Serge is reliable, knowledgeable, incredibly professional, and a very nice young man, might I add. His hourly rate is also considerably lower than other IT professionals charge. H&A Computer Service is highly recommended!

Well versed in both MicroSoft as well as open source (Linux, Mozilla, Thunderbird) solutions Urizel is able to present solutions to both small to mid sized firms that not only meet their technological demand but their budgetary constraints. Having gone through two different IT support firms for various reasons, Urizel's fair billing practices, honest assessments, and breadth of knowledge have been an extremely nice change of pace. I have seen Urizel navigate clients who desired help with most basic of tasks to building a functional multi user server with ease and none of the sarcasm sometimes resident in IT techs. If you have a small to mid sized business or home office you should definitely give Urizel a call.

The technician was very polite and he got the system working again in no time, and he didn't speak to me in computer, techno talk." A few months later we had an issue with our printers. I called NORCAL and once again the problem was solved, the service was great and the price was very reasonable." Gail M. Walnut Creek "While my family and I were preparing to move across country, my computer crashed. I could not even boot it up. Microsoft told me that I had no option other than to reinstall Windows and that I would lose everything on the hard drive. I had a years worth of family photos, tax records, contacts and other important documents on my hard drive and had not backed up anything! In the midst of my panic a friend gave me the number of NORCAL Computer Clinic. They told me there was a good chance that they could recover the important documents and would need to take a look. They picked up my computer at my home, diagnosed the problem, recovered my documents, installed a new hard drive and delivered my computer back to me; all within 24 hours. Without NORCAL Computer Clinic, I would have lost my priceless documents and probably would have replaced the entire computer. The price was very reasonable and the service was well beyond my expectations." Michael G. - formerly Walnut Creek, CA "Thank you for all of the help with our computer- you don't realize how dependent you are on computers in your everyday life until you don't have one working. I will recommend NORCAL Computer Clinic to all of my friends and family!" Brent S. - Walnut Creek, CA

Proactive was great when Wilson was there. Since he left they have been pretty much completely…read moreineffective. They do respond quickly, but consistently can't fix our network connectivity issues, which have persisted for over a year. This is with a network they built themselves! And we only have 8 or so computers on the network, with a robust server (again built to their recommendations) and thousands of dollars worth of upgrades over the last year. I'm no expert, but I just can't believe this is rocket science as most networks I've worked with operate trouble free for months if not years at a time. We are just about at the point of ditching them and starting all over with a new consultant. Update 8/2016: We have experienced more stability over the past year so I am upgrading my review by one star.
