Zach with ClearDefense provided what was hands down the best service I have ever received from any company ever in my entire life. In addition to professionally handling all of his pest control duties, Zach spent an enormous amount of time helping me with a medical lower back emergency (I believe sciatica) that hit me shortly before he arrived. He spent a long time just talking to me, getting to know each other while I lay on my porch unable to get up. Then while Zach did the pest control service I managed to get up and get walking again - but, I was due to go pick my young children up from their day program and was not sure that I could drive. Zach offered to drive me and my car to go get them! He was so obviously trustworthy that I agreed. Then Zach literally took me to my kids' program and we picked them up together. Then on the way back Zach taught my 4-year-old son about nimbus clouds. When we got back, Zach was totally willing to stay longer to help out more if needed, although we were ok and I let him go ahead and pack it in for the day. I cannot praise Zach enough, I mean it was truly astonishing the lengths he was willing to go to to help a customer he had just met that afternoon. Also, in addition to his amazing impromptu service Zach generally showed extraordinary intelligence, character, and maturity throughout our time together. I work at a daycare facility that opened just shy of a year ago! With new buildings, it's very common to see many critters trying to join in on the fun inside, though they are unwanted. Upon signing a contract with JC and Brandon K. at Clear Defense Pest Control, they provided all the information as well as addressed any concerns or questions I had with detailed answers to ensure I knew exactly what would be going on and that the spray would do absolutely NO harm to the tiny humans. I will not be using this company again. trying to get them to spray the inside of the house after the initial visit is like pulling teeth. 3 months ago I told my wife to have them spray the inside because I was at work. They told her that is something they normally don't do so I had to call them back to schedule that. This quarter 01/03 I told my son and my wife BOTH to have them spray the inside and again they were told its not something they normally do. So once again I had to call and reschedule that. The worker had just left so I called the office and I was told they would send him RIGHT back to complete the work. Well that did't happen, not even the next day. BUT they are quick to charge your credit card. I'm so done with using this company. Not sure why they won't do what is asked of them, after all the entire outside service takes about 10 minutes. the sales pitch when signing up with the company is they will spray wherever you need to service. Fantastic experience so far. These guys knocked on my door when we first moved in and I had been using a big pest company at my prior address so had just planned on staying with them but this guy was impressive and seemed to have really good prices and info. Thought I would give them a shot. When they came out for the first treatment they were at our house for over two hours treating and even one of the guys even helped to fix my daughters trunk that was broke cause it had happened to him and he knew how to fix it. He made sure to speak with me and hear out all of my concerns and tended to them as if they were his own. We've been using Clear Defense for almost a year now and the technicians are always so knowledgeable and informative. Austin came by yesterday to perform our monthly mosquito treatment and before doing it, he asked if I had any questions or concerns so we spent some time talking about carpenter bees and paper wasps we've been seeing more of in the yard. I called ClearDefense Pest control after 2 years of trying to manage and eliminate a cockroach issue. We live in a very wooded area where these bugs thrive! Chris Lott was our technician. He was friendly and polite, took the time to explain exactly what he was going to be doing and took the extra time for me to show him an area were wasps had gotten into a crack in our house. I have 2 small dogs and he also put me at ease that they would be safe in our backyard even after the bug treatment.
