After just a month, some fixtures stopped working - not the bulb - the fixtures themselves were failing. Neena's provided replacements for two of the fixtures but I had to pay for electricians work (about $100 per fixture replacement.) Months later and more fixtures failed. Neena's refused to pay for any more replacements and was angry at me for even asking. More significantly Neena's was not interested in finding out what the problem was. The electrician, a friend of Neena's - also seemed uninterested in the cause. I contacted the manufacturer and posted inquiries on electrician websites. After about 5 years and more than half of the fixtures failing, the electrician that Neena's recommended finally let on that my installation of mini-halogen lights was his first and he did not push the ceiling insulation far enough away from the fixtures which caused them to overheat and fail. He still wanted to charge for the replacing fixtures that he installed incorrectly so I learned to replace the fixtures myself. Moral of the story - don't trust Neena's or anyone they recommend.
