Beyond imagination. I called the Mavis call center and spoke with a young lady Alexia?! She quoted…read moreprices for 3 new tires for my 2018 Jeep Renegade. She quoted me a price of $399 and she told me that price would include the alignment. We set up an appointment for the next day. The appointment appeared on my Google Calendar which was nice. However she failed to send me a detailed estimate of services and product costs along with taxes. I showed up at the store 9 am expecting to get the tires. When I arrived the manager, Brandon, told me that they only had 2 tires in stock but that they would rummage around the shop to find a spare tire! Unbelievable! The team began the work but I was soon called to the work area where mechankcs and Brandon told me that the tool that they were using to remove the lug nuts was not working! Brandon recommended that I buy 15 new lug nuts at $15 per lug nut! I told him that was crazy and he should find the appropriate tool to donthe job. Brandon then reviewed the costs with me and told me that the alignment would cost an additional $120. I told him that the lady I spoke with said that the alignment costs would be a part of the overall tire costs around $390. He told me that was impossible because no women work at the shop. I later found out I was speaking with a call center lady. I then waited for 3 hours. Brandon and none of the mechanics updated me on progress. Affer about 2.5 hours, i saw Brandon keavjng the store so I asked him about the status of the tire replacemt. He said that they had to call the Joliet warehose fo get the 3rd tire and that it should arrive in 3 minutes! Why did I have to wait 2.5 hours for this update. I them called Corporate Customer Service and explained the situation. She called Brandon Nd secured a $3( discount on the alignment. Afger abouf anothe half hour Luke came out and updated me further. A good guy. After more than 3 hours the tire arrived from the warehouse and was installed! Luke assisted in completing the transaction in a friendly way. Somebody needs to chat with Brandon as his.customer service is atrocious and beyond imagination. I will stay away from Mavis and I recommend that you do the same!

I am extremely disappointed with this place…read more I bought tires in July 2025 and had them installed here with no issues at all. Everything was supposedly "perfect" at that time. Yesterday, my daughter -- it's her SUV -- had ONE tire losing air. I told her to go back because the tires have a warranty and simply get the leak fixed. Instead of repairing the issue, they told her one rim had corrosion and that the "best option" was to replace ALL FOUR rims for $700. She went in for a simple leak repair on ONE tire and walked out spending $700 on four rims she did not plan to buy. Because she doesn't know much about cars, she trusted what they told her. That is not right. When I spoke to the manager, the only thing he said in their defense was that "that was the option she chose." That was his entire explanation. He also told me he has been "helping people for 30 years" and that this is what they do with all customers. That response was unbelievable. Instead of taking responsibility or even acknowledging the situation, he completely dismissed my concerns. If this is how they treat customers -- especially those who don't know much about cars -- that is a serious problem. Offering the most expensive solution right away instead of attempting a simple fix first feels misleading and predatory. I have already filed a complaint with customer service. I expected honesty and integrity, not pressure tactics and upselling. Very disappointed.
