I hadn't gotten estimates from anyone but I would say his fee was definitely reasonable, especially given his quick response. I would absolutely use Elite Electrical Solutions again.

We should have asked up front about his rates, but other services have offered it up front before agreeing to come out, and we got complacent and ended up with a $400+ bill for 'weekend' rates. It just like it was a surprisingly high bill that jumped out at us after he did the work. That's on us I suppose, just be prepared to spend money, and don't hire on the weekends or after 4PM if you have the time to do so, in order to save some money. Can't really speak to the quality of work, since what he did was fairly simple, though his expertise did confirm that a replacement was needed.
