(Previous employers made him sign a 'right to compete clauses' so that he could not start his own company without paying them off. Call him and he will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know and or look out for when hiring wildlife company. Even recommends that you get several different quotes until you find someone that your completely comfortable with. Brian explained to me how the wildlife removal industry is a specialized field and potential customers are often scared and pull the trigger too fast. Brian warns of overcharging and expensive contracts with unnecessary services. Brian eliminated any worry of dishonesty when he came for the free inspection because he actually took a narrated video of my problem area and showed it me on the spot and later emailed to my builder. I now make all service workers take narrated videos now when they claim I need what they are selling. Brian assured me that he offers the best pricing in the middle TN area with a service 2nd to none and also gave lifetime warranty on all of his repair work.. He also said that anyone who hires a company that doesn't funnel in the trapping is getting ripped off!!and I now agree%100!! (Now that I understand the process) Most companies charge per animal and use baited traps to try and catch all the critters that they can. Other companies may have cheap set up fees but will charge per day/week/month and or charge for each service trip. Then set up the job incorrectly on purpose so that they can prolong the job. The list goes on and on... funneling in the traps may take longer, require more experience and labor......but if you funnel the traps directly over the entry points then your results re instant. It's the absolute best method to use since your basically setting the traps up directly over the hole that the animal is using to get in and out of. I decided to call several companies in the area and some were a lil cheaper but then they would have ridiculous stipulations or charge by day or service trips. I highly recommend Reeves Wildlife Removal! Brian was great to work with and would always keep us in loop when running behind which was understandable given the type of work. And I'll never forget the way he would tilt his ladder to reach areas without moving the ladder..it was obvious that he was extremely comfortable and experienced in order to do that while explaining the entire trapping process and all the options/cost. He didn't collect the money for any of the work unless it was done. The entire problem was completely resolved in under a week and the total ost was under $400! With ire etime warranty on the exclusion work and all the repair work looks professional. He has screened my attic vents and replaced my insulation our attic. I had quotes for double that!!

The lady from a BugOut called at 939am on September 7, 2023 asking where I lived the driver was having difficulty finding my home. I told her we're I lived and she said ohhh you live on 7th Avenue not 7th Street? I said correct. She stated the technician will be there shortly. So I waited, waited, waited, and waited it was 1030. I called the office left a message on the answering machine and waited more I called numerous times and left messages on the answering machine. Finally it was 3pm and I got a hold of someone and she said she would have to call me back as she just walked in to the office, I said fine. Well 5pm came and that's their closing time! So I waited all day for no one to show up and not even a call saying we don't want to have you as a customer, nothing. Will be filing complaints with all offices I can. My time is worth something as well. Went with Terminix and I was so happy I did! 12/30/2023 My experience with this joke of a business.
