It's rare I'll leave a review for a gas station, but the workers here were all super nice and speedy when it came to serving. A typical wawa experience for me has been encompassed with a wait time of about 10-15 minutes for a wrap - mainly due to them being 10 customers behind. When I tell you I ordered, paid, and then was called less than two minutes later with food and smiling faces, I was VERY pleased. Major props to the team here! Hello Wawa Cashier at Clermont hwy 27, yesterday I tried to verified lottery number on machine, said invalid code see retailer. when I went to cashier, 3 ticket said no winner, cash machine said total zero/0, however there was 4th lottery ticket cashier had been hold on top of cash register, hold for a moment then Cashier just handed me $5, I was in questions, however I just trusted the Cashier.... out of the store, I questions my self, why the Cashier did not give me the winner receipt ticket and just handed me $5 ?? my bad maybe forgot to ask her which ticket is the winner and $5 came from... I enjoy the Wawa on state road 27 in Clermont, primarily because it's a clean store, the sitting area outside has good upkeep, the coffee is always stocked, and the employees are kind. This may not seem like much for a convenience store/gas station, but when it's frequently a coffee stop before a hectic day at work, those things matter; including the temporary pumpkin spice coffee flavor tasting great! I have to say that I am a huge fan of Wawa. Coming from the northeast, I was familiar with Wawa before they moved to the sunny state of Florida. When they opened up here in the Sunshine State, it was indeed a cause for celebration and as they continue to expand throughout this state, more and more people learn about the many positives of this gas station chain. Yes, Wawa is primarily a gas station, but it is so much more. Well the inside has the usual convenience store items that you associate with a gas station, it also has a food counter that offers a great selection of food (especially when you consider that it is coming from a gas station). The food item that most people associate Wawa with is there subs, which they call hoagies. Wawa calls subs by the regional name of hoagies because it started outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where these iconic sandwiches are called hoagies. Growing up in central New Jersey, I grew up calling them subs. But whatever you want to call them, these subs are pretty good, especially when considering that they are coming from a gas station. Normally moderately happy with their food and their Mac n cheese but this time not as much. They only gave me what looks like one scoop and I paid $5 or so for it. They need to step up their game. I like their food I just hate inconsistency. read more

Hate to have a morning with nourishment! Stopped in Clermont Wawa to get some breakfast. Only options were burritos or quesadillas which is not what I looking for. So I decided to order the new Pina Colada milkshake! I put in my order and waited. Waited. Waited and waited. I asked at the counter if this is where I pick up milkshakes? The employee responded we didn't have any and the check out cashier should have told me that! I don't pay for my food till I have it! So not happy! read more

Great so for gas and a snack. Clean and quick. Super easy to get in and out of. We go here for ethanol and diesel. We fill up 4 five (5) gal jugs regularly. Today we stopped by for ethonol and after filling up the jugs, they were 1.5 gal short. The manager was able to credit us the for the 1.5 gallons, but this is a problem the gas station should really fix. Anyway, good place to fill up. read more

We love their coffee and their Sizzlis are really good but......we tried the hamburger and it was awful. The hamburger patty is obviously made ahead and it was dry and not even hot by the time it got to the bun. The cheese did not even melt...ugh! We added fries which were not warm and were soggy. The entire 'meal' was very disappointing and I would NEVER order again. We have gone to many Wawas over the years and this one has never been that clean. The windows look like they have never been cleaned and the outside tables and surrounding areas are not clean at all. I'm not sure why management can not see the obvious. Haven't been inside yet, but for gas and free air from the pumps, it works out great. Also, Lowe's and Home Depot both sent me here to get get gasoline with 0% ethanol in it for my yard equipment. I think they're the only local place that has this! Typically the cheapest gas or tied for the cheapest gas around! read more

Solid gas station and convenience store all around. Customer service inside was good. My cashier was very friendly and even made some welcomed small talk, not just your average "It's hot out today, isn't it?" bullsh*t. The gas price was good compared to nearby competitors and there were some deals to be had inside. I picked up muscle milk at two for $6 which is cheaper than any other gas station/convenience store. The entrance way and doors are oddly designed. Its like a small mini maze to get into the store which is really weird......and the doors also aren't automatic which I found surprising. read more

Less than 12 hours ago. I saw the option for the returning Turkey Bowl as an option to purchase on the kiosk. A great mix of dressing & mashed potatoess, paired with a side of sweet potatoes delicious!Today the option is not showing available for selection, but does have a banner showing it's back. You just can't order it I guess. We are not amused and I wasted my entire lunch trying to order it. When an associate attempted to assist and discovered the option was somehow locked. They proceeded to unlock it Take just a few minutes and then it would be an option again.... 15 minutes later it's still not available now I'm late coming back from lunch and I don't have a Turkeybowl that I've been craving since last night. Today is Monday Feb 22 @ 7:48pm. The ladies at the subway making station are absolutely rude and disrespectful, I was waiting saw my food ready on the counter and they made me wait and even gave food to people that ordered after me, at the end I approached them again and they said "oh yes it's ready" I saw the food sitting there for long, of course I didn't pick up the food. Well, the location it's self isn't the issue. They have ethanol free gas which is cool and it's usually a quick experience inside making a purchase. The problem I have is the "Our clean Restroom Promise" This has to have been the nastiest bathroom in clermont. Now im not sure whose job it is to do the checks or whose job it is to clean the bathroom but this place was a hazard zone!! Horrible and Disgusting would be and understatement. If your coming here for gas then more power to you, it'll be your typical experience. Air pumps work great, and the benefit of ethanol free, but if your coming for the bathroom/diaper changing, find another location ASAP! read more

I was having that Monday people hate. I was completely out of it, well I went to get some gas. Paid for it, got a phone call from work about an issue and forgot to pump my gas. I rushed back over there hoping to get lucky and the money still be on the pump and it wasn't. I went in and asked the manger if they happened to pull the money from the pump because they noticed I left.. But no luck, apparently before they could, somebody stole the gas. I was about to cut my loses before the manager said, "no problem, I'll get you your gas!" And asked me what pump I was on. They did not have to do it, but they did!!! read more

The hype of Wawa is real around this town. I can see why, it's the one of the only places with food open 24/7. They have a huge variety of convenient store options like coffees, tons of different kinds of drinks, a multitude of snacks, breakfast items, made to order sandwiches and salads. The touch screen ordering kiosk is very handy. It allows you to scroll through their food options and build custom sandwiches. For convenience this place is great, for quality, it's not so good. The sandwiches taste bland and dull and if you're in a rush, it still takes some time to build the sandwich and then go pay at the register. I think this is an amazing place for snacks and drinks. This is the best store for food gas drinks cigs. The employees are always kind and helpful. We come here everyday for our dollar refill getting a grinder for lunch. Gas prices always the lowest. Cigarette prices could be lower but still a great value. read more

NOT COVID SAFE! Just had to walk away from a $30 meal because none of the staff had masks on and only three out of the almost ten seen had gloves on. They had slides on the TVs saying to stay 6 feet apart, but everyone was pretty much close together. Definitely not chancing any food from there for the time being. read more

I visited this Wawa location on opening day and have kept coming back ever since. Wawa is decently priced and clean but this location has something some stores lack - the people. The staff there goes out of their way almost every time to greet my son and make him feel special! This place is my second home and my favorite gas station. The food is always great, sometimes my sandwiches are wet and a little soggy but I just tell them to make it a different way and problem solved. Super friendly staff!!
