They have shipping and mailing services for USPS, Fed Ex and UPS all in one place, which is really convenient. They also offer printing services, but I have never used those. I believe it is under new ownership, and they really brought the business back to life. They are closed on Sundays.

Unlike other stores that advertise this service but only have a notary available for two hours each day, I have always been able to take care of my needs during whatever (store) hours worked for me. - Friendly and efficient service. When the store is busy, Mr. Patel multitasks while customers are busy filling out forms to expedite service for customers with smaller transactions or drop offs. This review is because of a recent visit I had to return 2 small items to AMAZON. There were two guys working at the time, one older and one younger. The taller older guy started to complain about Amazon returns has the younger guy was scanning some Amazon returns that a lady in front of me brought in. Way to make people feel uncomfortable! By the time she left, it was my turn. The younger guy helped me and the older guy continued to complain stating "We had 1 paying customer all day!" (they opened at 10am today since it's Sunday, I got there slightly before 11am) I'm guessing the paying customer was the lady next to me who was actually shipping something. I said "Well hopefully Amazon pays you guys" and he said "No, they don't" which I HIGHLY doubt they don't pay some sort of fee to UPS and the other stores that they have processing returns... If you've been open for an hour and you had ONE customer shipping something, then basically you wouldn't be doing much if there were no Amazon returns. Sorry for making you work at work. I'll give him 1 point since he did throw "no offense to you and your returns..." in with his complaints but still, the whole thing was awkward. Although it was just her working, she got through all of us fairly quickly and also worked to update my address info on file to my new address. I believed they were being bullied until this year, 2021. I have not had anything that was sent priority or overnight actually arrive within their window that was paid for. I have relied on deliveries from the USPS, a shipper chosen out of my control, for medical supplies used for my recuperation after cancer surgery. You can't rely on the USPS. Their system is constantly incorrect. Out of 8 major deliveries this year, not one has arrived within the stated timeframe on their website. As a matter of fact, 4 have arrived with a date showing it was on-time delivery for later that date except it was already 3 days later. Even calling USPS doesn't help. Hold times are so long it is hours later before getting a callback from someone who also. Any provide answers on why the system is showing on-time for a long-past due date. We have UPS in this neighborhood and another 7 minute drive further and there is a FedEx store as well. Meanwhile, medical supplies are lost on a truck out for delivery for late yesterday... Sunday. I didn't even know this was an option, or do they not know when they work anymore? If there is a way to source what you need locally or switch your business over to more reliable shippers, that is going to keep customers happier than this. Delayed medical care because I ordered supplies well in advance and they still can't get here on time. The company I work for doesn't even bother with USPS for customer critical deliveries because of the terrible service provided when they were given a chance. This is different from my review years ago of the 43227 post office who was knowingly delivering my mail to the same wrong address clear across the zip code.

I have a mailbox which I can access 24-7 and have used scanning and document shredding in the past. All services are cost effective and less than scanning at the regular office supply stores. On February 26, 2025, the staff assisted me with my first international shipping project. It went so smoothly and I received an explanation of every detail as my 5 boxes of 250# journals were being prepared to be sent to Dublin Ireland. I use Pirate Ship and could see that the actual shipping charges were in the range of $29. While I was more than willing to pay for pickup, pack + ship to the tune of $50, ($79 all in). But $170 to ship 8 glasses? No. When I asked for a reasonable amount, or if I could print my own label to use, Gopal hung up on me. He then BROKE the items before returning them to the auction house. The Auction house was kind enough to send me what was left of the glasses and refund me. I don't recommend this UPS store. I'm filing a complaint with Corporate UPS. Absolutely unprofessional charges and childish behaviour. They could have just worked with me, but no, I asked for the return to the auction house, and then they BROKE my items out of spite. Not only did you lose a customer, but you've earned a crappy social media review, a complaint to corporate AND you've lost an entire auction house that will no longer use this store.

When I arrived, the clerk told me the notary had been out sick for a few days. I was not notified of this, despite receiving a reminder to show up that same morning. I had rearranged my schedule for this appointment and then had to scramble to find another notary because the document was time-sensitive. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I understand that emergencies happen, but continuing to send appointment reminders when the notary was unavailable wasted my time and created unnecessary stress for a time-sensitive matter.
