These guys responded immediately via text messages and via Yelp and showed up at the time agreed. You know how cable companies give you a range? ... (we'll be there from 8am to 2pm) and never make it on time? Well these guys tell you what time they will be there, and they make it happen. I guess the name makes sense, they do show up. Our only feedback to them was that we wanted to pay ahead of time but they told us they could not give us a final price until the plumber was able to come see the issues needed to be resolved. Once they arrived, they gave us the estimate by looking at the issues, and before starting the work. Their pricing was reasonable for the work needed, and we would gladly pay for any service provider who shows up on time and gets the work done!

I am very happy I called. I got a call back from Rich within a couple of hours AND a service call a half hour later. The problem was what I'd call a head scratcher but he solved the problem quickly and efficiently.
