I took my new wedding heels in to get them shortened. First time, all they did was add new black…read moretips on the bottom. Took them back in after I measured at home, and they were same exact 3" heels. They apologized for the confusion and said they'd fix it and have them shortened in a couple days. I'm gonna try and post a picture so you can see as well...but they're STILL 3". so upset at them for not only lying to me, but charging me $20 for that and the pads I bought. They should be reimburse me full cost and gas to drive there twice. So deceptive it makes my stomach turn. And they made me feel like I was stupid!

I didn't take the refund, because I felt like they did decent work and were able to meet my tight schedule. However, I did hire them for our move out clean, and the results are fantastic.
