The few times I've come here the parking lot is pure chaos, it's always packed in here and you can't find an employee at all in this store. It's pretty clean, very well stocked but you can't get help that's for sure and you aren't acknowledged at all. I've called in before to check on my pick up order (sometimes my flight is delayed and I miss my pick up window). I had to call 4 separate times once ,before someone picked up and even then she didn't have answers she kept asking the person next to her every question I had instead of just transferring me over or handing over the phone, she didn't seem to pleasant with her attitude. But everytime I actually do pick up, the employees who bring my stuff out are kind and fast and they are the only reason this place is getting the stars it does. They are exceptional and aren't like robots and they don't act like they hate their jobs. Overall- I have to use this Walmart because it's the only one nearby.
