Lawnwise treated my lawn yesterday with weed and feed. They have killed my beautiful Bermuda grass and fescue grass in the backyard. My grass is dead. I called them around noon today and no one returned my call. they had our business for at least two years. Paid for the entire season in advance. Now my grass is dead, brown. Steer clear of this company. Non-existent customer service. After using them with poor results for 4 years I made the decision to switch companies. Despite cancelling, they sent a tech out this spring to service my yard and have been sending bills ever since. They don't respond to anything. Don't make the same mistake I did, find someone else. My main issue with LawnWise is their difficult customer support and nonexistent results. We spent 5 years giving LawnWise several chances to maintain our lawn and it got worse every single year. Futher, the lady who manages the calls and emails is unprofessional and combative. LawnWise often sprays the yard while it has been and is raining heavily, which means the product may not bind properly and makes it ineffective. Save the time and trouble, call Lawn Doctor or one of the other several options. read more

I love this business. They have helped us for as long as they have been open. We went from 3 acres to 1/5th of an acre and they do everything. Crystal our specialist/technician that takes her job seriously. She even noticed the change in our shrubbery and told me how much she liked it. read more

Yes yes yes In college I has a physics professor, professor Lewis, he would try and make life lessons about physics. One day he explained the concept of the expression " the grass is always greener..." We talked about shadows and light refractory and perception of color. Well, let me tell you Professor Lewis never met the LawnWise folks. In like the other guys with Green in the name, as if that will impart a color change. With them you pay for treatments, with LawnWise you pay for results. I tried for years to get and keep a nice lawn. Then I got help, the other guys came out and treated. After a couple of years, they would say, it is the shade, it is my dog, it is (fill in the blank). Treatment after treatment Then I found LawnWise, my yard has never looked nicer. They are print and courteous. They don't sell chemicals or treatments, they sell results. Looking out my window, my yard is actually GREENER than my neighbor ( sorry Professor Lewis ) So if you want a yard that is truly green and luscious, give them a call. lawn wise was a mistake. I switched from trugreen as lawn wise was a little cheaper. lawn wise did not get my lawn to improve at all. they also sent me a bill for 2 services i never asked for or agreed to I would not recommend them. i am much happier with the lawn doctor. read more

Very expensive and very rude. The receptionist is so rude and won't help with basic questions. Their prices are crazy expensive too.

I started using Lawn Wise last year. my lawn looks amazing this year. Neighbors are asking about the company I'm using. They have used other companies and were not happy. They can't believe how my lawn is so green and plush. You can actually see the line of green between my house and my neighbors. I definitely recommend them. We have been extremely happy with LawnWise and have gotten a lot of compliments on the appearance of our lawn. One of the other reasons we love LawnWise is that our technician JP is the nicest guy & he is meticulous when it comes to spraying the lawn and the shrubs/trees. If we ever have any questions or concerns he's happy to listen and help us achieve our goals. He knows how much we love nature and even takes the extra time to take down our bird feeders before he sprays the trees to be sure to keep our feathered friends safe! Receptionist is nasty she gives you an attitude if you have a problem. The kids who come around and do the work blow through it don't put any effort into it miss a lot of spots. They charge you for program like now when the grass is dormant you just throw your money away and yet in the middle of a 40° day or colder they're out there fertilizing it's ridiculous. There's nothing here you cant do yourself and you could do a better job because my experience with them is they don't know anybody's watching so they just do it half ass and miss a lot of spots. BUYER BEWARE! I was charged for seeding and aerating services that were not provided. When I complained someone "came by" when nobody was home to "check it out" and said everything looks fine. The sent another bill! Please do yourself a favor and hire a professional! read more

After using multiple treatment services and then trying to do it myself, I switched to LawnWise in early 2018 after they left an ad on my front door. At the time, my yard was a disaster with more weeds than grass. I was beginning to consider killing it and starting over. After the first treatment from LawnWise, my yard immediately started looking better with fewer weeds and more, greener grass. In the fall, I had them aerate and overseed. It's now early May 2019 and my lawn looks better than it ever has after 23 years in my home. I have grass growing well in areas that I have NEVER been able to get it to grow before. Prior to LawnWise, my yard as about a 3 out of 10. Today it's a solid 8 and still improving. I've had two neighbors compliment me on my yard. That has never happened before. If you do some additional research, you will see they do not have even one negative review. There's a reason for that... These folks are simply the best. And, their price is more than reasonable.
