This is my second unsolicited review of this business. I've been a customer for about two years now. The quarterly service is perfect for us and they have always been attentive to any additional requests. Recently i had a rep come to the door for my "annual termite inspection". I recall when leaving terminex and coming to Preventive i was told that any termite infestation would be covered. That's the main reason i switched along with the better price. (I had a termite contract with Terminex). This rep told me termites were not covered unless I purchased termite protection. Can't find my original paperwork so who knows. Maybe i didn't read the fine print and was bamboozled. Anyhow. Just wanted that out there. On another note i did have them do a mold protection treatment in the crawl space. Kinda pricey but it was needed and i feel good about the service. If you get this, be sure and ask for the white product as you can clearly see where it is applied (they wanted to use the clear) and the tech had to come back and get several areas that were missed. I would have never known that If clear was used. Anyhow still pleased with them and still a customer after more than two years. read more

We've used Preventive Pest Control for several years now. We've actually had competitors try to sway our business a few times and it's not happening. Preventive has been professional, polite, and their products work. We paused service for a bit when we were trying to save some money- big mistake, we started service up again with them because we caught a brown recluse. They restarted our service and we bought the attic dusting as well. They've treated spiders, mosquitos, large red wasps, and boxelder bugs. We've never had issues with ticks either. During Covid, they've been especially professional! They stopped indoor treatments when the state was shutdown but continued outdoor treatments. When indoor treatments started again, their technicians always wear masks, booties, and stay 6 feet away from family inside. That extra effort is much appreciated and we wear our masks when technicians are inside to protect them as well. I can't recommend them more! We are loyal for life! read more

We are quite pleased with the service provided by Barron Bronkowski today. Barron showed up right on time after first calling and letting us know he was on his way. He introduced himself, explained what he would be doing for us today, and proceeded to get it done. The initial termite inspection, the installation of the bait stations, interior spray, exterior work...all done professionally and completely. Since this was our initial service with Preventive, I'm glad to see that he took the time to do an amazing first application. The drawing he made of the house and new bait installation locations is fantastic! So far, well pleased with our decision to change Pest Control companies and go with Preventive! read more

Frank is such a pleasant and easy person to work with!!! He always makes me feel reassured that all will be fixed as promised... and I can always believe him. He does it all with a smile, takes the time to explain things and always leaves things better than when he arrived. He is a great Technician! Leann was very professional and took the time to talk with both my husband and I about what was done. Even though it was a bit chaotic with me on a phone call with my doctor and my husband in a meeting and no one having any real time to attend to her. She handled it all gracefully and professionally never showing any signs of being irritable. I know I would have been. She also made sure that we understood that she only took care of the ant situation and she advise us to still have someone come out to service. We were with a major company for about a year and very unhappy with their service. My step son used Preventive Pest Control and was very happy with them, so we decided to try them. They came out in just a few days and Josh was the technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He went over all the things that he would do and I asked him if he could go in our attic and get rid of the wasp problem there. He took care of the wasps inside the house and outside. He was very friendly and made sure that I had no questions. I would highly recommend this company and am glad to have Josh working on our house. read more

Amazing service so far. Tech Mike, just arrived for the treatment of ants. He was so nice and professional. I was amazed at his level of knowledge regarding pests control. I am requesting him to be my tech for each service. Every person I have dealt with so far from the salesman, front office, and tech are all 5 stars for sure!! I am so grateful for the staff and customer service I received with Preventive Pest Control. I shopped around a bit and actually found PPC through just seeing their truck in my neighborhood. I recently bought a new construction house and wanted to get the proactive pest control started and was welcome with open arms. Tarrance was an amazing technician. This company is by far my favorite pest control company I've ever had. They are easy to get a hold of a representative, the prices are extremely reasonable, and they are on time. I've had many companies in the past overcharge and or never be able to get a hold of a person. Plus when they spray they knock down all the webs for you. Also when they send a rep out for the initial spray they make sure to walk you through all the detail of what bugs they saw as well as exactly when you'll be billed. Great great company. read more

So, Tarrance has been my technician for awhile now and when I say he is the best, he is the absolute best. He takes his time with the service and ensures he is performing above standard. We are very happy with Preventive. They were highly recommended to us by several of our neighbors on the neighborhood facebook page. They are always here on time, the techs are always very courteous, professional, and thorough and we haven't had a single issue with spiders (our major complaint) since they began treating our home. We were over run with bugs/spiders on our outside deck before they began treatment and now we very rarely see them outside and we never see them inside. read more

Only needed one day to set up appointments! Drew came out in the morning and set and checked all the termite traps with me, showed me a video of what to look out for and was patient and helpful in answering all my questions. Steven came out in the afternoon and did the pest spraying around and inside the house. He was very efficient and great to work with. I tend to do reviews whether negative or positive. I find both of value eventually. Nathan, the technician who serviced our home today, called ahead to make sure early arrival was permissible. That's a 5 Star. If we had not been prepared, it might have been uncomfortable. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable regarding his service and treatment. That's a 5 Star. Skyler is a very hard worker and demonstrated a great understanding of his job. We asked him multiple questions about the treatments we was doing and the chemicals used (not to question his ability, but just out of curiosity). They treated the interior and exterior of our house including the landscaping and a significant portion of our lawn. Skyler was our technician today and he was very thorough and friendly. Jarve is great to work with I had him out to start my flea and tick service this month and he was able to speak very detailed towards what the service entailed and answered all of my questions. I also requested 2 mouse traps on his next trip out and he is able to get them back out to me the very next day. Mike Ligon did a fantastic job with all the pest services he did inside and outside the house. He was very respectful when entering the house by putting a mask and a pair of shoe cover on.
