Our meal box came with free FF x Jollibee stickers and they were so adorable! The design on the cups was super cute too. I usually do online pick up orders, which go smoothly. However, the day I went to sit down was super busy. I think it was the Sunday post-church rush. We waited a little over 30 minutes. I wasn't too upset because I see the staff working hard, and I assumed I just came in at the wrong time. Either way, I'll be back! Take advantage of their rewards system! Unfortunately, this experience completely turned me off. Then it took FOREVER to get the food. While they had a lot of chicken ready to go it seemed like they fulfilled orders every 5 minutes. Lots of employees were walking in circles in the back seemingly not knowing what they were supposed to be doing.
