Kyle took the time to listen to my concerns and how that specific light operated. After inspecting under the porch Kyle explained how he would make the repair and the cost. We are very pleased with his work and will definitely be using Kyle for some other jobs coming up in the near future. Thanks Kyle.

Finally, the power failed utterly to the problem circuits. Markarian sent Brandon Hill over in 15 minutes -- yes, FIFTEEN. He listened carefully to our description, gave his opinion that it was a utility problem, but that he would test for other possibilities first. After testing some of the circuits, he gave his hypothesis that we were having a phase problem: one of the two lines into the house was not supplying enough voltage. He tested the meter outside, showed us the low voltage on one line, and explained how the lines feed the circuits in a pattern that would cause the unpredictable outages. He also took pictures. He stood by while we called Eversource to make sure that we could answer all their questions. From initial call to final diagnosis, everyone at Markarian was efficient, courteous, and helpful. Brandon was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to and understand. I would recommend Markarian without hesitation.
