My pool pump outlet had scorch marks and was not sure if I needed a new pool pump. He replaced and the outlet and the plug on the pump and also took a look at the pump itself. I texted George on a Thursday to ask if he was interested in giving us an estimate on installing some recessed lighting and a ceiling fan. He texted back almost immediately and said he could stop by on Saturday to look at it. He arrived at the exact time he'd stated and gave us an estimate, based on two men, working four hours. We set up the date and time for the following week and they arrived as promised. They worked quickly and methodically, organizing everything and cleaning up as they went from one area to the next. They put down dropcloths and used a drill-fitting that caught the dust when they drilled into the ceilings. Before they left, they vacuumed the areas. It turned out to take only three hours instead of four and he adjusted the estimate accordingly. I can highly recommend George and his company. I'm in California; my elderly mother is in Mass. When the electricity in one room of my Mom's condo went out, I needed an electrician to fix the problem--even if it was just a tripped breaker I wanted to make sure all was safe. I called T&G and George called back promptly. He agreed to go to my mother's condo right then and there. It did turn out to be a simple tripped breaker, which he flipped back. While he was there he tightened several loose outlet covers also. I can't thank George enough for his prompt attention to my mom's electrical issue. Obviously I can't guarantee he will be able to rush out and treat everyone's issue as an emergency, but he gave special attention to my Mom and solved the problem within an hour or so of my call.
