Needed a tree removed. Very responsive with an estimate and providing the service. Left the yard in great shape. Price was very fair. Also gave some good advice on other trees. Highly recommend. read more

I have had Joe Webster and his crew do a large amount of work on our five acre lot. He has done everything from shaping trees, complete tree removal, stump grinding and storm clean up. I have always found he and his men to do careful and complete work. He also is willing to make adjustments to his work to meet our needs. His office manager Amanda is personable and easy to work with. He arrives on time and does what he contracted for. I particularly appreciated his prompt attention to clean up after the winter ice storm. His price is a good value. I recommend Webster tree service without reservation. read more

Webster's was amazing from start to finish! I mostly communicated with Amanda, who was so thorough and kind in her explanation and estimate process. She even educated me on how to assess the health of other trees in my yard and assisted with removing some detrimental vines. The whole process was efficient and painless! They did a great job with the clean up as well. I highly recommended working with these folks! read more

got the referral off church bulletin and waited over 2 months for an estimate and then was working on clearing out for them to come out. They showed up a week early no heads up til they called as they were pulling up. Owner is so rude and cussing about how bad everything is and said we should be ashamed of ourselves and it's disgusting then threw the work order paper in our driveway and left: we will find someone else who actually talks to customer and introduced themselves and actually wants our money read more

This is my second time to use Webster's. We got quotes the first time, but I didn't bother this time. I knew the quality of the work that would be done AND that the cost would be comparable to, if not better than others in the area. The work was done quickly and the clean up was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and responsible. They went above & beyond. read more

They do a great job and they won't leave you with a pile of wood chips from sump grinding!

We used Webster's to trim some tree limbs hanging over our house. Webster's were professional, fast, and delivered high quality work. They were not satisfied until we were satisfied that the job was done. The price was fair for the work done and it was exactly as quoted. read more

Service: Tree removal Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value My husband and I were concerned about 2 very large trees that were dying and would most likely have seriously damaged our neighbor's house if they fell. Joe came by the same day we called and gave us a very reasonable quote for removing them. His crew was here early the next morning and quickly and efficiently removed the 90 foot pine that other companies were afraid to touch. The next morning they again arrived early and took down the second tree. They were very polite, hardworking, and respectful of both our property and our neighbor's property. Everything was done with great care and when they were finished their cleanup was perfect. We couldn't be more grateful to have those trees taken down by Webster's Tree Service. read more

The professionalism and work ethics of the members of Webster's Tree Service was phenomenal. We set the date and time and they promptly arrived and worked diligently with focus and determination. They skillfully removed 4 trees and filled the root holes with chipped wood, shaped up 3 trees and trimmed 2 additional trees that had taken over my driveway. They removed all debris and left the yard in immaculate condition. I could not believe the result and the speed of their work! And all of this was done at a VERY, VERY affordable price, far less than their competitors. I would highly recommend Webster's Tree Service to others. Thank-you for a job that exceeded my expectations! Canary H. Madison, TN read more

We used Websters Tree Service in late November 2022 and are happy to share that we are very happy with the services they provided. The important thing is that we agreed on the price estimate (they gave us a discount) and that they did their work exactly as stipulated in the service contract. The removal of the main tree was done precisely, clean (without debris falling into our neighbors backyards), they collected and disposed of all the debris, but left us a good chunk of firewood as we asked them. Then the trimming of the other two trees was done also precisely and very neat. What's more important is that their equipment for the stump grinding was not available on the day of the service provided but nevertheless they assured us that they will finish the job within two days. This is exactly what they did (without any delay) and we are very satisfied with the results - precise, clean and neat. We are glad to recommend Websters Tree Services and say "Thank you" to them for the excellent services they provided. read more

Webster's did an outstanding job trimming trees back from our house. This was a surgical execution of the work and they were top notch. Absolutely no damage and everything looks sooooo much better. Hopefully this will last 4 or 5 years and then we'll call them back to continue to keep out trees it top shape. They may not be the cheapest up front but they are worth every nickel at the end of the day. read more

This was by far the greatest way to celebrate the new year. They are amazing and got rid of this terrible tree quickly. Im thrilled and highly recommend them to anyone needing trees removed. read more

Webster's Tree Service is a great service. They really know their trees and what to do with them. After riding around Nashville and seeing the ugly hack jobs some other companies do to trees and then seeing the examples of Webster's Tree Service, I was relieved to see the pictures on his website and how good they looked. He really know what he's doing and it looks great! I'm so happy to have a professional doing my work. read more

This is the single most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I needed a few trees removed, and I saw that this company was nearby, so I gave them a call. I explained to Mr. Webster that I did not live in Nashville, so he could take care of the trees I needed taken down at his convenience and I would send him a check. He said he would do it that week. That weekend I visited my property and the trees were still there. No big deal, since I told him I wasn't in a hurry. Early the following week he called and told me that he had completed the work, but I wasn't going to send payment until I could verify the work had been done. So, the following weekend I went to my property and saw the work was done. The work was done to my satisfaction, so I went to my bank's website and submitted a bill pay to Webster's Tree Service. The bank took a week to get a check to Mr. Webster. By the time he got his check, it has been about two weeks since the work was done. Seems reasonable, right? Wrong. Mr. Webster called me at least a half-dozen times during that two week period demanding payment. Among other things, he threatened to dump a load of wood chips on the driveway of my property! My final conversation with him ended with him literally (not figuratively) shouting at me, essentially saying that I was a deadbeat and a liar. Know that if you hire this company, you're not hiring a company, you're hiring Mr. Webster. He actually did a decent job taking down the trees, but there's no way I can recommend that anyone do business with him. read more

This was my second perfect experience with Webster's Tree Service. The first time I had some old Bradford Pear trees that were a dangerous mess removed. They removed and ground the stumps and chipped/shredded and hauled off the remains. The other day, Joe came out with the bucket truck and trimmed back a huge, beautiful old Sugar Maple. It will not be dangerous now and Joe says it will go another 50 years. He topped another tree at a very minimal charge too. They showed up the day promised, cleaned up, left no limbs behind and were out within a few short hours. Joe is the top topper, trusted tree expert. He has great business savvy. Calls back and shows up and gets the work right! read more

I would HIGHLY recommend Webster's Tree Service. Reliable, skilled and thorough are three adjectives that come to mind. We had a huge tree down in our back yard that needed to be removed ASAP. My initial phone call was answered by Mr. Webster! An estimate was done within 24hours and the job was done that week while we were out of town. They handled everything. The clean up was immaculate. A+ for communication and the bid given was fair and by far the best. Please don't hesitate to use this company, I was very pleased with the professional service and high quality of work of Webster's Tree Service read more

Tree Service with a positive attitude. I was not sure this Oak tree was going to come down without becoming an addition to my house, but Joe assured me through his expertise that I had nothing to worry about. I originally talked to Amanda on the phone and even though the crews were busy, Joe was able to stop by that afternoon to give me a very reasonable bid. He then completed the work within the next week to which I am very thankful and relieved. He was prompt, sensible, and careful through the whole situation and I am Happy I called! read more

Thanks again Joe! Two Big Jobs. Two Houses. 1 Monster tree over each house. Only a Master Arborist can produce such amazing results. Watching you cut the huge trees off the top of the houses was like watching an artist. A little sad because we watched those trees grow for 32 yrs. It had to be done. Amanda arrived on time for initial estimate. Joe was back the next day to get a true picture of what needed to be tackled. I can't say enough. Masterful work. immaculate clean up! All stumps look like I could plant a garden. There were about 12 of those. also cleaned a 100 yrd. tree-line. 8 dump trucks full of wood and chips. What an outstanding job! Keep up the great work! read more

Scheduled a quote for 5pm Saturday. Owner called at 5:30pm to say he wasn't going to make it and he rescheduled for Sunday at 3pm. Didn't show up until 5pm. Upon arrival he parked his truck diagonally across my neighbors driveway, entirely blocking their access. As I asked him if he could park in my driveway instead and he said, looking at my neighbors wrecked car, "doesn't look like they are going anywhere". They have multiple cars Sir. He then moved his truck on the street. If a guy doesn't feel comfortable maneuvering a truck into a driveway, I wouldn't trust him on a bucket truck. He said that he only used a bucket truck for tree removal, which is definitely dangerous as one must strategically climb tree and tie cut limbs to allow safe removal. He said "it wouldn't be the worst thing if a limb bounced off that car" as he was looking at my neighbors damaged car. He made a comment about my other neighbors car that was under one of the trees. He looked at their license plates and said "its registered this year..does it move," assuming that it didn't because it was dirty. He didn't even go in the backyard to look at the largest tree that needed to be removed. Gave me a quote that was $750 more than another service I had quote the job. Overall a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. read more
