LIAR! Second Clue: He sh*t talked my landlord and when I told him he was lying he changed the story and badmouthed us because he was too stupid to comprehend what I told him. Third Clue: He lied about my neighbors who I have never met highly recommending he come talk to me. He refused to leave after we asked him politely to do so three times! I emailed the collections company and explained the situation, 2. I tried to have my friend call to explain the situation and pay for the invoice with my credit card and they refused to take the payment unless I personally called them, and 3. I filed a public complaint with the state's Consumer Affairs department. Also, Orkin did not inform me that they had closed my account. I only found this out because I was trying to meet the collections agency's requirements to give my friend permission to speak with them on the phone about the invoice, and the collections agency informed my friend that the account had been withdrawn. My friend then had to call Orkin to find out that they closed the account completely. I wish Orkin had responded to my emails and/or text messages so that this months-long process did not have to occur in the first place. I'm relieved that they closed the account, but wish they would have just communicated with me properly instead of causing so much anxiety.

It was obvious someone was home and that the dog was distressed, but he just kept knocking and refused to give up/leave. When I finally answered, he falsely claimed he had just treated our neighbors' yard and that they told him to come do ours too & he acted like he was about to spray wither I liked it or not. None of that was true- We all use a different pest control company. I told him he was waking my baby because he had upset the dog and asked him to leave my property. Instead of leaving, he continued trying to sell me his service as I was literally closing the door. He then came back later that same day and again that weekend. I believe he was riding a Onewheel or hoverboard. I understand door-to-door sales are part of the job, but refusing to take "no" for an answer, repeatedly returning to a home, and using dishonest sales tactics is completely unacceptable. As a woman home alone a stranger knocking at my door repeatedly is SCARY in this day and age, especially one won't leave when asked after ignoring our no solicitor signs. I called Axiom and they said this was a non issue and I was overreacting. This experience ensured we will never consider using Axiom's services & will certainly be telling my friends and neighbors to do the same.
