When it was actually inspected by city enforcement, the work was such poor quality that city inspectors refused to write up a repair report. Cody owes me over $4000 for having to pay for a different electric contractor to come in and fix the hack job that was performed on my property. I've been in construction and buying a selling homes for 30 years. this is by far the worst subcontractor I've ever used in my professional career. The first time I've had to file a small claims lawsuit on a subcontractor for being so unprofessional and refusing to pay me back the money he scammed from me.
