Unfortunately they tore up the lawn, left rocks everywhere (TONS of rocks) and now 1.5 years later, my lawn still looks the worse on the street. The neighborhood is a new build, so everyone had the same "starting point", so I expected it to at least stay looking like the neighbors lawns who don't have irrigation, not worse. When paying $5k for a small lawn, I didn't expect it to be tore up so badly and not recover. That said, the maintenance crew and customer support has been really great. They're very responsive, and do an excellent job. Tony in particular has been coming in the fall and Spring at my house. He just left and it prompted me to leave this review, simply because he went above and beyond to make sure I understood the strategy and parts, and did a great job. Really appreciated him! If you can get a better initial install, I definitely recommend working with them.

They ruptured a…read moregas line using a regular shovel, they ripped up the internet cable causing the whole neighbor to be with out internet for 2 weeks. They were told not to install any heads in the right of way. They did and then they removed it. The overall sales person (RICK HARRISON) who I directly designed my system with, did not communicate to the installation team the type of sprinklers I wanted and where to install the back flow valve. They also had to install a pressure pump, due to low pressure for $1400.00. I specifically told Rick where it needed to be in relation to the electric outlet . I had the outlet installed exactly where Rick said it had to be. I then spent $200.00 to have an electrical outlet installed. When I checked their work after they left. I found an orange extension cord lying on the ground, in a pool of water ,connected to my $200.00 outlet, they installed the pump to far away from the outlet. I again had to pay another $200.00 to move the outlet so the pump can connect directly to the outlet. Then the pump cracked and stop working, the back check valve cracked and had to be replaced. this is after I had them winterize my system. It has been nightmare of a project. Everytime they came out, something was wrong. I finally had to ban them from my property. it is now several years later and the system is worse than ever. I have spent a lot of money in repairs. I basically will have rebuilt the system by the end of this year. Do not use this company. Beware of Rick because he is smooth but does not follow through.Get everything in writing, get a design of your sprinkler System before they install (they want a $150.00 to do so)

STAY AWAY FROM GREEN SCENE!…read more While I initially appreciated working with Hosea and found the pricing reasonable during my sprinkler system installation last October 2024, I've since experienced multiple issues that have raised concerns. A PVC pipe was broken shortly after the install, resulting in yard damage. I was informed the repair wasn't Green Scene's responsibility, despite the work being done by your team. More recently, in late June 2025, I reported another issue and followed up twice -- only to have your team arrive without notice and complete a repair I believe should fall under warranty for a system approximately 9 months old. Yet, I received a $140 invoice. Additionally, I was billed $220 on July 14th for a job completed May 5, 2025. We built our home five years ago and wanted to finally finish the landscaping off our walk out…read morebasement. We also needed to fix landscaping mistakes our builder's landscaper made when the house was constructed (you can see just a few of those in another review I made). We had several landscapers come out to look at the project, but the complexity and scale resulted in most not responding after the initial meeting. We contacted Coyote Creek and Graham (the owner) came out to look at the project. I felt we probably had a good, reputable company when he asked if he could send his designer out to walk the project. That resulted in a professionally done design schematic of various drainage remediation measures, hardscape, and landscaping. Coyote Creek provided me with two hardscape options based on our budget. Once we decided, Coyote Creek began work promptly and I was extremely impressed with their foreman, Nate, and all the workers who transformed our backyard. We live on a steeply sloped property and it was, to put it mildly, a challenging project. Nate was exceptional in transforming a design into reality and making necessary changes to account for geographic realities. For example, the design had a beautiful paver patio off our basement that would segue into grass. The degree of slope prevented that, so Nate recommended a quarter wall to retain the patio's size and shape. Coyote Creek was also very responsive to a few changes and additions we made. Through it all, Coyote Creek held the highest quality standards. No corners were cut, and I believe we have a beautiful hardscape that will stand the test of time. I plan to have Coyote Creek do some additional work around my barn in the near future--their work is that good. Highly recommend!
