Come to find out we had insects called army worms that were destroying our lawn. Will diagnosed the problem and started a process to eliminate them and get our lawn back to normal. After a bit of back and forth and estimates, plus scoping reviews, I ended up going with Pure Turf, and so far, I am happy with that decision. I ended up signing for the next year which includes the initial fertilization and seeding, weed control and maintenance once spring comes back around. The process has been solid and easy. The team is responsive and quick to respond when needed. I communicate with them via text and they are always timely in response, while also ensuring to answer any questions I may have, etc... Since the initial seeding, I have reached back out to have a few patchy areas reseeded. They came out without delay, walked me through what to do next and how to monitor progress before the freeze of winter hits. From start to now, I have seen a great improvement in my lawn. Both times property damage was done I was not notified, I found it the next time I took my dogs out. In the attached photo you can clearly see where they forced their mower through and ripped the gate off its hinges. They just propped it up so it looked like it was still connected and left without saying anything. It genuinely seems like Rodas Landscaping hate what they do for a living and hate the people that pay them.
