Had a great supper here. I'm back tonight to actually slow it down and enjoy fully the food. You see, when making my carnivore order, hostess explained a 9 patty challenge... I arranged for no bun and abide by the 10 min limit to eat it all... 6 mins later it was gone... hot and tasty.. came back to use the free burger coupon and add another Sammy with 6 patties.. ill slow it down to saver the goodness tonight. Whew! As a Dasher, one of the least favorite places to come to pick up an order. Food is not ready when you get there. Service is slow, like 20+ minute wait for order. I know food is to be made fresh (because I have worked here), but urgency is to be desired with the new management. I'd say DD orders are not a priority at this establishment. The girl in the "front of house" doesn't wear the all black uniform. She tries to be helpful by giving me the cup for the drink order way before the food is ready. After a very long road trip, My family decided to stop by to pick up dinner. I went inside to order food. It wasn't crazy packed. Only 2 people working the front and 2 in the kitchen. While I was waiting for my food one of the workers thought it was a good idea to eat her dinner in the front where everyone can see and use her fingers to eat it and then help customer walking in in-between. The best part as I was waiting for my food for a very very long time. I saw the guy in the back drop a bun on the floor and pick it back up. Nice little burger place! To s of variety and create your own burgers. I had a classic, fries (not included with burger) and a strawberry shortcake shake (with real cake crumbles on top). I've been here a few times. It's pretty hit or miss. It's your standard semi-fast food burger place so the ambiance is what you would expect there. The service is average. The food is either really good, or really bad. There really isn't an in between. One time I took my dad there when he was visiting and the burgers were kind of dry and bland. Everyone had mixed up orders and it was chaos. But I went there myself another time and got a wonderful burger that was hot fresh and juicy. It's definitely worth a try at least once. read more

Have given this business 3 tries and the verdict is HARD PASS. We ate inside twice. Food was ok but service was slow as was the food coming out. The last meal was DoorDashed and it was by far the worst. Cold burger on a stale bun and cold, cold fries. The burger was never warm because the cheese never melted. My location of delivery was less than 3 miles away from the restaurant so it wasn't like my food had time to get cold. I suggest Bricks on Boundary if you want a great burger. read more

IDK why people have had "bad experiences" here. for me the food was phenomenal. My husband and I got 3 different burgers (we had coupons) and all three were delicious! I got the toasted marshmallow shake which was so good it's now my favorite shake no lie! I have been here a couple of times. Their food is great. I am not sure how they vent their employees, but there are some rude people in there. When the manager isn't there they sit around in the lobby and get upset when they need to make you a shake. I would suggest to check you take out because they will forget something. Definitely need to come in with a calm attitude, so you don't go off on the casher that would definitely give you a dirty look and attitude when you ask for any changes in your order. First impression, very clean and well organized, the young man at the front counter was hustling (taking orders, making fries, busing tables, all while being friendly with the customers). We ordered loaded cheeseburgers, fries and onion rings. The burgers were very good with fresh lettuce and tomato's. The fries were the low point, soft and limp. The onion rings were solid. Be careful backing out of the parking spots, the spots are wide enough, but the lot is narrow, may take a time or 2 pulling in and out to clear the other parked cars. Unprofessional customer care! Visiting from a different part of the state and had heard good things about the food quality. Upon walking in, with only 1/3 of the tables with customers seated, we were told that there would be a 45-minute wait. We said that was fine, and the male and female at the counter rolled their eyes. They then played "rock-paper-scissors" to see who would take my family's order. As we waited, they also both took sips of open drinks beside the counter around food prep. We ordered our food and sat to wait our 45 minutes. Over the next little while, the same two employees texted, drank their drinks, and yelled about "how annoying" it was that people "kept ordering food", even after they were told there would be a wait. There was a lot of shouting and playing behind a counter. Overall, the food was good. We enjoyed it. However, the professionalism was absent. Owner/operator should take note. read more

This place is just completely disappointing. Not only is it slow to get your food out, the staff are upset and not very pleasant to talk tto and look like they want to quit.
