He made such a positive impression on us for that experience that we've reached out to him for home electrical needs since the remodel, and he's been an absolute joy to work with. A few things i want to highlight: 1. Responsiveness: Dave is quick to respond and readily available; this is definitely not the case with many electricians (or contractors, for the matter). I also appreciate that once you've done business with him, he keeps you in his contacts - having a pointperson to go to who knows your house, particularly for the ins and outs of circuitry...SO helpful. 2. Professionalism: Dave is always very courteous when entering our home. For example, he is aware we don't wear shoes in the house; he's always thoughtful and asks us about expectations + puts on booties when in the house. Super helpful, given I have little kiddos running around. Another example - we had a piece of glass on a lighting fixture break in the install. Dave replaced the piece, no question asked, no cost to us. 3. Quality of work: Like I said, 4000 sqft of lighting is a lot of lighting (and electricity). We've had no issues, and honestly he was helpful in those early days when we were figuring out what the right thing to do for our home was. We even had him working with some newfangled technology (smart home stuff); he did it with ease and we're super happy with the end-product 10 for 10, happily continuing to work with Dave, and happily recommending him to all friends and family.
