I love Wayne's pest control and termite prevention services. Above and beyond does not describe how they have responded. Everyone from the person who answers your calls to the field staff have been awesome. When we moved in we were absolutely overwhelmed with Wolfe spiders all around the house and yard, on our deck and in our garage as well as some black widow spiders. Again they were all outside and in the garage but STILL!!! I have never lived anywhere that spiders come TOWARD you when they see you!!! I called them and they were there the next day and they came out every two weeks (the most frequent the law allows) for the next 2 months until they got the spider population under control. We are in a wooded new build area so that is part of how they get to be so prevalent in the homes so we will be continuing to call on them. Our person for pest control is Kyle. He is so awesome. He understands my fear of these spiders and is respectful and responsive. I even have his cell number in case I need him to come more than the quarterly visits that are standard. I absolutely love KYLE!! We also had a field mice problem in our garage and in our crawl space-again you knock down acres and acres of trees to build a community-and these things happen. They sent Kyle, his boss and another employee to thoroughly inspect the house and figure out what was wrong . They found a small hole from the garage to the crawl space that the contractor had not closed behind a water heater and also figure out that the crawl space door has a small gap in the seam where it closed. So we were able to get that addressed and resolve that issue. There is another employee who had come out and he checks the mouse situation regularly and they put out special feeders around the house to make sure there are no more problems. And when I had some landscaping done and the termite bait stations were going to need to be moved, I asked their termite tech what to do and he said not to worry he would take care of everything and did! Again so responsive and unlimited treatments is their way of guaranteeing their work and they come right away and use glue strips, sprays, special bait stations that are clearly pricey and always with smiles respect and reassurance that they get it! Buyer Beware! TLDR: do not do business with this company! This company signed me up for a "plan" that they told me was cancellable at any time without penalty. I requested quarterly service and was told that is what it would be. They then claimed a few months later that it was 3x per year. I asked to cancel and they said it was a $99 cancellation fee. I protested and they said that we had a contract. I asked for a copy of the contract and they said that we didn't have a signed contract - that it was a verbal agreement on a recorded line. I asked for the recording and they tried to provide a link to a file that was at a site that I had to have a login for. They then provided a transcript that showed they never provided the information. They then produced a contract with my name signed but never provided a copy of the contract to me nor explained the details of the contract that I was supposedly agreeing to. Had a great first experience then it went all downhill from there. Less than 30 days they had to come back to retreat and that didn't work either so I just called to cancel my service remember it still hasn't been thirty days I was informed I have to pay $198.00 to cancel the service I was under a contract for a year now my fault didn't read they fine print I talked to Mike Miller originally and he was so nice I just had them come do the service now I paid $244 for the first service less than 30 days ago. Would highly recommend shopping around before using them. Their cost of only spraying three times a year is more than other companies who spray quarterly. Their sales pitch is shady, they charge your credit card monthly, they skipped a service and would have skipped another service had I not called them to terminate their services. This is when I found out they claim it's a one year contract and there is a service charge to cancel early. So, I asked if I could charge them in return for breach of contract when they failed to show for my monthly spraying, in accordance with their contract and you got it, nada. Currently fighting to get my $34 July monthly charge credited back to my CC, since their services were terminated in June. Again, shop around because there is better out there! read more

Have lived in my house since 2020, recently got a bill saying that service was terminated for non payment. I have NEVER had service with this company. Turns out they were charging the previous owner and not performing service. Per the company tech notes said that they could not spray due to kids toys in backyard...which is locked with zero access. They have tons of notes on services performed- which never were. read more

Waynes introduced themself to the Nashville market with letter saying we bought your local pest control company, but the quality of service and value will stay the same, only the name will change. Turned to be so far from the truthful statement.Waynes have several calling centers and they are not in sync. Customer service reps will lecture you that you are now their customer and what service you had previously is the past tense. Despite promises the local Nashville Management will not respond or follow up with phone call or email. Waynes didn't show that they are a good choice to contract them.I can't talk about quality of professional services, but it's dysfunctional and is hard to communicate and work with. Unfortunately I can't give less than one star or I would. We inherited Wayne's when they took over Kirkland's pest control who did an ok job for us. There was almost immediately an issue with receiving a bill when they said they came and treated our house when we were not home. Our cameras did not show that they had been there. They came back and treated inside and out. We constantly had to call them back out to treat for spiders and ants and ended up treating the house ourself because they didn't get the job done. Toward the end of summer 2021 they talked my wife into agreeing to mosquito treatments. They treated the yard one time and we didn't see them again. We received a bill (emailed to us) and evidently did not pay it soon enough for them ( because they stopped coming ) and they called and threatened collections. I paid them over $500 and consider it a bargain to not ever have to deal with them again. Our daughter and son in law had similar issues and have also stopped using this terrible company. This Is not an ethical business and no one should have them perform any services ever! read more

I've had Wayne's Pest control on 6 houses of mine for 6 months and their customer service is below satisfactory and their service for pest control is worse. I would not recommend using this company, I have so many spiders & bugs it was like I had no service at all. And when I canceled my service they didn't even feel remorseful. But told me I had an outstanding $40 bill when I have them on auto pay. Left them one star for my termite service for the yr. I'll be canceling all together afterwards. read more

The lies start the moment they answer the phone ! Management acts like the care about the customer while the technicians like to behave superior , and abusive to customers! Waynes Pest Control is a big rip off! 1) They are good at billing me for $ 64.00 per month 2) Today is August 9th 2022 3) The last visit was in APRIL 2022 4) We were billed 64.00 for MAY and 64.00 for JUNE and 64.00 for JULY 5) They did not appear in MAY, or JUNE, or JULY 6) TODAY I checked my checking account and found I was billed 69.40 7) They haven't appeared since APRIL BUT UPPED THE BILL IN AUGUST for 69,40 . . . WHAT A RIP OFF. THEY DID NOT TELL ME the BILLING was going up to $ 69.40 and when I really looked into this I saw how we are being ripped off since APRIL! Came with my new house. They did not properly place the things in the ground. Many sticking up. I asked them to fix it and they refused. Contract with builder ends after a year but they keep sending me bills and won't remove the poorly placed product all over my yard. They are shady and no one should work with them. read more

I canceled my lawn service with Waynes. Their customer service,very close to worst I've ever encountered. Paid a lot of money to have my yard look worse than it did before they came. Called numerous times to speak with a supervisor and was told by the Gatekeepers they will email them and they will call you back. Never happened.! They should get negative stars. After texting me this morning, Nick came out today since he cancelled his appt about two weeks ago. We were walking down our street when he arrived so we couldn't answer the door. Nick arrived about 1:27 and left just six minutes later at 1:33 on the Ring so we were not able to speak with him. I tried to call him right after he left, but I couldn't reach him. He returned my call and I asked him to possibly come back to do the inside of the garage. Nick said he was on the other side of town and I would have to call and make another appt. I'm not sure how he could spray all around the house and brush cob webs and bugs out of the front porch corners and back screened porch and corners of windows in just six minutes! I went around the house and found a couple of places he missed. Hopefully, Nick will return on Friday afternoon and finish the job that needed completing! ZERO STARS. Like the others here, I was a customer of another company that was bought out by Waynes. After getting the notice that Waynes was our new pest control company, I had to call them multiple times to get them to come out for our contracted quarterly application. Just after they came out, I had ants in the house - (never had ants with the previous company). I have to call several times to get them to come out for a reapplication (which is part of the contract). They don't return calls. Do not return emails or reply when you contact them through their website. The tech who came out walked around the inside of my house and shot a little spray here and there and told me they don't really do much on the inside and started to bash my old pest control company - telling me how they did it all wrong but that Waynes does it the right way. After repeatedly contacting Waynes to fulfill their contract with no reply, I signed up for Cooks Pest Control as I needed the ants to go away. We had a contract with Pest Inc. Great company but was bought out by Wayne's who assured us they would honor our current contract. They lied. They also said they serviced our home for termites and sent us a bill. After checking our cameras for several different days just to make sure they didn't get there service days messed up we found out they lied about that as well. They never serviced us. I called and told them they were fired. 2 weeks later they were calling saying with a date as to when they would be out to service us. Nope! Your fired send me an email confirming it. As Waynes took over my previous pest control service, I am so disappointed!!! Waynes does not give the same service and I have been having an issue every since they have taken over with pest control. September I will be switching services. Customers service does not care about the customers and they just state there hours and there hours are during regulars working hours when no one is home. No weekend services and I am sure the price will be way up this year as well. I do not recommend this company for anyone, I just hope I find a service as good as HomeShield was. read more

10 days after moving into a new construction house in Murfreesboro TN, I hired Waynes lawn care to receive lawn care for treatment because I wanted to maintain the beauty, and essence of my lawn plus a reason for new construction. I had the grass cut Monday (July 2nd), lawn care performed Tuesday (July 3rd), Wednesday (July 4th) I noticed the lawn DEAD. My tree is dead as well. Leaves withered and 90% on the ground. Apparently now appears what LOOKS to be brown patch diseased spread across my lawn, accelerated by whatever was placed in the lawn during that treatment. It's a complete embarrassment, with no reconciliation given of the matter. What was told to me, it was a coincidence, and my grass was going to have that complete change that occurred (brown patch disease) if they performed the treatment or not. That was the response given to me. But my lawn is DEAD. NO grass is growing. I am completely embarrassed and upset that my new home has a trash for a lawn. Imagine friends and family visiting, and the first sight they see of new construction looks like a grass sandlot. I'm guessing a consolation was for me to look forward to the overseeding and aeration that should be occurring in the fall. Yeah pay for that too. That's not what I signed up for, a newly sodded turned dead summer lawn, then wait until the fall for possible improvements. read more

Absolutely the WORST. Would give them ZERO stars if I could. Very poor business practices. My first visit was good and that was about it. They came to spray once and then never came back even though I paid for months. By then my yard had been completely taken over by weeds. I called Wayne's to understand why they haven't been out. He replies well we've been out twice since your first service. I informed him I have security cameras and no one has been to the property. He replied, " well this happens sometimes, we go to the wrong house." How do you service the house once and then forget where it was? At that time I was the last house on the street so it wasn't like they did my neighbors instead of mine. The manager and sales reps will not return my call. Have not been issued a refund for service I paid for yet never received. Cherry on top is new service reps continue to call me to "win me back" as a customer. When I explain what happened previously they say they'll have the manager call me, yet never happens. Clearly want to take your money but, not back up their customer service. I don't know where to begin. I had a major landscaping issue that had been left uncorrected for several years costing me thousands of dollars and could have easily cost me thousands more. I had a leak somewhere in the irrigation system and/or fountain. While the people at Monarch (now Waynes) tried to correct this they never identified the problem. It took another landscaper (Hardscapes by the Yard and Music City Hardscapes) to come in and identify the problem enlisting the help of a leak detection specialist to identify the problem and fix the issue. As it turned out there was a major cut in the water line where Monarch had planted a Jasmine for me. In addition the people at Monarch had repeatedly damaged landscaping lights which took literally months to replace. Wall lights that had to be replaced (never worked after being installed) took years to replace. I actually had to have supervisors out on several occasions over the years and each time they came out I had to repeat everything I told the last person. No one seemed to keep any records of what the last person had been told. I am very disappointed in Monarch and Waynes. read more
