Our water is crystal clear and yet never has too many chemicals that are overpowering... I have asthma and COPD and I always feel very comfortable swimming in our pool which is not the case in all pools! The monthly service price is very reasonable and well worth it! He does the repairs on pool equipment personally and we have never had any issues. He is quick to address any possible problems and is great about explaining whatever process is needed. I moved into a new house with a pool earlier this year. I have never had a house with a pool so I…read morehired Jun to maintain it. His prices and services are great. He was upfront on what would be expected of me and what he would do weekly/yearly. I had no idea what a pool needed. He explained that the pump needs to be run at least 6 hours a day to circulate the water. He would come weekly to test the water, clean the pool and check the small filter (and probably other things I forgot about). Yearly, he puts conditioner in (he explained what it does but I can't remember). A couple months ago, my pool started to turn slightly green. He put some other chemicals in to help it. But it didn't work. So he checked my big filter and told me it needed a cleaning . He and another guy came that weekend and cleaned it. After he was done, he texted and explained everything he did to the filter and pool and what I needed to do to make sure the water clears up. By the next day, the pool started to clear up. Within a couple days, it was back to normal. He's very responsive and helpful. He comes when I'm at work so I usually text him if I need anything or have questions. He speaks English but is also fluent in Korean. Totally hire this guy/company if you need a pool guy!

They also texted 15 minutes before arrival, which I really appreciated. Adam came out to service our heater, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the faulty part, and thoroughly tested the system. Who knew water in pools needed to be started up too :-), which apparently is a week long process to ensure the chemical balance needed for healthy water and pool longevity. We called several pool maintenance company's and Karlo's company and he stood out from all whom we spoke to. Right from the first call, he was educated us on the start up process, what it would take and what to expect. He showed up on time, promptly when needed on day 0 when the pool was prepped and water was needed to be filled. He not only did his work but explained the whole process, taught us about the different chemicals and the different tests that were needed, always educating us on the process rather than just doing it. He showed up promptly every day of the whole start up process and ensured that the pool was filled, water height correct, equipment set and working, explained the parts of the pool. He educated us on water chemistry and pool maintenance at each step of the way. Karlo now maintains our pool, his pool service uniquely comes with an underwater vacuum to ensure the pool floor is always clean. He is good friends with both our large dogs who took an immediate liking to him and is one of the very few people that can go with no one at home, into our backyard to the pool with both the dogs who enjoy his company.
