My pool tile looks brand new - years of ugly dirty fossilized calcium on my glass tile - I tried everything myself nothing worked. I called these guys and I sent them photos - they gave me a quote , I set up the appointment , they came when they said they would( no waiting for hours like Best Buy ) and within 2 hours I had brand new looking tile. Ok, I am looking for a pool tile cleaning service. I called Precision and spoke to a woman answering the call. Basically, she told me she would take my info and asked that I send photos and she would forward to her boss, who would give me an estimation of the charges based on the photos. The other option she gave me was that they would let me know when they were in my area, and then someone would come by and give me an actual estimate. Cool, BUT, they would charge me $40 for the in-person estimate. So no date for when they will come AND I have to pay for an estimate to do business with them. Nope. Thanks but No thanks.
