We sat at the bar for some nice cocktails and light appetizers. They have a great drink menu with infused options. Octopus was a hit. Service was friendly. Nice environment and beautiful scenery. Come here sometimes in the summer to change it up. Def. recommend.

Went to Waypoint 622 for the first time ever after a recommendation from my sister in law. They were fairly empty as the weather looked like it was ready to pour. We sat inside an i ordered the Jambalaya. This turned out to be a mountain food that was really good. There was plenty of small shrimp and chicken in a mix that was plenty hot enough. I call this having Life in the dish and this has plenty. I could have had a bit more sausage in it but it had enough for me. It was wonderful and I will order it again when I return. My wife had the fried shrimp, clams and oyster platter and she also really liked it. The waitress also mentioned that she was the only waitress in the place as they thought they were going to be slow and it turned out they were not. Based on her effort and a person she was training the service was fine and you would have never known they were short. This is odd as in some recent posts this was noted as an issue and I didn't experience it. Cannot wait to go back! The only reason they got a 4 is their Arnold Palmer was as not as good as I had hoped. It was a little too strong and not as sugary

Beautiful views and great friendly staff. Generally, an older crowd here coming off of their boats for lunch. It would be 5 stars but there's no happy hour (my favorite part of going out to eat). I would definitely come back!

Cool place to hang and have drinks and food by a marina but downside it's a bit pricey . Appy crabcake was 21 bucks! For 1.. but after that I had a pot stickers which were steamed and I enjoyed. Seafood quesadilla was a good size. Filling and tasty. I'd comeback here for drinks but the hour drive home would be an issue . Get a suntan while you eat and enjoy the view!

Came here on a beautiful fall afternoon for lunch and what a great experience. Got a beautiful seat outside looking over Hoffman's Marina and the Manasquan River, absolutely beautiful, what more could you ask for. Our great waiter, TJ got us started with a couple of great drinks. Couldn't have asked for better service from him. He was friendly, helpful and attentive throughout. We love oysters so we started out with some of their seasonal oysters, fresh and delicious. We then shared a couple of great choices from their lunch menu, the Fried Seafood Basket with shrimp, clams, oysters and fries and the Corona Battered Alaskan Cod Sliders with house fried potato chips, both were delicious. Overall we had a wonderful time here and we will definitely be back again and again. Really loved this spot.

My husband and I went to Waypoint for lunch. The view is beautiful. My lobster and shrimp roll was really good and so was my husband's pulled pork sandwich. I ordered the NJ Lemonade, I think that's the name of it. There was barely a drop of vodka in it. The service was really good and the prices are comparable to other restaurants in the area.

    Gluten free available?

I didn't see that on the menu but surely if you ask the server they may be able to fulfill your request. If not, there's a few spots to go to right in the same area.

We first ordered a round of piña coladas with floaters for my birthday round. Delicious, not too strong but not too weak. Along with spinach artichoke dip- they were creamy-- I would get it again. We ordered two pies, the wise guy and the vodka pie. The wise guy was my favorite overall-- the chicken and hot peppers were flavorful. I did like the vodka pie too, the sauce was great. I was impressed with how light the dough was. I saw they use a brick oven inside -- 10 outta 10. The kids seemed to enjoy their meals too, Classic Mac and cheese and hamburger slider. Looking forward to going back!

Wait staff is usually accommodating but they do get busy sometimes. Drinks- Miami vice is a classic, the PB Elvis drink is good too. Check inside boards too for beer and mixed drink deals! Ambiance- if the weather is well, definitely love the patio. The bar staff outside is especially nice! (Mason is the best)! Inside is fun, traditional irish sports bar-y. During the summer is packed, and a great casual going out spot.

We started our meal with Fried Calamari that was a potion that the three of us could not finish. The calamari was fried just enough and on the side was enough tomato sauce for all that we were given. This was middle of the road with no spice intended. For my meal I had seafood risotto that was fantastic. It came w small pieces of lobster, clams, shrimp and I believe scallops. This came in a nice amount of risotto and a sauce that was the best. There was plenty of fish to pair with risotto. Nobody could claim they skimped on the fish as there was plenty. A second meal was off the daily specials. This was cubed eggplant and pasta. The pasta was rigatoni in a very nice tomato sauce. And again this was another great tasing meal. The final meal was eggplant parm that came with spaghetti. The eggplant and cheese balance was really good and my wife loved the dish. Overall everyone loved their meals and all of us took home enough for another lunch or dinner. This is not our first time here and plan on returning again. They offer a dinner section, seating at the bar and some high top tables to fit your liking. Waitress service was top shelf and revisited the table on a frequent basis. If you want great meals at a fair price this is a place for you to at least try. Our bill plus soda and ice tea was barely $100. My only callout is the noise in the room is a bit loud. There is little draping to deaden the sound and if you are looking for a quiet meal this might not be your place. Especially Friday through Sunday.
