right timing across all hands. Take out the old and loving the new. Just randomly one of the better service experiences I've ever had across all industries. P.S. I just noticed snow falling in all my pictures lol read more

I have used Weather Tech products to protect my cars for over 20 years and this is the first time I've been disappointed. When buying a new car I put in the front and rear mats/liners and am usually happy when trading the car and having like new carpets because of the protective they have afforded me. In 2016, when we purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek, we did the same thing. We had the liners for the front and rear along with the cover for the rear seat. The day of the trade I removed the front mats.... Perfect! Rear seat cover...... Perfect! The rear liner..... it actually did damage to the back of the center console.... Scratches and Gouging. I did call Weather Tech to voice my concerns and even sent photographs. So far I have heard nothing. It's really a shame, we have had good luck up until now. We are the proud owners of a 2021 Crosstrek and this is the first time that I haven't installed WeatherTech products in over 20 years. I was basing my decision on a response/reply. WeatherTech, I'm still waiting...... WeatherTech did quickly respond to my review and because they did, I raised it by two stars. Own and gifted several sets of weather tech and this is prob the 4th car of ours we got weather tech for (and likely last) .... Not sure if quality has just gone down over the years but for a 2023 Model X the mats just don't seem "laser measured" or "laser cut". The back seat mats roll up and have big gaps. Very disappointed. I mean do I have to Velcro them down myself to make them work? Well then weather tech should've included the velcro in the package! read more

Looks we are not overly fastidious, but lets face facts after your phone, your car floor is a horror show of meals past, random bits of debits, whatever disgusting stuff you just walked through, water, mud, fluids of dubious nature and acquisition :o etc. If you have kid(s) its even more gross. I always have a hearty laugh when expecting parents boldly declare my kids will NOT eat in our car. Hahaha how did that work out? Lets face it, the stock carpet mats while looking good are essentially useless by about year 2. We ordered a compete set for our 2016 MDX 3 years ago and could not be happier. But I digress. In these times WeatherTech comes to the rescue. They feature quite simply the best aftermarket car mats one can buy. Each mat is custom designed for the car you order so the fit and finish is top notch. Orders are easily placed via their website and arrive promptly. As in the case of our new Accord, we ordered them immediately. Front, back and a trunk liner. They fit like a glove. Insulation takes a few minutes. The attention to detail is fantastic as well. For both the MDX and the Accord some of the spots have twist anchors. The WeatherTech are designed to accommodate that. They are also welled and come up against the side, so if your feet are soaked, at least the water is contained. Better yet you can pull them our wash with soap and water, dry and put them back. They are super high quality and are basically a one time purchase. That more than offsets the high initial price. Hubby got me an early Christmas gift- the Weathertech Cup Phone Holder. I've needed something like this so I can view my phone while driving taking directions or doing Doordash it will be very helpful! I will say taking the additional cups apart so it is smaller and fits correctly in my car cup holder was near impossible to get apart! They need to include better directions with it or just make it easier to remove! But when we finally figured it all out it definitely is it making my life easier! I love my new gadget!! read more

I ordered my front floor liners for my 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ online, This is my 3rd set of WeatherTech mats I've purchased over the years and I've yet to have a complaint. I looked at some of the photos and reviews posted and I must say some of the pictures are disgusting - I mean it's obvious some people expect these products to take any abuse they can throw at them and then they complain because the mats and liners don't stand up to it and still look brand new. I think some logic needs to prevail, if your vehicle is trashed and you act like WeatherTech should stand behind what clearly is self inflicted abuse of their products then that is wrong, it appears some have never seen soap and water; come on people you really think any company would replace products you failed to minimally maintain. I've had these products last for years and although they showed some minor wear over time they still looked great and kept their shape. I am disappointed that there are so many customer service complaints, if the majority of the negative reviews are from those upset they can't get something for nothing then I have little empathy - but for those that simply are ignored or put on hold for hours with legit request I support those especially as some have stated they can't get any reasonable resolution to their issues. These aren't inexpensive purchases so I expect the quality to be outstanding and in my experience they have been, hopefully these new ones hold up like the previous ones I owned have even though this new set is a few generations from the ones I purchased the first time years ago. My liners were delivered about a week sooner than I was originally told when I placed the order and they were shipped free, so I'm sold on these guys but you may have to wade through a lot of minutia to make up your own mind... read more

WeatherTech has changed my life! I bought a new car a couple months ago and my friends advised me I had to get floor mats from WeatherTech. A couple months in, I have to say it was the best decision ever. Living in Chicago, with our terrible weather, it's been a life saver keeping my floors free of dirt, snow & all the city sclam that gets tracked in. I also spilled my Skinny Cinnamon Latte the other day and was so thankful I could just wipe it right off the mat! WeatherTech mats are a must have for new cars. I had looked online for what I needed, but the store had a slightly better deal (ie no shipping charges) so I made the trek out to Bolingbrook. This particular store is fantastic! I had great customer service, it's insanely clean and had exactly what I needed in stock. You grab a number, place your customized order at the register & pay, then pick up everything a few minutes later. The best part though? Free coffee & snacks! Such a nice surprise that I scooped myself up a Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate! What?! Insanity and deliciousness. I had no idea they had a store. Saw it off I55 S, had to check it out. Showroom of all there produce. It's normal pricing as the web site, no factory seconds or stuff like that. It's cool because you can see the products before you buy with an attendant showing you the different products. Pick a ticket and bring your visa. I'm from out of the area so they do ship. Lot of locals driving up to buy stuff and install (for additional price) by their staff. They have a military discount - so ask. Also have a coffee bar while waiting for people waiting to pick up items as they pull from factory. read more

Traveled from the south side of Chicago to this location because I wanted to see what the hype was about. Complimentary coffee bar is key to spending money like that on mats,which they have at their store. Ive only had the mats for about a week and im still finding it hard to like them. I only say that because from the pics thru their site, i though it would cover the whole carpet on the floor. They dont, so therefor i have gaps in the front where the mats go. I bought all 3rd row mats btw Based on the pics on their site and based on my make and model engine, they showed mats that covered the whole floor and has the lip of the mat covering the side of the bottom of the door from the inside. For the money I spent i think i would have been more happy with mats from somewhere else to be honest. read more

I received these Weathertech front floor liners as a Christmas gift from my girlfriend. I put them in my 2019 Kia Niro Hybrid, and both sides fit perfect, and they look amazing. I'm so very happy with them and the awesome protection I'll be getting. Today, I decided to order the Weathertech rear floor liners and cargo mat for my Niro as well. I want the uniform look and protection for my whole vehicle. Plus the added luxury of a better resale value keeping my carpeted floors looking brand new, if and when I ever decide to trade my vehicle in. Yes, Weathertech floor liners are more expensive than other brands, but I believe you get what you pay for and opted for the best when it comes to my vehicle and peace of mind. Purchased front floor mats for my Audi for $80. Received the mats in a week or so. Installed the mats as described in the instructions. Noticed the driver's side mat did not properly fit leaving a gap on the upper left of the mat (see photo below). Also, the color of the mat connectors to the floor were dark brown not matching the color of the rest of the mat (light brown). Contacted Weathertech and they basically said there was nothing they could do except provide a refund for the product. Since I discarded the original Audi mats, I am stuck with their product. read more

Fast courteous service when I stopped in their show room to pick up a dog ramp. It's very well made and extremely easy to maneuver. I highly recommend this ramp. After wasting my money on two different ones based on reviews, I decided to go with WeatherTech. I should have went with my gut feeling & came here first. It's sturdy & doesn't move when my 95pd dog uses it. He had a leg injury which made it easier to teach him the ramp. I parked my SUV backwards on a hill for the first 3-4 times. (This made the back of SUV on two feet off the ground) By doing this, it lessened the angle for the initial learning period. After that, my dog would use it anywhere. I'm glad I have it because I can't lift him in & out. We travel everywhere together and the ramp was a lifesaver. read more

WeatherTech has provided me with the very worst customer experience. Less than 24 hours after ordering a product, I called because I needed to cancel the order. I had received an email from FedEx that the status of the order was 'Label Created' and that it was going to be arriving the very next day. When I called WeatherTech Support at 800-441-6287, the lady I spoke with, Jamila, told me that she had cancelled the order and would contact FedEx to bring the package back to the seller. This made me feel at ease. Later in the evening, I received an email from Fedex that the merchandise was shipped and instead of arriving the next day, shipping was downgraded to ground and is expected to arrive 5 days from the order date. The next morning I called the Support number to ask why I was seeing that I am still expecting the package and that it went from Bolingbrook, IL to Romeoville, IL. Now I am really concerned that the refund of $248.00 will be delayed. The gentleman I spoke with that morning told me that he can see in the notes that steps were made to bring the package back to the sending facility. I explained that since I made the first call that was on its way to me and that the expected delivery date is now a few days later. The Support Representative told me that the package needs to get to a FedEx facility to coordinate the return. Why didn't FedEx correct the problem at the first stop? I asked if there was someone that he can reach out to for an inquiry of the shipping plan? I got no answer but to be patient. This afternoon, I received a notification from FedEx that the package is now in Perrysburg, OH and that arrival is still set for Wednesday. I contacted WeatherTech Support this evening to explain my frustration and received the same delay tactic. I asked how much I was set to receive in the refund and his response was $216.00. This means that the shipping was downgraded to FedEx Ground since there is a greater profit margin on what is charged for shipping and that WeatherTech has every intention of making that delivery and zero effort to stop it so that I can pay to have the merchandise ship it back to the facility of origin. I asked to speak with a manager. Tonight's representative said that it would not be a problem and said he would put my call on hold while he gets his attention. Close to ten minutes goes by and I was told that the manager was not available. Before I was placed on hold, I was told that the manage was available and was on the sales floor. Now I am told that no manager is available which took him ten minutes to figure that out? No. The manager refused to take the call. I asked if WeatherTech had a Fleet Department to contact. His response was that it is in a different city. I asked if the WeatherTech offices communicate with each other. I asked the name of the manager and he spit out 2 names, Shelby and Lisa, with zero attempt to help me get in touch with them. I was told by the Support Representative that he was going to reach out to FedEx to make an inquiry and email me, not call, with their answer which was a lie. I did not receive the email like the Support Representative said and my level of frustration is through the roof. It is easy to conclude that WeatherTech is set up in a way that makes it not impossible but extremely difficult to cancel an order clean. Switching the shipping from 2 day to 5 day made it clear that WeatherTech management wants to show a profit on every order that comes in. There is no accommodation for Buyer's Remorse. When calling for Support and requesting to speak with a manager, you will not be put in touch. I will receive the merchandise on Wednesday and then have to go through the process and payment of shipping them back. These will be the most expensive floor mats that I never received. WeatherTech, your business practices are shameful. read more

I ordered mats for my truck a week and a half ago and their website states that they took my $270.00 verified by my bank account. They charged me an extortion rate for shipping as well. I attempted several times to contact them by e-mail, extention and left a message for a return call, I even called the main line line several times for a recording to tell me that I was the 200th caller waiting to speak to an operator! Their communication with customers like myself is non existent. I warn you all if I could give them no stars, I would have! I an now out $270.00 dollars. Everyone loves the car they drive, but nothing is worst than dirt, salt, and snow coming into the car with you. Thank goodness for WeatherTech. I have the floorliners in all three of our family cars and they do the job perfectly. I also just purchased the WeatherTech trunk liner for my Volkswagen Jetta Hybrid and it is the perfect fit. The process while at WeatherTech reminds me of a deli as you grab a number and then wait to order the items you'd like to purchase. The wait wasn't too long but one of my items came from the warehouse as well. I do enjoy the coffee bar they have with a variety of beverage choices (free of charge) and a small pastry treat while you wait for your items to come up. Since living in Chicago can have a brutal winter. I highly suggest the WeatherTech floorliners since they keep all of the dirt and salt inside the mats until you take them out to clean. read more
