The Charleston Gourmet Burger Company is the new kid on the block and as the name suggest they are serving up gourmet burgers(beef and turkey). They make their own seasoning for the burgers, which I think they mentioned may be sold soon. I ordered the turkey burger which takes a few minutes as they cook to order. They don't offer lettuce, tomato, etc., as they want you to have the flavor experience of the burger but they did have mustard. I must say that it was a large, very well seasoned, and moist burger....the seasoning was not overpowering but light and very flavorful and I loved the taste.
